This property was a great location, well equiped. Water heater a little slow to recover but had great pressure and just spaced out showers.

5 minute walk to snowflake lift. Can ski down four o’clock run and get within two minutes if condo. The best part was the texting service. They were amazing and answered all my condo and non-condo related questions. Place was clean and well kept

We absolutely loved our stay!
Condo was spacious with plenty of closet space and a huge pantry.
Kitchen is well stocked, allowing us to make dinner every night.
The in-unit laundry is always appreciated.
Snowflake lift is a short walk in the morning and skiing down four o’clock has a walk through right to where the unit is located.
You’re also a short walk away from downtown.
Don’t forget to pack a couple extra towels to use for the pool/hot tub house- those aren’t provided.
Overall, it’s a clean, spacious condo with a perfect location if you’re looking to park your car and not get back into it until it’s time to leave.

The space was clean and the property management group was surprisingly communicative. Overall, good experience! There are some small updates that could be done to improve the property, like refinishing the coffee table in the living room. There were just a few things like that that made the place feel a bit old and worn. THAT SAID, it’s very well kept and clean. Bed was great!

The property was nice, clean and comfortable. Everything looks just like the pictures on the ad. The rental company (summit mountain rentals) is extremely professional, accommodating and customer service based. They went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had prior to arrival as well as being available for the duration of my stay. Great place to stay for a mountain get away.

Bus stop and trail are right across the street. Property mgmt team were great and very responsive during our early arrival. Pool and hot tub were too far away to use during the winter. Very clean space and nice views too.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. You can walk 2 blocks up the road to the Snowflake lift or take a shuttle. The hot tub and pool are fun and are in the complex just one over. Management was responsive when water in bathroom pipe had frozen.

Great stay, perfect location for walking to ski lift or into town. Had minor issue upon arrival but management team, Dave W. and Ashley quickly addressed it and helped make our stay perfect, thank you!!

Perfect Location on 4'o clock road right in-between the snowflake lift and downtown. Other than some minor things like the tub / shower draining very slowly (management responded quickly), it was a perfect stay. Would return anytime.

Great location - make sure to get off of the 4o'clock run before the Pine Ridge exit or you'll have to walk uphill, but we figured that out after the first day. We didn't use the hot tubs because it was so cold and we were too big of babies to do the walk haha. Amenities were great and a wonderfully stocked kitchen which was super convenient and nice and parking was great. Staff was great on checking in and very responsive - we accidently left a duffle bag with some significant items and it was found and they are shipping it back. Will definitely stay again!

The property was as described and was very clean. The location is perfect for easy access to everything Breckenridge has to offer. There is a free shuttle bus stop across the street, one and a half block walk to Snowflake lift, and about a block to downtown Breckenridge. I highly recommend this property.

Very confusing on proprer location of condo and the trash location and code did not work. Make a simple strip map with building and where the code is and hand this with the keys.

We had a great experience. At first we were worried about walking uphill to the Snowflake lift but realized there was a shuttle spot RIGHT across the street from the complex. The hot tub is a short walk as well. The location is good for walking into to town, but also easy to drive, park and walk around.

This property did the job for our ski vacation. Had all the necessities. Could be updated and needs a little more light in the bedroom but overall just fine for our needs. Great location, walking distance to everything. Property management company was easy to working with.

Great Location - easy walk to Beaver Run & Main Street
This stay was our very first in Breckinridge and we had an amazing time! Very close to all the shops on Main Street and an easy walk, behind the unit, to the pool/hot tub area and Beaver Run slopes. I was a bit surprised that we first had to go to the office to check in. Usually in other cities the units have key codes at the door to get in. The check in office was just 2 blocks away however so it wasn’t an inconvenience. The unit was comfortable but I did have trouble sleeping as there is no ceiling fan. I was super thankful for the sound machine and humidifiers! A tower fan would be a great addition. The master bedroom was pretty dark with only two lamps to light the room. I suggest a floor lamp in the corner by the single bed or adding different table lamps with shades that provide more light. We didn’t use the kitchen but seemed very well stocked. Overall this is an excellent unit in a prime location and would definitely recommend to others.

This property isn't located directly on the ski hill and the naming conventions are a little confusing. Is it Sundowner I, Sundowner II, or something else entirely? Condo it's self is clean and beautiful, gorgeous view, and amazing staff at the office.

Overall this is a good condo. A few items to note. Location-The walk to the snowflake lift is a little further due to the condo being 150 yards or so off of 4 o’clock road. The bus stop is right there after the 150 yard walk to 4 o’clock road. From there, you can take the bus to snowflake or walk another 250 yards or so to the lift (uphill). We walked in boots with skis, etc. and an 8 year old. Not too bad of a walk, just be prepared if you are expecting a shorter walk. Cleanliness-Overall pretty clean but could use a little more attention to detail on the cleaning. We found some dirty clothes, water bottle lids, and a few other items in random areas. Overall, we would stay again.

Great stay, plenty of space for the two of us
Location of condo super convenient to beaver run, peak 9 and downtown. Close parking right outside. Very cozy, had radiant heaters so it always was warm inside. Nice view from windows, and lots of storage space: pantry, closets etc. there were lots of kitchen pans, bakeware and utensils. Great property for the two of us!
