House was beautiful and roomie.. was perfect for the 4 of us.. house was very clean and well decorated.. the location and view were perfect.. Jon was very responsive and kind.. we will for sure be back.

We had an excellent stay at the Lakehouse Charmer. Well appointed, decorated, clean; bottom line: best place we’ve stayed in San Bernardino Mountain area. Easy 5-10 minute walk to the Village. Great communication with Jon before and during our stay. Only recommendation: arrive before it’s dark, it took us a little while to find it the first time, GPS was routing us to the street below.

I’ll came back on the summer for sure a little really cozy and clean.

The cabin is very cozy, charming and well-appointed with modern appliances and high quality towels, linens, etc. It was super clean, beds very comfortable, great location. We had a great time and can't wait to come back!

Stayed here for a couple of days, fantastic stay. The place is as advertised and has all what you need to be comfortable and relaxed. Very conveniently located just outside the village so it is easy to get supplies or eat out. The view from the balcony is great and the neighborhood is quiet. Would stay here again.

Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the extra touches, such as the Christmas decorations and nice tea and coffee. It was close to everything and impressed with how clean the property was.

Relaxing, which is what we were looking for. Jon was great at answering our questions promptly. Everything was clean, convenient with a beautiful view. The only catch was that online it wasn’t obvious that there were so many stairs to reach the entrance. One of us is mobility challenged. I knew about the stairs inside to reach the two bedrooms - no problem. The one bedroom downstairs was great. Thanks for a lovely stay.

It’s a charming cabin, with a nice view of the lake, very close to the village. Perfect for relaxing over a weekend. Will come back.

The Lakeview Charmer lived up to its name. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to the Village, nicely decorated as well as comfortable, this cabin made us feel at home. We stayed 3 nights and could do it again.

Three sisters in their 60s celebrating a birthday. Great location and our favorite part is the large patio with lake views where we spent most of our time. They have supplied everything you could possibly need. This is our second time staying at this property.

This was our first experience with a VRBO and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the VRBO was as advertised. Sitting on the deck in the evening was especially enjoyable. We did have to deal with an ant problem however and it would have helped if we had readable instructions on how to use the coffee machine.

House was very accommodating and close to lake arrowhead village. Host was quick to come and help with anything we needed! Would visit again

Stayed with four adults and the house size was perfect! The location is great! Literally around the corner from the Arrowhead Village. just a few minutes to walk to restaurants. No need to drive at all! Which we loved! I had a few questions prior to our trip and Jon was very responsive, very helpful! Can't wait to go back!

We definetely enjoyed our short stay here. Love the place and view. Very cozy and everything you need in a home were there.

Spent three great nights at the Lakeview Charmer. Stayed with my wife, two young kids and parents. House was easy to find using the provided instructions. Parking is ample for just about all vehicles but took some maneuvering for two full size pick up trucks. Cabin itself is as listed, works well for six people, especially kids. The upstairs rooms have limited headroom but our two daughters thought it was very cool to see the roof line. Bathroom is definitely tight but gets the job done. Kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. Overall, clean and good condition. Communication with Jon prior to and during the stay was prompt and effective. Would stay again.

The property is immaculate and beautifully furnished. Extremely peaceful and close to Lake Arrowhead Village. The view from the picture window and deck is stunning.

The Country Charmer was ok. The front of the home was dirty and had lots of spider webs. The front patio furniture was very dusty- very small area. We opened all the windows on the first floor and the window sills were absolutely filthy. The shower had mold around the bottom. And there was almost no water pressure in the bathroom sink. The bedding comforter was stained. We did not use. We brought our own pillows also. There were cobwebs on the bedroom shades. The upstairs master was ok, but the twin bedroom was extremely small. On Saturday, we woke up to no air conditioning, no lights in small bedroom with the twin beds and no lights in hallway/stairway. I did speak to Jon- the host - and he said I could try the electrical box by the front door. We did, several times, but it never worked. Extremely stuffy/hot. I feel like the pictures were a little misleading as far as size. We did enjoy the quiet, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials, the cable tv selections were great. Very close to everything in the village and boat dock. For the price you do get a view of the lake between all the trees. Just wish it was a little cleaner.

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks, to ultimately decide if we wanted to purchase a home in the area. The location was fantastic-we could easily walk to the village/lake. There was plenty of parking (we only had 2 cars), the neighbors were super friendly (one invited us in to tour their home), and the kitchen and grill were fantastic. We cooked a lot of meals since we were there so long. The bedding and mattress was also super comfortable, and the host/owner was really responsive both when we booked and when we had questions during our stay. We made an offer on a home our last day in town-and would totally recommend this property to friends.

Wonderful location and great place!

Wonderful cabin getaway for our family of 4. The cabin was charming, clean, and well appointed and the lake views were stunning. Jon was easy to work with from start to finish and everything was as seamless as possible. The location is amazing-a 5 minute walk to the village and all the shops and restaurants but feels like a world away! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

The property was perfect for a small family getaway from the heat in Santa Clarita. Easy walk to the village and lake. Quiet neighborhood with easy parking. The cabin was well appointed.

Really lovely cabin with all the amenities. We will stay there again for sure 5☆☆☆☆☆! Side note: I really dislike the separate charges for cleaning, resort fee, and vrbo fee. It's false advertising to post the price as one thing then to tack on all these other prices.
