This location was superb! Everything was well presented and easy to function, having all needs met. A great stay!

My family appreciated all of the touches to make us feel at home, including the coffee, fully furnished kitchen, board games, and beach towels. A short walk to the beach to watch the sunset and then back to watch a movie was perfect!

Our daughter, her husband and their adult daughters raved about your house. It was clean and cozy. Lee said they would happily stay there again. They spent most of their time at the larger house we had rented, with the rest of the family. It was a glorious weekend!

This stay was our fourth at Brad’s place, and our repeat visits say it all - we love his place! It is so comfortable and has everything you’d need. The deck is incredible! Location is perfect. Thanks for another great stay!

Great stay

Great patio, plus record player

This nice little home lives much larger than the size indicates. From the street it looks tiny but once you enter the private gated patio, the home opens up to a larger space than you would expect. It has a small kitchen but that was alright as all the appliances are relatively new and functioning correctly. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom newly remodeled. It has everything you need as far as cooking, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. including access to a couple beach bikes with helmets, beach toys, chairs, etc. in the garage. The washer & dryer were in the garage too. There was ample parking for three vehicles off the street but we only needed the driveway, which in the photos looks steep bust wasn't really and both of us in our upper 70s could easily walk up and down it. What will really excite you if you're an outdoors person, which I would expect everyone who rents at the beach to be, was the wonderful and expansive back deck. It is made out of a trek like material, has an outside table with chairs and benches, nice (covered) lounging couch and chairs, and nice pergola for sun protection and a massive BBQ set up. There are glimpses of the ocean between other houses and it is only about a two block walk to the beach. Cayucos has a number of public beach access paths along the beach bluffs. The owner Brad was very quick to reply to a couple contacts I made. We had nothing to complain about! Loved it!

Wife and I enjoyed our 3 day stay. Quiet. Great cleaning crew. Convenient to load and unload the car. Quality/comfortable beds. Couldn't get Netflix movies to stay on after the first day. Couch uncomfortable. Plan to return.

Loved this place! There was plenty of room to spread out for the 4 of us. The deck seating was great as was the bbq. The hosts have so many amenities added that I couldn’t think of anything that the place lacked. The outside shower was a lifesaver for washing off our boogie boards and wetsuits. Two blocks walk to a great beach.

The property was wonderful and as listed, it was just a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. So glad that there were multiple fans to keep us cool at night! We would definitely come back again!

Cozy and perfect for our family of four, clean and lots of natural light illuminates the house. Lovely home to come back to after visiting the nearby towns and spending hours at the beach. We had everything we needed and appreciated the beach chairs and gear. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, amazing deck, clean, and quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed. The beach is so close, and we loved the beach things that were provided. Brad was very quick to respond when I had a question. We will definitely stay again.

Brad we had an awesome time at your house. It’s everything the picture show. The king bed is very comfortable. Outside deck is very nice love the gas BBQ. Very quiet. There was construction behind us but they were cool and didn’t start until later the next day. We will be back.

This property is so great you'll never want to leave. The patio is enormous and feels like an extension of the living room. The beach is a short 2 block walk away and downtown Cayucas is close enough for a morning walk to get coffee / breakfast. We loved our stay so much I wanted to purchase the house.

This place was fun to stay at. Great location. The back yard and garage cameras kinda made the stay awkward, but it was still fun. There was construction to the house behind that started at 8.

We were really happy to make this our home base for a week. It was very inviting for kids and adults alike. We loved the record player, cruiser bikes with helmets and the skateboards. The beds were comfortable and there were nice touches like a sound machine in the bedrooms. Artfully decorated and many fun games for us to play. The patio furniture is super nice. My husband spent mornings working from the patio and Internet was strong. Thank you so much for sharing your home and the surfer/musical vibe.

We stayed here for a family visit and Morro Bay Half Ironman… it was convenient, comfortable and perfectly appointed. Pleasant walk to beach and easy to get to town and Morro… Can’t wait to return!

Everything was spic and span. The house is simple but wonderful. The outside back deck is perfect for hanging out. The ocean is so close. There are many beach toys, bikes and chairs. It was really lovely. I would highly recommend. The beds and linens were of good quality and there was a washer and dryer that seemed quite new.

This stay was our third at Brad’s super clean and comfortable beach cottage and it was again perfect. The location is ideal. The new deck is incredible!!! We can’t wait to come back when the weather is better to fully enjoy it. We visited local farmers markets and took an incredibly scenic road (Santa Rosa Creek Road) out to Paso Robles which I highly recommend. We will be back. Thanks for everything, Brad!

Small two bedroom 1 bath with a lot of charm. The new LARGE deck in the back adds a lot more outdoor living space. The classic Magnavox record player was the perfect addition. We also loved having the heated floors in the bathroom. We used the bikes to ride around town and visit our favorite restaurant, The Sea Shanty!

we really enjoyed the style of the place from the road dahl book to the record player and the outdoor shower. it fit our vibe very well and had everything we could need.

We loved being walking distance to the beach and able to drive to several hiking trailheads. The house was comfortable and kitchen well stocked

The property is very well set up and the home is very nice. We found everything we needed and I can’t say enough about how the owners communicated. The bikes were great as they made Downtown very accessible. They really thought of everything, from music to games and the kitchen is set up like home. They recommended restaurants and were great about checking in with us to ensure a smooth stay. Five stars well deserved, thanks for providing such a nice experience!

This property is so clean, quick walk to the beach, & exactly as pictured. The owners have seriously thought of EVERYTHING to make the stay so great! Family friendly or perfect for just couples who are traveling. Brad is always so quick to respond. Great at communicating. Can’t wait to book our next trip!

Cayucos is a gem of a place. Very fun property (music, coffee bar, beach cruisers, vintage video games, etc) Every detail was thought out. Owner was very responsive. Couldn’t use the back deck because it was under construction. Overall, a great time in a sweet pad!
