Perfect place to stay downtown Seattle. Great location. Property was as posted. Host very much available and helpful. A bit of construction across from the space. Not sure how this we'll affect future views or noise volume . Definitely would stay again.

Location is fantastic, we enjoyed our stay! It was nice to have a full kitchen (with spices!) and a complimentary bottle of wine!

We loved Jeri’s Place, it was exactly as pictured online. It was clean and in a great location. We were there for only two nights, so we only took advantage of the pike place market, and the area specifically around there. That kept us thoroughly entertained and the dining options were wonderful. Everything was walkable from Jeri‘s place so we never needed to take the car out which was truly an advantage. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all cookware that a person would need to do any cooking that they would do during a vacation. We loved having a washer/dryer We would love to come back when we have more time to see more of the Seattle sites.

Our stay at this welcoming condo was great. It was so nice to come there after a busy day exploring Seattle. It’s a perfect size and decorated beautifully. The building was very safe and quiet. There is construction going on but the noise never bothered us. The host was so accommodating and helpful on everything🙂

Great condo, location and host! Labor Day weekend stay - thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was perfect. Comfortable and amazingly quiet given the busy area and nearby construction. Jeri is wonderful with communication. Would definitely stay here again when back in Seattle.

The host was extremely helpful and friendly. She contacted me before our stay to review the property and the ongoing construction. When we got lost, she walked us through our way to the property. She sent helpful information before our stay and was in constant contact before, during and after our stay. The location was central to all we had planned. I hope to return.

This is an amazing location if you want to be on the move — in and out of The Market, restaurants, shopping and attractions of Downtown Seattle. The property owner is open and super helpful about this great, thoroughly organized property. We’d love to come back.

Kitchen was well stocked and condo had charming decor. Host was quick to respond to questions and super helpful, providing us with lots of recommendations. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was very nice and comfortable ! We loved having the parking space for our rental car which allowed us to be able to explore outside of Seattle. Within walking distance of some great restaurants!! I would definitely stay here again. Jeri was very nice and extremely easy helpful!!

Jerry was so communicative beforehand and that really helped navigate check in. So kind and generous to help with any questions we had! The bed is so soft and cozy! Great soaker tub. It's such a short and easy walk to shopping and Pike Place Market. The rooftop area was stunning and the weather could not have been better. Even with all the construction on the waterfront it was an amazing and beautiful stay. We will be back!!

Great location and interior is very comfortable and spacious! Linens are soft and good quality. Kitchen is well equipped and the laundry was such a great thing for us coming off of a cruise and needing a clothing recharge for the next few days! Everything is well thought out by hosts from toiletries, teas, coffee etc. Easy instructions for check in and out! We slept well in the king and our 6 yr old shared with us and it was still spacious and comfy. Our teenager who is 6’ slept on the pull down, but mentioned it could use an foam topper and a couple extra pillows. The view is completely obstructed by what seems like an endless construction project, but it will be nice to come back and see it finished and how it all turns out! Parking was a nice option, very narrow spots, but our small suv fit fine! The carts for luggage up to the room were very helpful! Bathroom was nice, hard to have full privacy showering, as the slider from the bedroom stuck twice and so we opted to not use it. The construction was loud around 6 am but it wasn’t horrible. The doors and windows are pretty sound proof. Easy access to the pike place market and surrounding attractions. I feel this location is perfect for an out and about couple. Fireplace was lovely our last night as it got chilly! Thank you for the hospitality and being available for questions! We enjoyed this location very much!

Gorgeous condo that had everything we could possibly have needed. The owners are wonderful about communicating and making sure we were comfortable in their lovely space. That said, we were really surprised it’s in the middle of a massive construction zone. Definitely a detail that is important to note upon booking. Extremely noisy starting at 6am with trash dumping and hammering. I actually can’t believe the city allows crews to begin work that early. This is of course no fault of the owners, but I would not have paid what was more than $500 nightly with fees, taxes, etc. had we known this is advance. That said, it’s a beautiful spot and will be especially nice once construction is complete. My guess it will be awhile based upon the current appearance.

