We enjoyed everything about this beautiful condo. Communication was great, the check-in process was seamless, and the few minor maintenance issues were handled immediately. The condo is well-stocked and beautifully decorated. Of upmost importance to us - the beds are SO comfortable! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Absolutely stunning, beautiful property! Everything was perfect!

Host were very accommodative and responsive. Looks like we are allowed only one car parking but they let us park in other vacant spots when it become available. There were no locks in any of the the restrooms but when complained they immediately changed it. Overall, we had a great time and made many memories, thanks to the host Rachelle

Location absolutely perfect for walking to all the restaurants, shops and water sports but also quiet and safe accommodations. Full view of Cruz Bay and the resort pool. Had everything our family of five needed and more! My 18 year old son loved the fitness center and the pool and hot tub were a great treat for post beach hopping. They even had little shampoo and soaps in their beautiful bathrooms. The beds were super comfy and the sheets and comforters so cozy. They have beach towels, chairs, noodles and coolers so no need to pack those. AIr condition was on point after a sweaty, hot day at the beach. Our kids ages 18, 15 and 10 said it was a 10 out of 10 vacay. They can't wait to return!

We had a great view of Cruz Bay. We enjoyed watching all the different boats come and go each morning. Short walks to the restaurants and shops . 4-10 minutes. uAll our boat trips left from Cruz Bay as well. Condo was very clean and well stocked. The balcony had a shaded side and sunny side . We will be back !!!

Our family of five stayed for a week. Location was great - walking distance from everything Cruz bay offered. The unit fit our needs to a tee. Clean and great beds, well stocked kitchen. Property staff was outstanding can express how helpful everyone was during our stay. Rented a jeep from Mr Pipers and was very pleased with the process. We made memories that were priceless. I would highly recommend the unit, a real pleasure to stay there. Thank you the Blair’s for sharing.

This property is absolutely wonderful. The pictures on VRBO are exactly what you get. Clean, spacious, modern, and with a stunning view of Cruz Bay. An easy 2-3 minute walk to the vibrant 'downtown' restaurant and bar area. Comes with a parking space for the jeep you'll want to rent to explore this most amazing island.

Wonderful condominium property located a short walk from the ferry in Cruz Bay St John's. Spacious well appointed and a short walk to most restaurants and parking if you want to rent a Jeep. I loved it.

We stayed in this location for a family trip! Cannot say enough good things about this place, the location is breathtaking! Not to mention being right in Cruz Bay so you can walk to everything as well. The place had everything we needed plus some! Highly recommend staying here!

The overall experience was great. The host was flexible, accommodating, and responsive. The house was great and spacious with many levels. The best part was the views. There is some honking and traffic noise during the day but nothing that would deter us from coming back. Overall this is a great property!

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is fantastic. Easy walk for restaurants or shopping. Property manager was very responsive and any issues were quickly addressed. Great amenities as well.

Location accommodated our group perfectly. To be able to walk from Cruz Bay was great. No worries about driving after a drink. No hassle if some wanted to end the night earlier than others. While parking garage is a bit tight due to support beams, having a reserved spot was great. Rochelle was very responsive and helpful. Morning coffee on the balcony was perfect. Had the most beautiful rainbows most mornings. The balcony is narrow, but was still a nice place to start and end the day. Everyone loved the shower with the rainfall heads and plenty of hot water. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Unit was clean and generally in good condition. The doors were in rough condition but other than the door from the master to the balcony functioned fine. Could not get the door from master to balcony closed. We still felt safe and it did not detract from our stay. The small bathroom had some repair needs. Appreciated having all the beach gear provided. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. There was plenty of information provided prior to our trip and check in was simple. Our stay was great and the view from the balcony even better. The 3 bedroom unit had everything we needed. It was nice to be close to Cruz Bay so we could walk to restaurants and shops.

This place was great for our family. Walking distance to Cruz Bay. The condo has all of the amenities that you will need for your stay. There is even a supply of beach chairs and other beach gear that guests can use for the days at the ocean. Owners were great to work with. Would definitely stay here again!!
