The house was as described, even better. Well set up for 2 to 6 people. Back yard was amazing for being in the city. Our dog loved sitting in the sunshine I highly recommend it.

This home is reasonably priced and works better than a hotel. The back yard is gigantic and has a very substantial garden. Because of this, the homeowners are out in the yard EVERY DAY. They scared me a couple of times until I got used to them lurking around the place. Beyond that, there was an exorbitant amount of personal stuff in every cabinet and drawer and way more furniture in the place than necessary. I did score a big bag of tomatoes and peppers and my visiting friend got gobs of fruit. All in all, it was a good stay. The place is quite dark inside with heavy curtains and dim lighting but that was okay. It was decently priced and that was my main concern.

We came to Idaho for a baseball tournament for my son. Very last minute change of plans on our part decided to rent a house instead of staying at a hotel. The house looked like the pictures, huge backyard and covered porch. The house had everything we needed. Once we made the reservation, the message from the homeowner said the yard guy would be there at some point and that they (the home owners) would be there to tend to the garden and sprinklers ( which were on a timer ) one of the days. To our surprise and inconvenience, 2 of the 4 nights we stayed, the homeowners were there when we came back for the day. The 2nd time they were there was 9:45 pm!! The 3rd day the yard guy was there. We found it to be a tad much & would’ve had more privacy staying at the hotel. The homeowners were very nice and gave us berries and cucumbers from the garden but would have appreciated for them to hold off & let us enjoy our time privately.

This property gets a full 5 star rating. The house was spotless and comfortable. It had everything needed and then some. Just bring food and beverages because everything else you can think of is there. But the yard! Holy cow. I knew it was big from the listing, but it is huge and beautiful! The patio is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. It is completely fenced so my dog had run of the whole place. He thought we moved to a park. My only concern was the neighbors chickens are easily accessible. My dog left them alone, but be careful if you have a dog that won't. The host, Maria was exceptional. I can't wait to find a reason to visit again.

The yard on this property is massive for an in-town location. The garden has so many varieties of fruits & vegetables as well as many amazing fruit trees! We enjoyed staying at this location with our family (our daughters are 3 years old & 19 months)! We even walked to Jullion Park where the girls enjoyed the playground! It was a wonderful home away from home for our time in Boise!

This was our second time at this property. HUGE yard for my grandkids to run and play. Roomy and clean interior. Great neighborhood close to everything. Only negative is only one full bath (shower only-no tub). Will definitely stay here again.

This place was awesome. Quiet and beautiful grounds. It was well stocked with kitchen things and linens. Near shopping, but still very private. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Its just so cozy. Beds were perfect, plenty of blankets and pillows, comfy livingroom, loved the kitchen, and most of all the backyard. Its huge! We spent a lot of time in the back. Overall an amazing exerience

Had a great stay in Boise. We were coming into town for a funeral and wanted somewhere close to grandmas to stay. Due to having dogs sometimes it’s hard to find a place that works, but this was not the case here! The house itself was clean and in a great location! Nice and quiet but close to everything! We LOVED having a bidet in the main bathroom! The house had all the necessary amenities and was great space for the multi family trip. The YARD! Our dogs enjoyed having so much room! It was a little too cold on our trip to enjoy the back patio but it would have been a wonderful place to unwind! There were lots of nice touches including kids movies and baby wash in the shower. The property owners seemed very nice! The only thing I would recommend is having all parties know the door code as it locks behind you. Which is great to know that you didn’t forget to Lock it! Not so great when the only person who knows goes in to potty after a long travel day leaving the others locked out 🤣 but that was a lack of communication on my end and NO FAULT to the owners. If we ever need to book a place to stay in boise again rather than staying for family this will be our #1 choice!

We were more than pleased and could not have asked for a better experience. Great hosts and a great property made our visit to Boise to see iur new Grandchild very relaxing.

The property was amazing! Perfect for dogs and a ski team needing a quiet place to sleep and cook meals.

My husband and I needed a home to stay in for a week while our floors were being redone. The house had all the comforts of home. We had our 3 fur babies with us and the yard was perfect. The neighbors chickens provided a few laughs since the dogs had never seen them before. The neighborhood was very quiet which was great for my husband who works from home. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented this home 25-27 November to celebrate Thanksgiving with our dislocated family. Home was spacious, comfortable and VERY well equipped to support a family feast. We were allowed to bring our 2 four legged family members as well and there is a HUGE backyard for them to explore and exercise. The home is located near Albertsons so if you need something it's only a couple blocks away. The home is also close to the Boise Village which we visited and had dinner the last night in town. Highly recommend this place if you're traveling to the Boise area in the future!

We had everything we could need. The property was immaculate inside and out. Our kiddos (8,6,4) had a blast running in the yard, climbing trees and pick flowers and raspberries. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. We loved trying local restaurants and visiting fantastic parks. The nearby river has an amazing bike path the goes for miles. You cannot do better than this spot

Lovely home with many “extras”. Home was very clean and cozy. Backyard is amazing. I loved the extra touches with fresh flowers on the table. This home was perfect for us for while we were in Boise for our sons graduation from NW Linemen College.

Complete and honest review.. The property was beautiful. The backyard was amazing. The kitchen and main bathroom had gorgeous finishes. The house was filled with almost anything a person might need including toiletries, kitchenware, extra pillows and blankets, TVs in 2 bedrooms, one in the front room also with a gaming system and some dvds, games for the backyard, and a nice washer and dryer along with any cleaning supplies you might want. In the backyard is also a garden, which the owners tend to in the afternoon. The owner was very friendly and handpicked some strawberries, and told us we could also pick some raspberries if we wanted too. Quick responses to messages. Our 2 and 4 year olds were sad to leave the house. The only slight negatives were the doors were a bit squeaky, the bed in the left bedroom was quite loud when getting in and out, the visible bug sticky traps in every room, and the slight smell of older house. None of these things would stop us from staying there next time we visit Idaho. We had a great stay and would recommend this property to anyone. It was less expensive, had way more space, and was much nicer than most hotels I've been in.

This house was clean and fully stocked. There was enough room for us to move around and not be on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Boise.

This was our first stay at short term rental and I was little bit uneasy about everything but that feeling went away the moment I opened the door of this house. It was clean, great space, great AC and huge yard. House felt welcoming and comfortable and neighborhood was quiet and location was so convenient!! Loved the big table where we all visited and ate together and big living room to hang out also. Owner does a great job making this house home away from home!! We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Boise!!

The street name was spelled incorrectly which messed up with google maps. Also, it states that it is a 3 bedroom/2 bath house, when in fact it is a 1 bath with a 1/2 bath. Only 1 shower. Nice house though and gorgeous yard!!

We stayed 3 nights. The home is very clean and comfortable, and had everything a family of four needed for a short stay. Kitchen and bath are updated have everything you need. The back yard is beautiful and a wonderful place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. I would definitely return if I’m in Boise again