The only negative, which didn’t bother us was the construction next door that is blocking the beautiful view that was advertised in the listing. Jeri, the owner was wonderful in her communications! Everything was so close and walkable for tourists visiting the sights. The unit is clean and well stocked if cooking! Enjoyed our stay immensely!

This property and location will be great once the multiblock waterfront construction project is completed, which I'm guessing will be 2024. The view on the listing is not at all what you see out of the front window. As of June, the view is entirely blocked by scaffolding. I would rent this unit again at a reduced rate and adjust my expectations of the view. We booked it for the view, so we wish we had known what to expect before arriving. The owner is very nice and responsive. The condo was very clean and secure, and the location is great if you're not expecting the view shown in the listing. You can walk to pike place market in about 7-8 minutes, uphill or up about 4 flights of stairs. Extremely centrally located, awesome kitchen and accommodations. The pull out Murphy bed is broken so you fall in-between the mattress sections. Once fixed, it should be a very comfortable bed! Wonderful pillows and sheets. There are disposable ear plugs available next to the bed due to all the construction. The high ceilings andbeautiful crown molding are stunning and condo is nicely decorated and appointed.

This was perfect for our party of 4. Great location and very clean place. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space. Having the air in the living room area was nice and the temperature was cool enough at night that we were still comfortable in the bedroom. Jeri was very responsive. We would stay again.

Jeri’s home is clean, modern, and welcoming. We preferred the urban setting ( steps from Pike Place Market ) with water/ Mountain View, and running trail nearby. Check in process is understandably multi- layered for security purposes, but just fine after that. Once the construction noise and street closings are completed for the new aquarium, this location will be A ++++ !

We stayed in Seattle for just a couple of days, so needed a place that would allow us to walk around downtown with ease in order to maximize our time. This suite was in a perfect location, and the place itself was truly beautiful. There was a fair bit of construction noise (and detours) at times, but the host was very accommodating and helpful with this, and offered to help us with any navigational issues. We will definitely stay here again when next in Seattle!

We had a great time in Seattle. The place was extremely clean and well kept. Jeri was very helpful and let us know about the ins and outs before we got there. We got the perfect place to stay during our trip! We will be coming back.

Our stay was wonderful. The location can't be beat. The condo is set up beautifully to make your get-away perfect! Jeri is so helpful and nice. We will definitely go back and will recommend this gem of a place to our friends and family.

Stayed here the weekend of my wedding which was across the street at the Seattle Aquarium and used it for our getting ready space. The location was great, everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication was easy and it was awesome having two secure parking spots.

Perfect place to stay if you want to explore downtown Seattle. Walking distance or a quick Uber ride, w/o needing to figure out parking. Owner Jeri is quick to respond and adds a personal touch. We will definitely be back to stay here on our next trip to Seattle.

Cannot say enough great things about the owner, Jeri who was great with communication and recommendations. The condo had EVERYTHING we could possibly need including super cookware and spices. We were able to cook some great fish purchased at the market! We felt right at home. Thank you Jeri.

the owners of this property communicate almost instantly with every question and issue that could arise. the owners thought of everything they had umbrellas we didnt need extra blankets and makeup towles over all i would definitely stay here again

Super close to Pike street. Right on the water and close to the space needle. Easy to get to and from the airport. Kitchen had everything needed to cook an awesome meal with all the fresh food from the market. Jet bathtub and bathroom well appointed. Gas fireplace in the living room is great for chilly nights. Will return!

We stayed here for two nights following a Thursday football game at Lumen Field. Location is pretty ideal for Pikes Market and a few decent restaurants. Walking around felt safe and it was quiet at night. Reasonably easy access too and from major access roads. Accomodations are fantastic. Everything you need to be at home.
