The house was clean, in good shape, and super close to the beach. There was beds and bathrooms every where we turned in the house. The grocery stores were close by, along with other amenity locations. The parking was a little tight, but we had four large automobiles, and two were huge trucks. The property manager kept in contact with me through text, which was very convenient.

Came down over spring break from Michigan with 3 families. 6 Adults and 7 kids ranging from 13-18. House was perfect for this size group and there were plenty of things to do inside and outside as the beach with less than a block away through the back gate. Small pool and Jacuzzi in the back fenced in area but for the time the kids spent it was good size. In the evenings the kids had plenty of spaces to hang out and the 3 -18 year olds stayed the mother-in law suite on the first floor with a full kitchen and bathroom which worked out great for them. Even though the weather ended our trip a day early it was a great trip... Thank you!!!

Steps from the beach, this beautiful townhouse accommodated our family holiday. The small pool was perfect for our grandchildren at the end of the day. We had a great vacation!

The home was spacious, clean, had new furniture and appliances, and was a very short walk to the beach. Marijane was very responsive to all inquires. I would stay here again. 5 stars.

This home is immaculate! Very close to the beach and in a great neighborhood. Make sure you take the time to ride bicycles around. Feels like an extension of Rosemary Beach without all the busyness! Great restaurants who deliver. Owners where extremely accommodating and hospitable! Worth every penny!

What an incredible find this was! Super convenient to everything (3-4 great restaurants <5 min away; Publix 2 miles away, etc.) and yet still only a block from the beach. House was exactly as described - exceptionally well furnished and kept. Had a couple of minor glitches and they were remedied immediately. Highly recommended!

This property is very well maintained and the communication with the property owner was excellent! She even sent cupcakes over for the kids on the 4th of July!! It is a very short walk to the beach from the house. There is a small road behind the house but it isn't busy at all so we felt quite safe with all of the kids walking to and from the beach. The only small thing we would highlight is that the 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor are not actual bedrooms. They can be used as such but they are also common walkways to get in and out of the house through the side or back door. That being said, there was plenty of space for all 15 of us and we had a great time!!

We had a great time staying Inlet beach in the beautiful home. It was well furnished and big enough for all of us to unwind and relax. Would recommend to large groups and families.

This was the best vacation home I have ever rented. The house was very clean and in fantastic condition. We were right by the beach so waking there was very easy. The neighborhood was great, a beautify view at sunset. Property manager was very attentive and answered all of our questions promptly. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone!

The house is beautifully finished and well updated. It was also very close to the beach which was great! There were some issues with the water heater not working the first night, but this was promptly fixed. Then he spa heater stopped working half way through our stay which was unfortunate. Otherwise everything was in working order, very clean and comfortable. I think the main thing we were disappointed with was the description of "6 bedrooms," when in fact there are three proper bedrooms, one bunk room that only has a curtain separating it from the hallway, and then the other two "bedrooms" are in fact living room spaces on the bottom floor with murphy beds in them... I would say this is in fact more of a 3.5 bedroom 5+ bath. So essentially there are two bedrooms you have to walk through to use the house... not really bedrooms at all. They have done a good job with their photos so as to not make this readily apparent. All in all it worked out fine and we had a good time, but the two couples who thought they were getting their own bedrooms in this "6 bedroom" house were a little bummed to find out they were sleeping in a living room... I can see how it works fine for families with lots of kids, which this is clearly geared toward, but It would have been nice knowing this going in.

Property is exactly as described and is well maintained with a helpful and responsive property owner. Close to the beach and activities, and very rewarding if you just want to hang by the pool . Great amenities and friendly environment.

Marimac Maison was everything as promised and so much more! The house is beautiful, very spacious, clean and convenient. Marijane was super responsive to any of our requests. Three spacious master suites and a perfect room and hangout for teenagers.

This house has it all! After spending a week at Inlet Beach I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This beach is so quiet and uncrowded combared to Rosemary, Seaside and Watercolor. If you want a fun family home this is the one! I would highly recommend and will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and in a great location. The pool and hot tub were great. The only issues we had were: 1) the code we were emailed to get in was incorrect and we sat outside for an hour waiting to get in. Not fun in the heat after driving 8 hours to get there 2) the ice maker downstairs was not working and we were not informed of this prior to our visit Those were really minor things and did not significantly affect the trip. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay recently at Marimac's Maison. We had 7 adults and 5 children, and everyone had more than enough room. The three king beds were great for the adults and the bunk room and lower level beds are perfect for children. Our only concern was there was not much room for toddlers/babies that aren't ready for a bed yet, but it was manageable. We were so busy outside that we didn't really watch the TV's but they seemed to work just fine. The parking is perfect for two cars and a bit of a squeeze for three. The location next to the beach is prime. It is a very short (maybe 2 minutes) walk to the beach with no boardwalk or stairs so access is very easy. The house was stocked with plenty of beach toys and a wagon which was a plus for packing up all of our belongings for a fun day in the sand. Marijane was very accommodating and was prompt to answer calls and texts. Our vacation was very enjoyable and the weather was perfect for early October. If you are looking for an affordable, spacious house near 30a that is next to the beach, this location is highly recommended!

