Our family had a great time here. Super spacious home and kitchen. We enjoyed family dinners, playing pool and foosball and perfect location for our itinerary. We would stay here again.

Everything stated on the listing was spot on and then some. The view from the patio was amazing. The home was gorgeous. It had all the amenities we needed. But most of all this neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. My group wants to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. This home is located in a cul-de-sac that provides privacy yet exemplary views of lake arrowhead. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to have a weekend getaway.

Lots of room for guests! Plenty of activities to do here with pool, foosball, and tvs. Accommodates bigger groups with the space to spread out, so it never felt crowded. Would be great to go back!

Awesome time spent with friends! Easy to find on GPS great location and beautiful views. The cabin was very spacious and had enough beds to fit all 14 of us. All in all money very well spent would definitely come back again!

This cabin was perfect for our large family with plenty of space. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked for all the meals we cooked. The large dining table was great for all of us to eat together. The rooms were all so spacious with comfy beds. It was easy to communicate with the host, very responsive and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. Thank you for sharing your home.

The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving weekend! The rooms were spacious and everyone felt very comfortable relaxing in the big family room to watch football. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of dishes we needed to prepare all of our meals. I highly recommend this house for big groups of people.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We did wish that the home was thoroughly cleaned before arriving. We had to do some cleaning before settling in and notified the property manager of this. The location was great and the home was very spacious. We had anticipated that there will be a closet with tons of family games but there was not, all the games were misplaced and pieces were found all throughout the house. Therefore, we wished we knew that so we could have brought our own inside family games.

Very cozy, super scenic, absolutely nothing to complain about; owner was also very helpful with his descriptions for directions and how to find the property. If you’re staying in Lake Arrowhead with company this should definitely be on your list to compare other properties with.

The ramp from the garage to the home's front door is steep.
This is an issue during snow and ice conditions.
The steps from the parking area to the front door do not have a handrail.
The owner, A.J., is beyond accommodating, friendly and helpful.

It was lovely to wake up to the powdered sugar evergreens off the balcony after a night of snow, just us and the forest as far as you could see. Comfy beds. It was helpful to have two thermostats that controlled different areas of the house. AJ was quick with any questions we had. Only thing to be aware of is that in the snow it’s a little precarious getting from the driveway/garage down to the house. Stairs can get slippery (but stairway from garage has a handrail.) We look forward to staying during the summer months when we can sit out on the wonderful balcony!
