Great location and very clean. You can walk to Snowshed or Ramshead Lodges. Nathan was great and very communicative. I would highly recommend.

Very clean and cozy condo in a great location. Great resort facilities, convenient ski locker, close enough to walk, but also shuttle is available on the weekends. Will book condo again for next trip.

The owner was terrific. Place was as advertised. Location is awesome. New pool area a total plus. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you Nate! Excellent directions and communication ahead of time and had zero issues during our week.

Cozy unit very close to the mountain. Extremely convenient. This is our second trip and stayed in the same unit. This year the pool and hot tub area is open and looks great. The locker rooms and showers are clean and spacious. The hallways in the common areas of the building (e.g. entrance to lobby) are a little worn down and could use an update. One elevator was not working (and wasn't last year also) so the wait time was a little inconvenient. Overall, the proximity to the mountain, restaurant, and bar make this a 5-star location.

I really enjoyed our stay there. It is within walking distance to the one of the ski bases and the property has been well maintained. I saw the complaint about the elevator and water damages in the building but it looks like they fixed the issues. It is an old building but everything was working well and I didn’t smell anything bad. One huge perk is that the newly renovated indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna are open now. It was so nice to have it after a long day of ski!

The building is in need of major repair. The hallways and elevator smelled disgusting...like there was extreme water damage. The trash room with a chute was closed so trash needed to be hauled around to the back of the building to dumpsters. The condo itself was clean but had a musty odor that the two oscillating fans could not control. It would have helped to open bedroom window but there was no screen to keep bugs out. Kitchen was minimally stocked...no fry pan for eggs! Bring your own saran wrap or foil.
Lobby restaurant and many others in area did not open until Thursday.

I stayed 5 days and had a blast. The view was great to wake up to every morning and the condo itself was perfect. Had everything I needed. Will book again!

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo - kitchen had everything we needed, check in/check out process was easy, wifi and Roku TV set up was great! 5 minute drive from K1 Gondola at Killington - couldn't ask for anything more convenient. The only downsides were unfortunately the pool/hot tub/sauna amenities were still under construction during our stay, and the fireplace is no longer able to be used. Other than that, everything we could've wanted for our vacation!

glad we were able to find this place last minute. It's so close to the mountain which was HUGE. it was perfect size for my family. the kids slept on the pull-out couch. the owner was very responsive- as there was a small maintenance thing that needed to be fixed and he got it fixed immediately.
the only issue was the elevators- only one was working and there was an odd smell in the elevator area. but other than that everything was great. I would stay here again 100%.

The condo was nice. Everything worked well. The building is another story. Awful smells in the hallway and only 1 elevator was working. Was told it had been out of service for awhile.location to the mountain is good feature

Had a great time for a weekend of skiing at Killington. Great location right across the Snowshed parking lot. Easy walk to the slopes. Having the ski locker was really useful and convenient. The condo was extremely clean and well kept. Also the pullout sofa bed was a very comfortable memory foam bed. Would definitely stay again!

Great location across the parking lot from Ramshead lift. Nathan was very responsive to my questions. The condo was clean and we loved the pub inside the building. I would definitely stay again.

Our family stayed for a quick ski weekend. Everything was exactly as advertised. We particularly enjoyed:
-the ski shop & fun restaurant/bar in the building
-the easy shuttle right outside the door
- the awesome location at the base of the mountain
-quiet nighttime hours in the building for a very peaceful sleep
- the comfortable beds
- the high definition smart TVs
- easy communication with property owner

Was in the area for work and stayed at this condo for one night. Well kept, cool balcony, great fans, and comfortable bed with fresh clean sheets. Everything was clean. Just had an aroma that reminded me of my grandma but that might be an overall building thing. I noticed a few other reviews said there wasn’t enough storage in the bathroom, which I initially agreed but found the mirror to open and reveal extra shelving inside. I was bummed that all the fireplaces are out of commission in these buildings but overall good solid stay.

Facilities in the building were nice as was the condo. The only thing a little confusing was that the floors were lettered (A, B, C etc) instead of numbered which took a bit to figure out. Go straight in the main door to the elevator and take it to the C floor. The condo has a nice view. Kitchen facilities were fine and the unit was very comfortable. Recommended.

Fall foliage mountain vista view from Condo is excellent. Condo is well stocked, clean, and comfy as advertised. Access is more like that of a hotel with elevator to unit as opposed to outdoor entry, but no big deal at all. Good restaurants in the area. Will definitely stay again when we come back...

Nathan was very responsive to any questions. Parking and loading/unloading at the building is a bit confusing, but not the fault of the owner. Unit was clean, well stocked and as described.

Great place for a relaxing getaway. Nice views, clean and quiet. We had hiked all day, was a comfortable spot to come back to and relax for the evening.
