We absolutely loved the property! We enjoyed the nearby attractions and then coming to a nice, comfortable home. We especially enjoyed waking up early and watching the sunrise... would definitely stay here again.

The house and property were a great fit for our family with our range in ages. location to grocery store was really good. water was plenty deep for boats and yet had a beach for little ones to walk out.

Holly – thank you so much for sharing your wonderful lakefront home with our family! We had a spectacular time. The large dock was literally always occupied either by someone reading a book, fishing, sunbathing, or sitting with a glass of wine enjoying the view! The boat lift worked great – renting a boat was such a bonus. The water was warm for waterskiing and tubing. Everything about the house itself was perfect – clean, well appointed, beyond fully stocked – down to parchment paper to bake our cookies!! With 4 of the upstairs bedrooms facing the lake with a balcony deck, everyone was decidedly pleased with the arrangement. The firepit area was well supplied with chairs. The kayaks and canoe were fun to take out as well. The wineries/breweries in the area were great. Watkins Glen & Taughannock Falls hikes were among the highlights of the week. Muranda Cheese Company, Finger Lakes Cider House were memorable outings. There was a cute farm stand down the road which kept us well supplied with corn & blueberries. Overall, great family trip. We all hope to be back next year. Holly was a great hostess. She answered all questions and was very responsive to a midweek issue that arose. Overall, I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants to fully enjoy the Cayuga Lake experience!!

This is our 3rd year renting this house. We love the location of being right on the water. The grand kids love fishing off the dock and swimming in the lake. We take 2 jet skis with us and use them daily. We like that the marina for gas is right across the lake. The house is a perfect size for 6 adults and 5 children. The king beds are comfortable and the recently updated bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and the eating table has a great view of the lake. We love to eat smores around the campfire and the kids like to skip stones on the shoreline. We have already reserved this great house for next summer.

We had family coming in from different places for graduation, and this home provided a fabulous resting place for all. Bedrooms and bathrooms were terrific - even nicer than the pictures !, bathrooms had clearly been renovated and were great for our large crowd of 8. Kitchen was stocked with every type of cooking need ( and we did a lot), and beautiful like setting - seen from every window - was stunning and tranquil. We had a terrific time!,

Our stay was incredible. The house was very clean and welcoming, and definitely more beautiful than the pictures showed. The host was very accessible and responsive to questions. I will definitely be staying here again.

Had a great weekend here with 9 of my friends. We had a couples getaway for the weekend and enjoyed the wineries and staying in the house at night playing board games. Overall it was an excellent trip and I recommend this booking to anyone. The only problem is that the house has no direct access and it’s about 70 steps down the bank to get to it. Was a little tricky with all of our luggage.

House is in a great location. Near many great places to visit. House was very well stocked and very clean. This was our best rental in 8 years! Can’t wait to reserve it for our next trip.

Sorry for the late reply -- it has been a horrifically busy Fall! My lab group once again had a wonderful time. About half the group had not stayed in the house before, and all fell in love with the beauty of the place. We had a great time talking about research projects, and also kicking back and having fun on the lake. best, Andy PS - The toilet in the downstairs bathroom did back up, and we went at it with a plunger, but I don't think we fully resolved the problem. I apologize if this problem persisted to the next renter -- I should have left a note.... At least we remembered in time that waste and recycling gets taken up to the cans at the highway.

Property was the perfect size for our group and was close to the functions we were attending. It was a beautiful setting by the lake, unfortunately, we were only there for a short time so were unable to take full advantage. The property was well equipped with everything we needed and the owner was very accommodating.

Really nice place, clean and has everything you need! Weekend getaway with friends. So much to do in the area that we'll ned to come back because we couldn't get it all in! Great communication with owner and we appreciated using the next door driveway to unload our kayaks and bags.

Enjoyed it very much, we would have preferred less stairs but that did not reduce the great stay that we had. We swam and rented a pontoon boat and spent most of the week on the water or the deck of the property. Owners were very pleasant to work with and took great pride in the property.

We love this lake house and plan on returning next year! We love the nice dock for fishing and jet skis, great bedrooms with king beds, a well stocked kitchen , big enough dining table for 11 of us, outside porch area for lunches outside, wonderful campfire area with lots of chairs, nice beach area for water entry for our little grands, nice grill for grilling, and the use of the driveway next door to unload all of our stuff!

We had a fantastic family celebration at this exceptional home - it is everything in the pictures and description on VRBO and more. I have never seen such a well-equipped rental home - we truly could have packed about half what we normally take to a family vacation. The house is spacious, clean, and very welcoming. Holly Geary was a gracious host, responsive to questions and very helpful. A minor weakness on the dock was immediately and capably corrected. The view was spectacular, and the younger girls loved fishing from the dock. We had no trouble filling up the days with fun activities, and enjoyed the firepit in the evenings. Even the 70 steps to the parking lot were laid out in such a way that it was not a problem for this old lady! Plenty of room for 10 people - we didn't want to leave! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a great time relaxing, enjoying the views, and playing games. The space was comfortable for all 10 of us to hang out together. The kitchen was very well equipped -- tons of dishes, silverware, glasses, and cooking tools! Holly was a great host and responsive before and during the trip. Highly recommend.

The pictures really don’t do it justice. Perfect for a multi-generational group, and the setting is just spectacular, a really special spot. We rented a pontoon boat for the weekend which was a lot of fun. Holly was very responsive and easy to deal with, and we fell in love with her dog Stella!! Would love to return and stay longer.

We came to do winery tastings and the location was very convenient for that but the weather wasn’t great. Fortunately, the house had beautiful views and a great fireplace to make the shortened day very enjoyable. The house is spacious but cozy and very clean with one of the best stocked kitchens of any rental house I’ve ever stayed in. Already thinking about returning next year!

Great location close to state parks and right on the lake. Very well furnished with cookware, games and linens. Views of the surrounding area were amazing. The stairs leading to the property were the only inconvenience but wouldn’t stop us from staying again!

The property was perfect for our girls weekend! Location was perfect for the winery boat tour! House had all necessary amenities and was fully stocked with all needed supplies. Thanks for a great stay and being a great host!

The house and property were amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There is wi-fi, which the listing stated there was not. There are 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 4 of the bedrooms have a king size bed, one room has 2 twins, and there is an additional day bed with a trundle in one of the rooms with a king. The owners live next door and were nice enough to let us use their driveway to unload our cars. There is no direct access to the house except the stairs from above. So many things to do around the area while you’re there. But sitting outside on the patio or on the dock soaking up the calm and quiet was the best part. My colleagues and I had such a great time, they want to do this annually.
