We had very fun getaway with family and firends. Luxury Wave is a beautiful home in the perfect spot.

We love staying on Treasure Island with our young family of 4. The house is big enough for us to stay with our two children and have their grandparents stay over also. Lots of space! Great heated pool - if there were heating issues, Phillip was very responsive! Also a pool fence if you have little ones. Right on the beach, so beautiful views. We will stay again!

Had a few maintenance issues here and there but everything was taken care of promptly. We had a 5 week stay. They were very accommodating to our needs.

Everything about this home was amazing! The property manager stayed on top of everything, Hendrick made the stay extremely comfortable, he was a text away at anytime to insure we understood anything! The electronics in this house are top notch but take a learning curve to get used to and Hendrick had no problem answering phone calls and texts to get it figured out. The home is everything you could want in a modern 10 million dollar mansion! Luxury at its finest!

This is a great place for a getaway! The place is super spacious, clean and has an amazing design and architecture! The entertainment system makes it very easy to entertain out of any room! Communication with the host’s management team was easy as can be. We had the most wonderful stay here!

Well taken care of property! It was so nice to stay at a house that was clean on arrival, well taken care of and maintained. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools needed to cook meals, the pool and spa were relaxing. We enjoyed many ping pong games and the pool closet had all the beach chairs and umbrellas, floats, that we would need. The beach was amazing and just steps away, you can swim out to a sand bar during low tide in minutes. We really enjoyed this rental and the property management was great at answering any questions that we had. The house was walking distance to Caddy's and a surf shop. We will return in the next few years for sure!

Awesome vacation home. House is spacious, modern, clean, and very nicely detailed.. Direct beach access and private pool and hot tub allow for everyone’s preferences. Convenient to groceries, good restaurants. Hendrik is excellent to work with. We’ve stayed at many vacation homes over the years between St Pete beach and Indian Ricks. This is by far our favorite. This was our second time renting here, and we just booked our third for next year! Highly recommend staying here.

This house if perfect! The home is wonderful with all the amenities you want. The location is perfect and the hosts are amazing - making us feel welcomed and well attended to during our entire stay. I highly recommend this property and we're already planning our return!

What a place. Location and house were as advertised. Actually house is better than pictures. Views of water are incredible. House in great condition and was spotless. Great location can walk to places if wanted. Only complaint for me was bed in master was very comfortable but bedframe low to ground. But would not hesitate to return.

Great property, well taken care of. Might consider tv ‘s in two ocean front bedrooms. Question about family room tv operation was immediately and helpfully answered by technical support. We visited in early April and never needed air conditioning. Delightful!

Wonderful family vacation

First off Steve and Hendrik were very helpful and prompt with any request. It’s a big and beautiful modern house so a lot to take in at first but once you take the time to orient yourself it’s awesome! What a fantastic location ! You are RIGHT on the beach with incredible sunsets. Caddy’s right down the beach. A very walking friendly beach. We spent over a month there and it was hard to leave for sure. Sure hope to come back

All family enjoyed. Had issues with central electronic controls. I am pretty high tech and had problems operating tv , power drapes, lights. Too much for a short. term rentals. Also we were given incorrect codes for elevator and garage. Luckily cleaning people there when we arrived. Overall for such a large property with so many high end extras you have to expect some issues.

The house was incredible! Views are amazing. Hendrick put us in touch with a local outfitter who delivered paddle and skim boards right to the house. It was the perfect vacation

This a beautiful place to stay. We took our 2 children, their spouses and 4 grandsons. Everyone had private space, and the pool and hot tub were used all day every day. There are plenty of pool and sand toys on site. The house is so close to the beach that we could be watching a couple kids in the pool and still keep an eye on the others playing in the sand. The kitchen was well equipped, just know that there is NOTHING in the fridge, i.e. condiments, and not much in the way of seasonings in the cupboards. You should buy your own t.p. before you arrive, as the bathrooms are stocked with one-ply toilet tissue. We adults had trouble sleeping on the low platform beds...the mattresses are VERY firm. You might want to bring a foam mattress topper if firm is not your style. These are minor issues, mostly due to preference, not shortcomings of the property management. Overall the property is very well-maintained, clean, and well-appointed. (First thing we did was put away all the beautiful decorative glass out of reach of the boys!). The lighting is fantastic throughout the house and onto the patio, there is ample porch furniture, the dining table seats 10 comfortably, there are 3 master suites facing the gulf...the pics in the write-up barely do it justice. There was some confusion (on our part, I’m sure) about the operation of the pool heater, and Steve got right on it. He was very patient with us. I highly recommend this property to families. The beach is not busy, the sand is like sugar, grocery/drug stores/restaurants close by...just bring your swimsuit. —The McCormacks, Petersburg, MI

My husband and I recently rented this home for our family to spend a week together and it was a wonderful experience. This home is incredible and we felt like rock stars! It is a beautiful property that is well maintained, very clean and well appointed. The views from inside are incredible! We all loved the privacy the layout of the bedrooms afforded us while the lower level was a great place to spend time together cooking, eating or watching television and playing games. Incredible lighting and music throughout the home are a great touch! Pool area and outdoor furnishings are grand and were a beautiful space to spend the day together enjoying the sunny Florida weather we had. As good as all of that was, Hendrik, the property manager, went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. From the first contact asking for information to when the time came to lock the doors to go home, he was there every step of the way. Quite literally, his response was almost immediate. He is to be commended for his professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness. Whatever crazy question I had, he was there with an answer. We were lucky enough to meet his family and they are just lovely indeed. We would highly recommend this property and hope to be fortunate enough to return one day!

There is simply not enough great things to say about this home. The house is amazing, the view is incredible, and Hendrik was very helpful from the time of booking until the day we left. Hendrik met us upon arrival to share with us all the intricate details of the house that we would have never figured out on our own. The stay was absolutely wonderful and very accessible to great food and shopping. We were concerned about the red tide and whether we needed to cancel but Hendrik was very patient with me with my billion questions. He kept me posted with updates daily until our arrival and we were fortunate enough to bypass the red tide. There were hundreds of dolphins daily which always made my day! I thank Hendrik for everything and appreciate the home being shared for a very pleasant and relaxing week. We look forward to next year! Happy DAWGS!!!