Three story duplex with lift for older folks. Very nice views and easy access to beach. Did have some issues with refrigerator, which owner was responsive and we were grateful. Kitchen could have used a few more frying pans, otherwise OK. Very sparse on paper items...ie, less than half rolls of TP in bathroom, so bring your own before you arrive!

We had a wonderful week staying at Marimac's Maison. Our group of 15 people - 6 adults, 9 children - had plenty of room to stretch out and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. We really loved the proximity to the beach - it made it easy to go from beach to house without having to plan or pack for each trip. The house was beautiful and very clean, and Marijane was quick to answer any concerns we had and also to give us suggestions for places to go. Chair rentals were perfect and right on the beach!! I would definitely recommend Marimac's Maison to any large group looking for a spacious home close to the beach!

The house was clean and very spacious. Plenty of room for 3 families to spread out. We enjoyed the large kitchen and gathering area on the top floor. The bedding was very high quality and comfortable. Having chairs set up for us each day on the beach was very convenient, I recommend having this arranged. We had one small issue with the air conditioning when we first arrived and it was fixed very promptly. Highly recommend this beach house.

We cannot thank Marijane and her husband enough. We were booked in another rental down the road and when we arrived the house we had rented was in a construction zone. We saw that this house was still available on VRBO and asked our rental agency to call and see if we could rent it THAT DAY. Marijane walked over and met us at the house immediately and she and her husband accommodated us with virtually no notice. The house was in perfect condition despite the short notice. We ended up with a MUCH NICER house than the one we had originally rented and Marijane went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed; arranged bikes to be delivered for us and responded immediately to any questions we had. This is a gorgeous house with everything top of the line. The basement area with separate in law suite accommodated the teenagers in our group perfectly. They were in heaven with the pool and hot tub just outside their door. It is a very easy hop skip and a jump out the door to the beach; which was very quiet despite being right in the heart of Spring Break season. There are no steps to get the beach - just walk out your door, down the street and onto the sand. We had friends staying in Seaside and Seacrest and both had to deal with crowds. We could easily bike into Rosemary and come back to our own quiet heaven. Honestly there is absolutely nothing negative to say about the house, the amenities, the distance to the beach, etc. We have rented many beach houses for the past 10 years; the majority from VRBO. Aside from the obvious high end value of this home, it is the owners who are truly stand out. Couldn't have worked with a more generous, accommodating, and kind family. They truly saved our vacation - and it was my son's graduation trip to boot. If you are looking for luxury accommodations with a beautiful, serene family friendly beach and want to be treated like royalty throughout your stay - this is the house for you!

Our family of 14 fit into this house with ease. The beach is just a short stroll out the back gate and the home is well equipped from the kitchen to the beach toys. The owner is very helpful and anticipated needs you may have - it seems her goal is for you to have a perfectly relaxing vacation.

Our stay at Marimac's Maison was very enjoyable. We have a large family and the home was perfect for several couples and their children. The house is very close to the ocean and after spending the day at the beach its was great to have a short walk back for a nice cool dip in the pool. The home is very functional and having the additional downstairs kitchen was great for the older kids who could break away for some of their own free time. For the area, it's a perfect location. A short walk away from Rosemary Beach and and right next to a state park with really neat walking trails and an inlet lake for fishing and or bike riding.

This was by far the best place we have stayed with our family, We really enjoy spending a family vacation in this part of Florida and this was the best place we have stayed. There were 12 of us and this house had all the room we needed. The younger boys stayed in the lower level and really enjoyed their space there. The adults all had their own comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen had everything you could want if you wanted to cook in. We enjoyed the pool in the back of the house also. MaryJane was very helpful and greeted us when we arrived It was a wonderful place to stay and will looked forward to another visit..

Can not say enough great things about this rental!!! The house was large, spacious, beautifully decorated, top notch kitchen appliances and had everything we needed. We loved that the beach was a short walk from the house so we could easily run back to the house for lunch, snacks, or anything we needed!! It was also a convenient walk at night for crabbing. The home is conveniently located with shopping and restaurants nearby. We visited Rosemary Beach, Panama City, and Shell Island on our trip. The owners were fantastic and to happy to help us with any questions or requests. We are originally from California so this was my families first time to Florida and it was a wonderful vacation that we hope to do annually!!!

