For our Wedding Anniversary, we were wanting a peaceful getaway in a mountain setting with a stream nearby and we found it. Although we were in town, it felt secluded right on the Fraser River. The weather was beautiful.

I really enjoyed my month long stay in this unit in Winter Park. The Fraser River is right off the balcony! The bed was comfortable, the couch was comfortable, the unit has everything one needs for a short or long term stay. The clubhouse is fantastic with a small, but adequate gym, three hot tubs and a large pool, plus laundry room (takes credit cards) and a nice sitting area. The area is so walkable to restaurants, shops, and groceries. The free Lift is such a nice feature to travel all the way from Winter Park Resort to Granby. Hiking and biking trails are right outside the doors. Great communication with the owners. All around great stay!

Excellent location & condo provided all necessary items through out condo. Very quiet & easy parking. Planning to return in the fall. My husband enjoyed Father's Day weekend!

The ski bus picked up right outside the building and it was quiet. Grocery store is a half mile away.

Great place for 2 or 3 adults. Bus pick-up is directly in front of building. Response time to questions from the owner was almost immediate! Great communication. Well equipped property. Highly recommended.

We had a wedding nearby and needed something accessible and affordable! This spot was perfect for our needs. Nothing fancy but absolutely doable!!

Perfect place with access to everything in Winter Park. Short walk to most places. Mnt bike trail access right from the area. Great rec room/pool/hot tubs. Laundry area is great.

Everything worked perfectly well as I was in town for four days of skiing, and needed a condo for my last two nights. Jessica was great to communicate with, the location was terrific for me, and everything was exactly as indicated on her listing. I gladly recommend this for anyone else.

Unit was very dark. kitchen fluorescent lights flickered constantly. bedspread seemed old and tired. new carpet in bedroom is terrific. I had much email interaction with the owner. She was very pleasant and helpful.. Location is terrific to catch the shuttle to the slopes.

We had a good stay here. Place is as advertised - nothing fancy but gets the job done if looking for a cheaper place to stay by the mountain!

Condo was just as listed. Great place for a week of skiing. Kitchen was well stocked with good cookware and rec center was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I rented this cute little spot for our Rocky Mountain honeymoon. It fit us 2 perfectly, they had everything we needed in the kitchen, the creek runs right next to the building and was the cherry on top of our perfect week away. Plenty of parking, great proximity to town & not too far up in the mountains. We didn’t really need anything from the LaMere’s during our stay but the quick exchanges we did have were prompt and friendly. We hope to visit the area again soon!

I was solo traveling through Winter Park, and this property was perfect for me. It's a great home base close to the town itself and outdoor activities. If you are traveling solo or with a partner, I would definitely recommend. Check-in and check-out were super simple, and the couch was very comfortable. The community hot tubs were great for relaxing after a day outside (and usually not crowded at all).

The condo is very small but it worked for two of us. The location and, especially the setting directly overlooking the Fraser River is gorgeous. Couldn't get enough of it.

This rental is exactly as listed and in a cute community of other condos.

Wonderful little place in a perfect neighborhood. Walking distance to town and numerous walking trails throughout the property! Would and will definitely stay again!!

This couldn’t have been a simpler rental process. The property was perfect for our family of four. There is nothing better than the sound of the river running right outside, the smell of bark, and fresh mountain air. The LaMere’s were great hosts.

Well equipped condo, everything was as advertised. Small place if not both sleeping in the same bed and using pull- out but still very doable. Nice location in Winter Park.

I had a great stay at Jessica's place! It was super comfortable, had everything I needed, and was quiet. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The location is great and is central to downtown Winter Park. Jessica is very responsive and really cared about my stay. It was a great overall experience!

Great location within minutes of shops and restaurants in town, and 10 min drive from the resort! Condo was perfect for my solo late season ski trip. I also had to do remote work from this location and the internet speed was excellent and host even provided an office chair to make it more comfortable for me.

I stayed in this condo with my 13 y. o. son; everything was great and exactly as advertised. By the end of our stay we got caught by winter storm Xillia and we needed some more days in Winter Park because driving in and out Winter Park wasn’t an option. Jessica, the owner of the condo, was beyond helpful and arranged everything for us to stay. Thank you Jessica! Yes, I recommend this place (and skiing in Winter Park is really dope!)

Small but great for hubby, 18 yo son abd myself

The location of the condo was great, I just was not able to get settled because of the cleanliness of the condo. The host was helpful when I communicated my concerns of the areas that were not cleaned and the cleaners were sent back but still missed areas where the floors needed to be swept dues to pieces of wood from the fireplace. The fireplace was dirty from the prior tenant.. The bedroom was not vacuumed, the rugs in the living room area as well as the kitchen areas was also full of debris. The stove was filthy as so was the microwave. After the second failed attempt with the cleaners, I did not feel the need to complain anymore and spent an hour vacuuming, sweeping, and cleaning the stove and microwave. Great hosts, I would just suggest a better cleaning company.

The place was very nice and exactly as described. It is on the 2nd floor. The sofa bed was comfortable (and I'm 55 years old). My adult daughter liked the bedroom. Bathroom was nice. Kitchen is very narrow (really for one person at a time). It was well stocked with utensils. We were able to cook everything we wanted. Very nice to have the creek/river right out front. Good trails for hiking/biking just a short walk behind the property. I went on a long hike way into the mountains without having to drive anywhere. The laundry room was closed, so we had to use the one in town. I would definitely stay here again.

I was in town for work and stayed for around 10 days around Halloween 2020. Great place to stay, but the place needs a few new pillows and pans. I donated a new skillet to the cause. If I was in town again I would welcome this little one bedroom condo.
