Great location and a very clean and convenient property. Exactly what I needed for a short business trip.

If you pay for an overnight stay and your driving in from out of town there is no reason why the people shouldn’t be able to drop their stuff into the condo and get their parking pass! The office told us VasCasa is the only company that does that! Also 4 pm check in is absolutely ridiculous! We barely had time to enjoy ourselves! Only to have to turn around and checkout at 10 am. There is no one renting this condo and we understand why! We will definitely avoid this company in the future! We couldn’t even enjoy a cup of coffee together in the morning due to having to rush out! Awful experience

My daughter and I enjoyed our visit to PCB. The location of the condo is absolutely perfect. This is our second time at GulfGate. We stayed in 208 and had plenty of room , there were just 2 of us. Renting chairs from Anthony is so easy and convenient. Possible suggestions; shorter key code on the lock, update tv’s (never did get the living room tv working) and a bath mat . Bathroom ceramic tile gets slippery when getting out of shower. There were toys for the beach, it would have been nice to have a couple of the low beach chairs also. Overall trip was a success and our stay was nice.

This cute apartment was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with essentials needed to cook your own meals. The view of the ocean was the highlight of the apartment. The only con for us and not the owner's fault, was the neighbor was an avid smoker and we could not be on the balcony as much as we would have liked. Otherwise great place to spend some down time.

Great condo. Great view. Unit was nice and clean. Well stocked. Only issues with the unit were the bathroom rug was dirty. The light above the stove was out. We had a problem with the first door code, had had to use the key. Second door code had no problems. Just little things. Overall a great experience, and would recommed others to stay. The pool was dirty, cold and there was a light on the bottom that had fallen out. (Not the property owner's fault). The outside grills really need to be replaced. Great place to stay!

This is a fantastic condo. We were there to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. When we opened the door (oh, and we received a text that the condo was ready early) we were pleasantly surprised as the openness of the condo, as well as the tasteful and inviting decor and cleanliness. Plenty of furniture both inside and out on the balcony. The closeness to the beach was also a big plus. Now, the only downside was the washer and dryer do not work. The washer does not drain the water, thus leaving the clothes extremely dripping wet requiring hand wringing. The dryer sounds like a huge engine locomotive. However, a simple investment in a new washer/dryer unit is a quick fix. Since we were there only a few days we did not report it to the owner. This review will take care of that. Regardless, I highly recommend booking this room (except at the times I want to book it)!!

The complex was very nice and would stay there again, but had a problem on day one and could not get ahold of anyone. No one would answer the emergency phone number.

Good location, good parking, pretty clean. It’s only one bedroom and the pullout bed in the main area was broke…almost crushed my foot.

It was our last stop on our homeymoon and it definitely was our favorite. The condo was absolutely beautiful and the views of the ocean and being able to go out on our balcony every morning was great. The short walk to the beach was quiet nice and we loved every minute of our stay.

Very clean condo!! My mom and I enjoyed the quiet peacefulness of the area, the amazing sunsets and the quick walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!!

Love the size of this complex. Pool was ice cold. Plenty of chairs pool side. The complex is starting to show its age or maybe the damage from Michael in 2018 is still showing. Its on a quiet street and that's our favorite about this area.

Easiest rental for a vacation stay ever! It exceeded our expectations and was PERFECT for what we needed!

Quiet part of town. Beautiful view. Plenty of parking. Close to good restaurants.

Everything was perfect for our family. Everything worked great, beds comfortable, clean, only took 1 min to get to pool, 3 min to walk to beach, great balcony. We will be back!

Really enjoyed the stay the owner was more than helpful with whatever we needed will definitely book again.

There was leftover food in the fridge, and the lamps were not dusted by the bed. The bathroom had an empty roll of toilet paper on the floor behind the toilet. The toilet was very very low, had trouble with that. Wish checkout and check-in was later, and earlier. The bed slept great, the view was very good. We would stay there again, However, it was our anniversary, and it rained the entire time. oh well. so we went out to eat and stayed watching football, could have done that at home.

The property was nice, but the cleanliness was sub par. There was sand all on the floors, they were dirty to the point your feet would turn black, there were dirty linens on the floor in the closet, and there was a raisin and m&m behind the sink in the kitchen.

This condo was immaculate and very comfortable. The beach is right out side your balcony door. Only complaint is there was no extra TP, but I consider that a simple oversight. Nice little Tiki bar about a 2 minute walk away. I would most definitely rent this unit again. Well done to the owners.

The gulf view

Our 2nd stay for a month, & was a little liery after the comment regarding the cockroaches, but we had NO issues. The condo is Beautiful & clean, & new furniture. Not 1, but 2 recliners, new sofa & chair in living room, very nice!! Kitchen very well stocked. View from the balcony is gorgeous! We love it & will be back.

They didn't stock any toilet paper and we ran out in the middle of the night, not realizing there wouldn't be anymore accessible. We had to go buy our own.

The main concerns we had were that the kitchen sink area, specifically the sprayer, was so gunked up with layers of black stuff that it hardly sprayed.

The worst part was the cockroaches that came out from behind the fridge. We took pictures of one that ran all the way across the counter top.

Probably would not recommend it to family and friends. The price point was good for ocean front, however you'd think they would clean it better with COVID, stock it better for a multiple night stay, and welll... i don't know a single person that wants to bring their personal belongings in and have cockroaches running around.

It is nice that it has a fully stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a toy chest on the deck full of beach toys.

I love staying at Gulfgate. But this trip was not a good example. The room was not clean and Vacasa would not respond. The shower and bathroom were never cleaned. Hair all in the shower. When I finally talked to someone he said it would just have to wait til the next day and I would have to deal. So I spent hours cleaning the condo. (There is a pandemic people!). Then exhausted from travel and cleaning went to go to the perfectly made up bed... it had no sheets. Just a blanket it make it look made up. The next day someone left two bundles of sheets in our room. I had to make up the bed. Finally was told they would refund the cleaning fee. Which was the least they could do. I feel I should have gotten one day comped that I missed while cleaning.
