The pictures are exactly what you get. The property is perfect. Very clean and everything functioned correctly. One small problem with an AC unit, but it was addressed immediately. Juan, the house manager, is terrific. He was always around, very accommodating and always happy. He joined in the fun with us and was a great addition. The chef was outstanding. Meals were so good we never went out to a restaurant. Deena, the owner, was always available pre-trip to answer questions and help with bookings we needed. The property and the experience were fabulous!!! I would rebook again without hesitation.

We traveled with 5 families from school for Spring Break 2023 - all children ages ranged from 3-9. We all can't say enough incredible things about the property and the owner. The property was gorgeous and looked better then the photos - it was like living in a movie. Juan the house manager, chef Ozzy and the driver Antonio were absolutely incredible! The owner Deena was very quick to reply to no less then 50 emails and was extremely helpful and patient. We booked the catamaran for an adult day and would also recommend. Deena helped up book lifeguards and sitters on property to help with the kids. The kids enjoyed the pool, corn hole, and the ping pong and foosball table. Juan helped us organize a screen for outdoor movie night and Deena also helped organize a carnival night for the kids including a fire dancer!

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. We felt like we had a boutique resort all to ourselves with the most caring/amazing staff. Juan anticipated and took care of all our needs, chef Ozzie made the most delicious meals, and the rest of the staff made us feel at home. We will be back again!! Highly recommend this villa to all group the types. Best vacation yet

Casa Alegra was everything you could imagine and more!! We spent 4 nights with 8 couples and we’ve all agreed this vacation is in our top 5 places we’ve been too. The property is stunning and maintained throughout the day and the interior of the house is beautiful. There is no “bad” bedroom. Plenty to do from paddle boarding, jumping into the ocean and snorkel, hanging out at the large hot tub watching the sunset, 2 pools, hammocks, ping pong, pool table and plenty of lounge chairs so you can follow the sun through out the day. The staff were exceptional with Juan as Majordomo and Wilmer his assistant spoiling us and Chef Ozzy who prepared delicious cuisine all day. This truly has been a dream vacation and we can’t thank you enough. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a great experience at Casa Alegre from the original communication with Deena, through the trip planning phase, check-in, welcome and of course the stay itself. This is a wonderful location right on the water - activities for all ages. This was a family trip for our parents 60th wedding anniversary and included age ranges from 1 to 84. The staff, led by Juan was so welcoming, helpful and attentive. Ozzy, the chef, prepared outstanding meals and the rest of the team was there to support us as well. We brought in a party planner for the actual celebration and the Casa Alegre team worked seamlessly with her to help us throw an evening our parents will never forget. 100% would recommend!

I don't even know where to start! The trip was truly incredible. From the start, Deena was very communicative and made booking our excursions and every detail a breeze. Her majordomo, Juan, took such incredible care of the group and made sure that we had everything the we needed the entire time. The property is stunning and constantly maintained throughout the day. Chef Ozzy took care of all of our dietary preferences and provided amazing meals to suit everyone. We never even ate a meal outside of the property! I cannot recommend this house, staff, and experience more!

The house not only is outstanding and clean but the people that work there really go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. This was our second time there and it was even better than the first. Love The owner and her warm approach to help me set a fantastic stay for me and my 25 other guest. From start to finish this was a fantastic trip. Deena was extremely helpful in planning the trip. Then her staff Juan,Chef Ozzy, Wilmer and all the others were top notch. There were 14 of us and each one of us working on a way to go back.

I can't say enough good things about this property. This have to be one of the best homes in all of the Caribbean with the most spectacular views! We literally did not leave the house for 5 days, we wanted to soak up every minute of the view and atmosphere. Deena was just amazing to work with taking care of all of our very specific requests (a local Dominican band with dancers, a DJ, Gluten Free food for some, Vegan food for others, etc). The staff was warm and friendly and just delightful. And the house manager Juan was just the most amazing guy who really made our trip. Every request was met with a smile, he really went over and above to make our trip amazing. True 5-star service from all, even better than you would get at a luxury hotel. If you are visiting Dominican Republic and want a trip you'll never forget I highly recommend staying at Casa Alegre. We will definitely be back!

This was our fifth trip to Casa de Campo and our first time at this property. Bravo Casa Alegre! The setting of this property is fabulous. We enjoyed private yoga overlooking the water, snorkeling in our private coves, massages on our elevated zen beach, cocktails at our pool bar, and all of the activities in Casa de Campo including golf, shooting, and horseback riding. Meals were delicious, customized, and we dined al fresco for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms were comfortable, well appointed and were spotless each time we returned to them. One extremely special feature of this property is the staff. They welcomed us, provided tremendous service, strived to meet any request we had, and took care of us. It was hard to say goodbye they were so kind and efficient. Kudos Deena- It was a joy and week filled with terrific memories.

