Very cute little cabin, literally everything you need other than food amd clothes. Mike was very easy to comunicate with, couldnt have asked for more!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The U-shape of the cabin with the galley kitchen between the two sitting areas was really neat. The decor is awesome, the yard is ample size and there’s plenty of hang out space both indoors and out. So close to the White with plenty of parking too.

We were in Cotter to go trout fishing. This place is just around the corner from the Cotter Trout Dock. The guy who handles this VRBO is super friendly and helpful. A storm had knocked out power before we got there, and he brought down a bright lantern. He gave us great recommendations of places to eat in the area...be sure to get pizza at Nima's in Gassville! Wonderful experience all the way around, can't wait to get back there.

We had a wonderful time! Had everything we needed-seasoning, plenty of firewood, fire starter. Bed was comfortable. A short walk to fishing. Water was hot. Great communication!

My son and I booked a 3 night stay for a fishing trip in June. Overall process was super easy. Great parking. The house is super cool and spacious. Both bedrooms wet comfortable multiple seating areas and large kitchen. Place was clean and was nice to have some items left by previous renters as well. Just need to remember shower soap and shampoo for next time. :). We will be back!! Thank you!!!

Proprietors were very accommodating. I had inquired about coming in early and they were able to make that happen. This is a very cool place in the heart of Cotter near the River. Very clean, Wi-Fi available, TV, outside grill and fire pit. Next time you are coming into Cotter, check this place out. Thanks Mike!!

The neighbors put dog out at 6 am and it barks continuously until 9 when we left. In evening dog barked from 5:30 until 10:30 every night. Probably stay some where else next time. Sorry

Our family of 5 stayed comfortably. Mike has great communication and was on top of the small issue we had with a television. Cabin is a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go!

We arrived to find the property exactly as described, well appointed and clean. Several hotels I’ve stayed at need to take notice.

Easy check in, everything in the house was as advertised. Great place to stay if fishing the white river, only 3 min to the boat launch. The owner was there when we checked out and was a really nice guy. Would recommend for your Cotter stay. The neighborhood was old and somewhat run down, but the house was great. Neighborhood was quiet. Only the neighborhood dogs barking .

A real homey feel to the house with cool mounts in the den and a decorated Christmas tree. It’s a happy place to spend time when I’m not on the water.

The owner, Mike, was extremely easy to deal with and always prompt in answering any questions you might have.
