The house was in a great location near all community amenities and the beach. It was well equipped and very family friendly. I would return.

We had a great time at Bear Trap Dunes! House was in a wonderful location! It was very clean and well-stocked, from cooking tools and eating utensils to laundry soap. Janet was awesome. She was proactive reaching out and very quick to answer questions. She explained the process for using the pool and tennis courts and even sent he QR code in advance. The house set up was great. We enjoyed the yard and the screened in/open porch as well as the new grill! There were even extra beach towels and chairs, toys, etc available for use. We definitely will be booking again! Thank you Janet!

Enjoyed everything Delaware had to offer. House was clean, ready and had everything we needed to have a great time. Janet was courteous and friendly. They were in communication the entire trip and we had no issues while we were there. Great time and we can’t wait for our next vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well stocked - especially the kitchen. The kitchen appliances were great. There was one issue with the cleaning crew; however, the owners addressed it immediately. We loved the house and the neighborhood.

Rented Janet’s House for our last family’s vacation that ended on Labor Day of 2022. Home was clean and was well stocked with everything one would need for a short family stay. Home was right across from pool which was great and there were shuttles to take you to and from Bethany beach which was only about a couple of miles. Home was very clean and well maintained.Communication was excellent and would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need is provided by the owner. Great communications. Slept 10 of us comfortably. Close enough to beach and stores. On site activities also available.

My family had a lovely stay at this property. The home was comfortable and welcoming, and the location was perfect for us. Janet was responsive to all communications in a timely fashion, and we had a great summer getaway. I would definitely stay here again! ☺️

Ou stay at 22 October Glory Ave. was great ! the house was clean , pretty , had all that was needed ...... and yes Janet [ the owner and contact person ] was ALWAYS responsive and pleasant . The "4 legged" guest was also very happy. Thank you Janet .....truly.

House was very spacious and clean. In an excellent location and easy drive to Bethany beach, Rehoboth beach, and Ocean City MD. Property manager/owner was very pleasant and responsive. A must for family and friends staying together.

Unfortunately for the first time using VRBO we were very disappointed with our rental. When we walked in and saw the living area, we were surprised as it is smaller than it appeared in the photos.. Dining was very awkward for our group as it was a tight fit for all of us to get around the table for a family meal. All showers were full of mold and the back porch was dirty with cobwebs and bird droppings on the dining table. The area that’s advertised as a another sleeping space upstairs was a hall way, not enclosed and impossible to sleep in. I felt terrible that our family member ended up sleeping on the couch in the living area down stairs and never had a full nights rest. However, the property manager did reply quickly about the areas that needed cleaning. The house is located very close to the pool which was convenient, and it is a lovely neighborhood.

First time staying at Bear Trap Dunes in Oceanview and we were very happy. Janet , the owner was great to work with. Check in process was easy. Home was clean and towels and linens being provided was very nice! There was plenty of room for my family of 9 adults.

Janet’s property was perfect for our annual beach trip with friends! The home is in a quiet golf course community, just a short drive from Bethany Beach. A perfect neighborhood for walking and biking. Our girls LOVED having the cool bunk bed room.
Janet was traveling, but made sure to still stay connected with us during our time at her home.
We’d stay here again for sure!

Loved how close it was to the pool with an infant and 2 year old . Plenty of space large table to play games. Nice outside porch and enclosed deck. Chairs on back deck need repainting because heat of the week paint came off on everyone’s back. It was the hottest weather. Yard was great to play frisbee and ball. Enough space comfortable beds would definitely recommend. Men played golf and thought it was good too.a great family time at a spacious home

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for spring break. The home was located in a great neighborhood that was close to town and all of the main attractions. The owner of the home Janet made sure it was fully stocked with toiletries, linens, seasonings and even games for the children to play. There was cozy fireplace in the living room and screened in porch to enjoy a nice meal. We only had to drive about 15-20 minutes to everything. The owner is very responsive to questions and friendly. I would definitely stay at this home again.

This house was perfect for us. Very clean and simply decorated. Had everything we needed. A bit of drive to the beach, given that the community is golf-course adjacent. But we would definitely stay again. Liked the gas range for cooking. The owner asks that you either bring your own towels or wash the ones you use prior to departure; this was not a big deal, but the dryer was a little slow, so keep that in mind. Appreciated the ability to bring our dog to the trip!
