Filimonas was an excellent host and the villa was perfect for our stay. We had everything we needed (including an ice machine!) and the kids were in and out the pool every day. Fantastic taverna (olive grove) right round the corner as well as star bar with food, drinks and games for the.kids. Our hosts even offered to drive us to the supermarket on the first day so we could get supplies. They also helped organise a hire car for a few days at very short notice. They were super nice and incredibly helpful. We will happily come back again some day!

There was nothing we didnt like tbh! If there was any downside, it was that the proper supermarket was too far to walk when needing to buy lots of bottles of juice and water etc, so a car is really helpful for that, but otherwise, everything for kolympia resort is walking distance.

Excellent property, hosts were on hand and very friendly they could not do enough. We didn't even explore the island apart from attend our son's wedding as it was such a quiet chilled holiday in a fabulous villa. Looking forward to going back. We got collected from the airport by the hosts and they even took us to the supermarket to get supplies on day one as we didn't have a car. The property is about 15-20 min walk from the main strip with the bars and restaurants, another supermarket is about 10min walk as is the local beach - everywhere is lit up so no problem walking at night. Leaving the property walk to end of driveway, turn left then walk down the long road to the end - excellent cocktail bar which does great breakfast - turn right continue walking towards the strip. If you turn right there is an excellent pizza place.

Wifi kept dropping but think this was to do with the wind - we had a few windy days

It is a very nice place with great hosts. It was our second visit to Stergios villa and we have already planned to come back again.

Lots of different areas to sit out in depending on whether you wanted sun or shade throughout the day. Also a nice area to sit out and have breakfast or drinks of an evening. All out door furniture was new. The villa was in a great location as mid way between Rhodes Town and Lindos so great for nights out or sightseeing. There were about 4-5 tavernas within 10 minutes walk of the villa and few more in the village of Kolymbia which is about 20 min walk from the villa. There are pavements that are lit all the way so easy to walk to/from on an evening. Tsambika beach is aprox 10 mins in the car which is a superb sand beach. The hosts were superb and checked in regularly to see if anything needed during the stay. The villa was modern and met our needs.

This villa was perfect for us, with a brilliant outdoor area with pool, and inside the villa there was everything we needed for a home from home in the sun. It was just a short walk to the main amenities such as Tavernas and shops. Filimonas and his family were so friendly and helpful. They made us very welcome and we will definitely go back!

Pool was perfect for our young children, everything was clean, beds were good.

Noise from nearby hotels was sometimes a bit annoying.

Fabulous villa! Perfect for a big family holiday with children! Fantastic hosts, very helpful and available to contact! They even organised a rental car for us which made everything so much easier!

Beds a little hard but not a huge issue!
