We enjoyed the short stay. We would have loved to stay longer. Close location to other friends, the square, beach club, Publix and more. Felt safe having kids ride bikes. We loved the space!

This was our 2nd time renting in this neighborhood with the last time 2 houses down. The house was perfect for our family of 8. The bedrooms very roomy and kitchen well stocked. Location is close to all the seaside restaurants, tennis and watercolor resort pools. Too bad we couldn’t order our weather! Highly recommend!!

Great location, beautiful rental that had plenty of room and a screen porch with a swing that was AMAZING! The AC was broke upon check in however management company had someone at the house within hours to fix.

This house was so clean and spacious. It was organized and had amazing amenities such as a tub of dishwashing pods and garbage bags. Which can sometimes be forgotten on a grocery trip. They also had a ton of puzzles and board games which worked out great for my teenagers on the cold off season nights. The management company responded to me so quickly via text which I loved. The location was near a publix. We normally stay in the front by the beach but the condos are smaller. This house was not that far away from seaside at all. It was such a fabulous trip. The swing on the front sunroom porch was perfect to watch tv and do some work on my laptop. 100% recommend staying in this beauty!!!!

Clean cozy place
We were in town for a beach wedding and the property was flawless. Beds were perfect. Lots of space for everyone to not feel cramped. The bikes were super useful as we didn’t have a rental car, we could be down at the beach/food trucks in a few minutes. Walked to the grocery store our first morning there. My only complaint is that we were gone away from the house so much with family we didn’t get to relax at the house very often. Definitely recommended.

The home was just as listed on the property description. The kitchen equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home and plan on coming back in the future.
The bed swing on the screened in porch was my absolute favorite.

Beach Trip
We really enjoyed our stay!! The house was a short bike ride to the beach and the food trucks which was perfect. The house was nice and the rental company was very communicative.

Needs some attention
This home has beautiful finishes and decor. We loved the screened front porch and especially the daybed swing. The home is in need of some TLC. There is some black mildew or mold on the ceiling in the upstairs bonus room, and as you ascend the stairs you can feel the humidity that is causing it. The home is also in need of a good deep cleaning. The bathrooms and countertops were clean, but details have been missed. Upper surfaces were dusty, there was hair in the bathroom drawers, and left personal items under and behind furniture. It felt like the hired housekeeping is doing their job just fine, but it’s been awhile since someone who has personal investment has given attention to the home.

Family vacation place to be
We had the best time at On The Hook. The cozy house was perfect for our family, giving everyone enough space to be comfortable. We loved the time we spent here. We only had a few issues with the plumbing in one of the master bathrooms. Other than that, our stay was unforgettable, and we highly recommend the cottages to anyone looking for a nice family getaway.

On The Hook great cottage
Great house, comfy beds & furniture, Beautiful wood floors, tasteful finishes and charming beachy colors and decor. Really enjoyed this house, would stay again! Only complaint is that the dishwasher wasn’t working properly, but we reported it and hopefully they were able to fix it for the next guest. Also, house is a teensy far from beach, but the included 4 bikes were in great shape and it was about an 8 minute ride to Seaside proper or the beach club. Not bad, and enjoyed the ride!

Awesome and Beautiful with hiccups
The home was beautiful!.. and the neighborhood was amazing.. the only downside was the code didn’t work at check in and we were stuck outside approximately an hour with an infant and toddlers waiting for someone to call us back... The neighborhood isn’t well lit which made it even more difficult.. I want feeling confident that someone would get the message bc their isn’t really anyone readily available to check you in after hours
I also left a message about the operation of the freezer and didn’t receive any communication regarding it.

Beautiful Home in Lovely Watercolor
Beautifully decorated and furnished home, quiet neighborhood, a quick walk from the neighborhood pool (about two minutes, about a five minute bike ride to Publix, and a fairly quick bike ride to all other Watercolor amenities and several wonderful restaurants along 30a. We have stayed in Watercolor two other times and this has been our favorite rental so far. We would definitely stay here again. 30a Cottages provided friendly and responsive customer service to help us get set up and extend our stay. We think Watercolor is the perfect place for a beach family vacation.

Beautiful home
The property was exactly as it looked in the photos. It was a perfect set up for my husband, daughter and her friend. And the bikes were an added bonus. We really enjoyed our time here, so much so that we ended up adding an additional night, which the owner was very accommodating. The only complaint about the property is no towel racks in the bathroom. We were also impressed with the management company. The fire alarm went off the first night we were there and someone can over late that night and again first thing in the morning to fix the problem.
