Tammy and Nathan are lovely people and were very helpful and attentive! The house is completely redone and is well stocked. Pool and yard were beautiful. Short walk to the beach. We will be back!

The house was very nice and clean. Short 5-6 min walk to beach. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean. Putting green in the yard was nice touch. Communication with the host went very well.

It was a wonderful stay, our flight arrived extra early but we were able to utilize the backyard until our check-in time, the house is a perfect setup and having all the kitchen items to cook at home was great! Close to all local places for walking distance even. We will for sure stay again and recommend to others!

Loved the location! Walking distance to beach! The backyard is amazing! Beautiful home throughout! The large island was perfect for buffet style dinners with the family. The master shower is huge and nice walk in closet. There’s nothing negative to say! The host was amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!!!!

We had a great time. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our 5yo twins. They also loved playing minigolf in the backyard. There is a short walk to the beach. Only real issue was showers only had one temp—super hot. The owner was very responsive to the other plumbing issue which was a fluke. None of us wanted to leave!

Host thought of everything in this well-appointed house. We used the pool, hot tub, grill, the kitchen was easy & well-stocked, the rooms were private. Great for a refreshing time. Host was very informative prior to arrival & had laminated cards for need-to-knows. Amazing time!

The house is clean, bathrooms and kitchen are great, and the backyard is an absolute dream. What a great time! It is great to see Fort Myers Beach recovering after the hurricane!

We were only able to stay in Ft Myers a few days but my family really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the mini golf in the back yard!

Very nice place. Great location. Would stay there again. Having a pool, hot tub and mini gulf in the back yard was amazing for the kids. Beach just minutes away. Publix a mile away. Resturants minutes away. Sure FMB is going through some reconstruction but its not as crowded and very peaceful place to get away from it all.

The house was very nice and clean. Tammy was so fast to respond to any questions I had. The backyard was amazing! The pool and putting green were perfect for our family. We spent so much time out back. Was an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

The home was perfect and as exactly as shown in the photos. We have rented many vacation homes, and this was the best equipped home that we have ever rented. The pool and lanai were perfect for our afternoons, and we shall return for another stay.

This place was great! I really don’t review anything but this was a must! This place is a must for a getaway. Down from many restaurants & many things to do around the area!

Properly is clean and well stocked. The beach is within a 5 min walk and the rental includes carts, chairs and umbrellas. Check in and check out was a breeze, pool was very clean and enjoyable with plenty of rafts and an outdoor tv to watch as you relax at night.

Tammy and her husband were the most amazing hosts! We traveled 18 hours and we arriving on our sons 11th birthday, I had contacted her about having the cleaning staff set it up for us and she and her husband did it themselves! We also got engaged on this trip, they called us the next day with congratulations and tips for where to get a nice dinner! The walk to the beach is short, and they have everything you can think of to need! Even candles for the cake! They are very easy to work with and respond to questions so quickly! If we travel to Fort Myers again we will definitely stay here again! Thank you both!!

This property is a real gem! We went with our two children (ages 5 and 3). The house was fully stocked with all beach gear and sand toys. We really enjoyed having a private pool to enjoy. We hope to visit again someday.

House was clean, cute, and perfect for a small family beach vacation with kids. Pool/hot tub was delightful! House is well-stocked with toys, dishes, towels, and even beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and strollers and adult bicycles. Just a few blocks' walk to public beach access. Publix grocery store a short distance away as well. Communication with Tammy was wonderful and she even brought us a new toaster when the original died on us while we were making breakfast one morning :) Can't recommend this one enough!

Our stay at this property was awesome, so good in fact we didn’t get to the beach all that we had anticipated because we enjoyed the pool so much! Many great restaurants around and only a short walk to the beach. Property was exactly as pictured in the advertisement. Only two things we lacked, one was a pizza cutter and the other was a full length mirror for all of us adult Ladies getting ready to go out for the evening, we all were a little upset that not one full length mirror was in the house to check out our outfits before leaving for a night out. The house provided every other amenity that you could think of and the hot tub and fire pit would’ve been a great time had we used them but this time of year we did not have need of them. Four bikes were at the property we would’ve liked to use those but most of us were just over 5' and could not get on the taller bikes, these would’ve been great for two male and two females to ride. All in all we had an awesome time and this property and the owner were fantastic to work with, I would definitely stay here again! Don’t hesitate to book this property you won’t be sorry!

This house was just what we needed. Our kids loved the pool and the bikes provided. Tammy was a phenomenal host and thought of everything!

We loved our stay here at Fort Myers Beach. The house was great but the amenities and special touches really made our time unforgettable! We plan to come back again in the near future and bring our children along as well- very family friendly!

Had a blast. House was so clean and everything we needed was available within a 10 min walk/scooter ride, even the beach! Pool and hot tub were perfect.

We always look for a house with a private pool and we hit a home run with this house! Situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the busyness of the beach. House is very bright and welcoming. Kitchen, bedrooms and baths have everything you need. Our favorite place to be was on the back deck - there is a tv with a cute sitting area overlooking the pool, hot tub and fire pit made for relaxing days and nights. The sundeck in the pool (if your like us and want to soak up the FL sunshine) was sheer perfection. Short drive or walk to the Publix down the street. We did use instacart a couple of times too. Rent this house you won't be sorry at all. Tammy truly makes your stay as pleasant as it could be! We have done girls trip for 6 years now and have never stayed someplace we entertained the idea of going back. This property has us already planning next year and we can't wait to go back!! Truthfully we didn't want to leave 😢

I can't rate this high enough! Tammy's property is amazing. It has absolutely everything you could ever need on vacation. Crock pot, dishes, utensils, cutlery, blender, Keurig, etc. the list goes on! We especially loved all of the supplies that were available for our 10 month old son. TWO strollers to choose from, a pack and play to sleep in, booster seat for meals, and a baby bath tub - it was so nice to not have to worry about lugging any of that around as luggage. The space was perfect for my parents, husband and I! We spent most of our time at the incredible pool and backyard space. The beach was only a short walk away, so when we did venture out, there was everything you'd ever need available for us to use! Beach chairs, beach umbrella, toys, floaties, multiple coolers, a beach cart, towels, and even four bikes to use to get around! Another great feature about this place was the Xfinity cable that was provided and so easy to use. Anytime we had a question Tammy answered it immediately. She was so great to work with and we definitely look forward to staying here again in the future!

Absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Pool area is amazing! Kids did not want to leave! Close walk to beach. All amenities at house really helped, like bbq grill, strollers, beach wagons, bikes, pool toys, you name it! Absolutely wonderful stay. Host was A+++ on communication. Super clean , great area. We will definitely be back.

This property has it ALL! Tammy is such a wonderful host and the property could not be more gorgeous! I’m a stickler when it comes to cleanliness and this was the cleanest property I’ve rented to date! They’ve thought of every single thing you could possibly need for a fun vacation at the pool or beach! We loved having the beach cart and the pool toys were a hit with our children! The pool feels like your own private resort! Safe and quiet neighborhood just a quick walk from the beach and restaurants! Will 100% be back to rent again! Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!!!

We came for spring break with our children and absolutely loved the property. Everything is clean and well organized. Tammy had all the beach and pool toys you could imagine. We loved walking to the beach and then having the afternoon at the pool. We have a pool in Michigan and enjoyed this pool so much we want to remodel ours . We planned to book the property again, but was already taken. We will be back
