This was a great spot for our annual family beach vacation. Directly across from the beach access and walking distance to the pool. The unit had everything we could possibly need.

The property was exactly as promised; the photos are recent so you get what you expect...a clean, spacious 2-bedroom located very close to the club house and beach entrance. We would definitely go back.

We absolutely loved the house, the location, Seabrook Island, the Beach Club, the beach, etc. my only complaint is that description read that the house was across the street from the beach and that is very misleading as it is a 10 minute walk to the beach. Getting the lay of the land, the location was great but it should not read across the street from the beach.

We had a great time here - the condo was in great shape, fully equipped, very roomy and comfortable. We'll definitely come back!

Seabrook Island is a gem!
We absolutely loved the house, the location, Seabrook Island, the Beach Club, the beach, etc. my only complaint is that description read that the house was across the street from the beach and that is very misleading as it is a 10 minute walk to the beach. The house had a musty Mildew smell. There were several times roaches appeared in the kitchen and bathrooms. Several light bulbs had failed. The main bedroom was like a sauna. We realize this is a rental property and it had been surface cleaned but has makeshift repairs and shows signs of neglect. The en-suite bathroom upstairs has half a glass door and a shower curtain added outside to replace the missing sliding door. The
outdoor grill worked but had to be lit with matches because the ignition system did not function

Wonderful townhouse close to everything!
The home was beautiful and clean. More than adequate for our family of five. We were right across the street from the beach where we frolicked everyday! The home was like a home away from home. I usually cook all meals when we are on vacation. The kitchen was well supplied to allow me to do this! Nancy was Quickly responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing home away from home.

A Solid Choice
We rented a condo across the street from this property using the same rental company last year. The manager is very helpful and friendly. Spinnaker is especially conveniently located near Pelican Beach and the Club.
I probably would’ve given this rental five stars if we hadn’t been spoiled by last year’s. In comparison, this condo was a little less stocked; the guest bedroom has twin beds instead of doubles; the view of the road pales in comparison to the golf course’s lagoon with its two alligators and bird life.
Still, an amazing vacation in a very beautiful place.

Very nice!
We would go back in a heart beat,, we had a wonderful stay. The home is bright and spacious and nicely decorated. The location is ideal, a very short walk to the beach with an amazing sunset view. Golf course, pool and restaurant are within walking distance. Biking is a great way to get around and visit other beach options or just to explore. This place is perfect for a small family.

Wonderful summer getaway! We loved Seabrook Island And Spinnaker! So calm and relaxing and beautiful. So close to the beach and great for bike rides! Very clean also.