How do you summarize a vacation of a life time? Casa Alegre, is the only answer. While organizing this trip for my husbands 40th birthday, Deena was available at every moment, whether it was to answer a question, help plan the itinerary or even order a cake! Once we arrived the group was overwhelmed with the beauty of the house and it’s view. But by far the best part of this house is the impeccable staff and service they provide. The staff lead by Juan and his trusted assistant Wilmer did not allow us to lift a finger. From serving us drinks by the pool or packing our lunch for our boat it was all taken care of. We also cannot leave out Chef Ozzy who prepared all of our meals which exceeded all of our expectations. It was a phenomenal experience in which we will never forget until next year or course. Deena we will back!

Our stay at Casa Alegre was an incredible experience. We rented it for our family of 14. And had our son's wedding rehearsal dinner on property. It was a beautiful evening and everyone was in awe of the setting. The villa offers anything and everything you need. The views are awesome. You definitely want to experience the sunset. The staff is unsurpassed. They made us feel so welcome and from day one they were like family. Our grandchildren cried when they had to leave and wanted some of the staff to come home with us!! The chef is a magician in the kitchen, creating beautiful meals and afternoon snacks that had us begging for his recipes. Know that when you book this property, you are going to be pampered and your every need fulfilled.

If you want a dream vacation, this is the place to book! The entire process was so easy for my group of 16 golfers, thanks to the owner Deena. That was just the beginning.... once you get there, the dream team takes over. Juan and Chef Ozzy took care of EVERY LITTLE detail. From addressing allergies, to serving us drinks as we walked up to the 13th green of Teeth of The Dog, to a private cooking class, I could go on and on. It was recommended we reconsider going out to dinner and so happy we did. Chef Ozzy’s cooking beat any restaurant service and price. Imagine this: you request dinner served at 7:30, you float in pool (or awesome hammock swings) while being served drinks and wait for it...at 7:30 you get the call that it’s time for dinner. No waiting,no dressing required, just a timely and awesome meal after meal. Finally, the “villa” was beautiful and better than the pictures and the staff found a way to come in and out of rooms without you ever seeing them.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Alegre! From the booking with Deena and Nelly to the actual stay at the house with the staff, everything was perfect. We could not have asked for a better trip. We were a large group of 19, but we had plenty of room for everyone (and even a few unused bedrooms). The staff was incredible - all our needs were met and exceeded! The food from Chef Ozzy was delicious. We are looking forward to our return trip to Casa Alegre!!

For over the past 6 years a group of my golfing friends and I have been coming to Casa de Campo to play golf and we had stayed at a different "waterfront villa" . . . This year, we decided to try another villa and I researched and found "Casa Alegre"! What we found is that there is so much care in how Casa Alegre is looked after. . from Ozzy the chef to Ariel the manager to Juan and Edwin and the maids, gardner, security, pool guy, etc. each one of them was very nice and welcoming. The rooms are spacious. . . and the food was fantastic. . . . we have steak one night and chef Ozzy marinated in his special seasoning and it was quite possibly the best steak any of us had abroad and then had lobsters the next night. . . . the pool is almost olympic size so if you are a "lap swimmer" you can get in a great exercise each day swimming in the pool . . . the jacuzzi is right by the wall by the sea . . . . . . all of my friends were very happy with Casa Alegre and all of them preferred it over the other villa that we had been staying at for the last 6 years. . . so yes. . .we will be back and look forward to it. . .

We booked this home last minute and everyone on the staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The views and home were incredible. Ozzy cooked amazing meals, and we were sipping on pina coladas from the moment we got there to the moment we left. We plan to stay there again if we ever have another opportunity!

We rented this villa for 18 people and had such a peaceful, wonderful experience. I equate it to renting out a small resort and not having to share it with others. You get personal attention from the wonderful Ariel Perez who is there to answer any and all questions you may have. He is an extremely friendly and genuine man that values customer service and ensures the guests are comfortable. The customer facing staff is amazing. Chef Ozzy makes sure to gather your input about meals and will execute your menu flawlessly. The wait staff of Raymundo and Ramos are attentive, extremely polite, and fun. The staff was engaging and made an effort to get to know us. The back office staff always ensured we had fresh towels and toiletries and that rooms were always clean. We have absolutely no complaints about the staff, genuinely appreciated their efforts and company. Honestly, the staff is great, but the best part is really the villa. It literally is a small resort. The pool is big and deep. Great for swimming and floating around. There is a kiddie pool which is also quite large, but no one spent any time in it. The hot tub is AMAZING. Grab a couple of beers and some good company and you can waste away the night looking at the stars, listening to the ocean, and talking story. The property is on the ocean, and only a 5, sometimes 10 foot jump away. Be daring, the ocean looks rough, but it's not as bad as it looks. The tennis court is great and has night lights. The veranda is where everyone spends so much time and is a perfect area for meals and lounging. It's a treat to live like this, even only for just a few day. We were luckily enough to spend time with friends and family in this wonderful place. It's a place we would love to visit again, and one we regret having to leave.