All positive things to report about this experience. The home was large, and well appointed, and entirely clean. Quality was high (we thought price was very fair for quality and size of house). As represented, the house is 100 yds (or less) to beach- and a very easy walk to get there. Beach itself is outstanding, and not crowded-- quite a contrast to the totally packed beaches just up the road from it (e.g., Rosemary Beach). Perhaps most importantly, owner was honest, and fair, and always responsive and helpful. When renting, you really could not ask for a better owner to deal with.

The only reason I was considering NOT writing a review is that we want to rent every summer from now on and I don't want other people to know how awesome this place is... But I decided to write one anyways! This house has it all. We went with 11 people. 7 Adults, ages 34-65, and 4 kids, ages 2-8. All the adults had their own suite- including TVs and full bathrooms. The kids were in bunk rooms- which they loved! There were 2 stocked kitchens- one on the 3rd floor, and one on the first- perfect for the nights we barbeques or used the oven for eating at the beach. The beach is a 1 minute walk- so if we forgot anything or wanted to run home for a minute, it was a breeze. There were people staying at the townhouse attached (Wally's World) and we couldn't hear a thing from them! The house is made with quality finishes- solid doors and walls- so kids waking up didn't wake the whole house. The elevator made it easy to bring heavy groceries or bags from one floor to the next. The house was very clean, but we opted to have the cleaners come in 2 times during our stay. They changed sheets and cleaned bathrooms, etc. ($125 per extra cleaning). There were kids toys and games, which our kids loved to use. The barbeque was great for big family dinners at the house. We liked how we didn't have to keep up with keys- there was a code for the doors, which made it easy for us to split up, but keep the house locked. The VERY LOUD alarm on the doors to the pool gave me peace of mind, since we had young ones. The adults could reach a high up button on the doors in order to turn off the alarm. And if the door was open for too long the alarm went off. We visited the inlet just about 1/2 mile to the left on the beach- the kids loved it! We also spent the days at Rosemary, Sunset, and Watercolor Beach areas. Lots of biking, shopping, and restaurants. We went to the pier and amusement parks nearby. We loved this house and highly recommend. The owners were nice and happy to accommodate any requests. This trip was fantastic for all of us.

Our stay was excellent at this property. It had been a while since we had a big family vacation. Marimac Maison and Inlet beach was the perfect location. We had 6 kids ranging from 5 -14 and they all had a blast. The adults enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the short walk to the beach.

We arrived and the weather was a little chilly, Marijane had the pool heated and waiting for us! This was the perfect rental property for a family vacation. The area could not have been more perfect. The close beach access without any stairs was perfect for our elderly parents and the privacy on the beach was wonderful. The water was beautiful, but still a little chilly,which is unusual for this time of the year so we were so happy to have the pool. The photos do not do the property justice it was actually more than we had expected. The home was exceptionally clean and had anything you could possibly need. I would definetly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect place to vacation. It has it all.

This is our second visit to Marimac's Masion and we were definitely not disappointed. The property was in as great a condition if not better than the first time. I spoke with Marijane (the owner) about this and she confirmed that she has it painted twice a year, and is constantly upgrading. This is the place to go if you are like us, and want the peace of mind that it is well maintained and spotless. Marimac's porches have gorgeous view of the ocean that takes your breath away. As a group of 10 adults and 4 kids, we loved having breakfast, lunch and drinks out on the porch overlooking the ocean, and also enjoyed the spaciousness of the home while indoors and the open kitchen format. The rooms are well-furnished as well. During the day, we all enjoyed the beautiful beach which is about a minute walk down a road (really more like a lane), as well as the pool that is right outside of the in law suite . Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation, and many thanks to the owner for promptly taking care of any questions or concerns we had before and during our stay. We will definitely be returning to this property!

We had a wonderful time even though it was cold and rainy. The house is perfect for big family groups. We had 13 people (6 children ages 5 to 16) and 7 adults. We were very comfortable and the kids loved having the downstairs to themselves. Our little ones loved the coziness of the bunk room. We cooked a big Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed to prepare it. With two full kitchens in the house we were able to use both ovens and refrigerators!! We will definitely come back!!! The owners were incredibly helpful with all of our needs (bike rentals, photographer etc.) We highly recommend this property!!

New to the Florida Panhandle, choosing a rental site unseen can be nerve racking. Marimac's Masion was much more than we were expecting. We were so close to the beach, just steps away and in a fabulous beach house! The house is new so everything was top notch. There were two well stocked kitchens with everything we needed, even a crockpot! The quality of the sheets and towels was great and the beds were very comfortable. This house could accommodate several families and would be great for a girls getaway. Looking forward to the next visit!
