Location of property was perfect!

Villa Magnolia was the perfect choice for our family with 7 young children: easy access to the beach, suitable sleeping arrangements for grandparents, parents and children, backyard swimming pool, well equipped kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed the Independence Day week at Villa Magnolia.

Property manager did not call us back regarding check in process. Called twice with no response.

Location to the beach was fabulous!! We enjoyed being only a short walk to Seaside.. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of beach/pool toys and chairs were available for our use. Having bikes was also a nice perk. The owner was great to work with. Thank you very much for everything. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Magnolia!!

Very convenient to everything and such easy beach access, especially with six children under seven! Check in was basically non-existent it was so easy and they let us know days ahead of time we could check in early. Highly recommend!

The house was great, the location was perfect. The owner was super nice. The walkway to the beach that is shared with the other 3 houses is absolutely gorgeous. My 14 year old son loved riding the bikes to Watercolor and Seaside which made it really nice for the adults to be able to sit back and relax, I was not his uber for the time we were there. It was a true relaxing vacation! The bedrooms are spaced out with the bunk room being the only one on the main floor with the kitchen and den which was so nice because if some went to bed earlier than others they weren’t bothered by the noise in the den. (Men watching football can be pretty loud) Our party of 12 was very happy with the place and definitely will be returning!

Great house for children and adults!! Very close to beach and easy walk. Kids loved the pool. Biking distance to many restaurants in the area. Matt did a great job in communicating with us. I would strongly recommend this house if you are looking for something in this area.

We had an excellent time. Everything was as pictured. Great location. Spacious enough for three families. Loved the pool. Only thing was the shower door in the 1st floor bathroom was missing a roller do the door would not shut and kept falling off track.

The description of the property is very accurate. We loved being so close to the beach and having a private pool. The house was spacious and clean. The only downside is that the bunk room was hot and you had to walk through the bunk room to get to the bathroom. (Also no egress window in the bunk room). The property manager and the owner were very easy to contact. We also enjoyed having the bikes and beach chairs.

Villa Magnolia is perfect for our family. This house has lots of amenities for young children- a highchair, pack n play, 2 bunks (4 beds), bikes, beach chairs, tons of kids’ beach toys, etc, etc…. The location is on a beautiful stretch of the beach. Is close to Seaside, Publix & a fun area for biking to lunch, donuts, ice cream or snowballs.

Matt (and property manager Bonnie) were very responsive and easy to work with. The house was a great size for our group that included both older and younger children. We used the pool every day and the short walk to the beach was so nice. We used the bikes (almost had to as traffic was sooooo bad) a lot. Overall, we had a great trip.

This property was amazing and we had a wonderful time together as a family! The location was perfect and Matt was very accommodating..we will be back!

We were right off the beach and could walk there without crossing any roads on a private staircase. The house was also positioned right next to the bike / walking trail down 30A so it was easy to hop on a bike and go either way for coffees and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and cant wait to come back!

This house was the perfect balance of location on a quiet beach but close to the activities of Seaside. The pool was enjoyable and the private walkway to the beach couldn’t have been more convenient. Plenty of room in the house and loved the King sized beds in 3 rooms for multiple families plus a bunk room.

The house was perfect, there were 10 of us and we had lots of space. Kitchen has everything you need to cook any meals you want. Easy walk to the beach and umbrella, chairs, bikes and toys for kids are there for your use. Pool is fantastic, very clean and plenty of chairs. From the balcony you can see the ocean and nice to sit there in the evening and watch the world go by. We look forward to being there next year.

This was a perfect home for our large family! Beautiful home, plenty of space and stocked full of anything you could need... fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs and toys, four bikes, and plenty of board games for the rainy days. The beach was so close, it was never a problem to run back to the house to grab whatever was needed. But the best part was the owner Matt! He was so super friendly and helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would highly recommend Villa Magnolia!

This was our first time to Seaside, and we really didn't know what to expect. Turns out that this house was in a perfect location for our family. There are four bedrooms (2 on the third floor, 2 on the first floor) and then a bunk room on the second floor. It ended up being the perfect size for our family because we had little children that slept in portable cribs, but I would say this fits 4 couples and 4 children (that can sleep in bunk beds). The proximity to the beach is what really sells this house. We could walk from the door to the water in under 5 minutes. The beach area in front of the house is amazing, and very family friendly. If you want to go into town, it is less than a mile to all the Seaside shops and restaurants. We rented a golf cart which I would recommend unless you like to walk or ride bikes. Its difficult to find parking with a car, so don't plan on driving into Seaside with your car. The main road (30A) into town gets very backed up from 11 - 2, so plan accordingly. Definitely recommend this rental for large family wanting to spend a lot of time at the beach and exploring Seaside. We really enjoyed it.

Love this house it is super convienient to beach and other amenities yet out of the frey. Love the updates the new owners have completed and have stayed here for several years.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home & plan to rent it again. Very convenient to the beach, beautiful views and everything was in good working condition.

Shared this rental with three other couples (all very active seniors). Found the house to be clean, neat and very convenient to the beach with adequate parking. Plenty of amenities and situated near a very enjoyable section of the beach. Short drive to supermarket, shops and restaurants. All and all, very accommodating for four couples. We'll be back.

My family had a wonderful time staying in this house. It is spacious, has excellent beach access, and is close to so many great shops and restaurants. The house has large bedrooms with TVs, ceiling fans, comfortable beds and nice sized closets. We were so comfortable we never felt like we were in a "rental". The bathrooms are plentiful, very clean, and have very nice finishings. Multiple families can easily stay here and never feel like they are right on top of each other. The open kitchen, dining area and den are very large and could fit a large family easily. The appliances in the kitchen are excellent, and made meal prep easy. Having a private pool was a plus! It was nice to come back from the beach and swim in the evenings. The beach is access is the best I've ever had. It is a short, easy walk. If I forgot something at the house, it was no trouble to run back and get it and quickly be back at the beach. The location is also excellent for shopping and eating. You are really, really close to Seaside, and only about 10 minutes drive to Rosemary Beach. We loved riding the bikes (provided) around town. The wide sidewalk goes from the street near the house all the way to Seaside, Watercolor, and beyond. I would highly recommend this house to my friends and family, and I do plan on staying here again!

This house is great. We had children who loved the bunk room. Being on the beach side of 30A was an absolute plus. Had kids ranging from 16 to 6 and everyone had plenty of their own space. The heated pool got plenty of use and the few steps to the beach were used even more. Would recommend this home to multiple family vacationers and bicycle riders and also convenient to good restaurants. It is also close to Seaside and Watercolors. Will be going back next year!
