Well stocked and super clean! Also the bathtub was deep and comfortable! My daughter didn’t want to leave.

This is my second year staying at the Parkview House. It is good location, with easy access to town. Everything was great and the couple packs of coffee saved us until we could get to Safeway!!

The photos of the outside of the house are very old… Trees are gone and the lawn was nearly non existent… Basicly no shrubs in the front of the house….Weeds were doing very well though… House was very clean and well stocked… Beds were like sleeping on cement and we left one day early because we were exhausted… House is on a very busy Mason Highway which makes sitting outside not pleasant… But very close to downtown which was nice…

We had a difficult time finding the house. So we stopped and asked for directions and then we finally found it, but there were no street signs marking that street. It was late when we got there. Other than that it was great! We enjoyed our stay very much. It was well stocked and very clean. We completed all the check out requirements before we left, and we were out at 9am. The property was as advertised. The location could not have been any better. 5 Minutes to the park with beach and swimming; 8 minutes walk to downtown Chelan. We loved the hot tub. The management response time was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and pleasant and the check in and out were easy. Communication with the owner was very good. The location is in walking distance of town so parking was not an issue.

Our second trip to this property. Location to beach and amenities is ideal. Well equipped for families and well stocked with needed items such as towels etc. Loved the addition of Central AC this year ☺️. We have family in Chelan and will be making this an annual trip.

Perfect for us! We were close to the park, marina (where we kept our boat) and Bach Festival venues. A great yard for our 60lb dog. Loved having the piano, as we are musicians. We would LOVE to stay again next year during the Lake Chelan Bach Festival!

Needed a place while working in town. This place was perfect.

This house was the right size for our group of 4. It was a fair value for what it offered.

Great value for the space. Close to the road which makes the hot tub feel less private, but overall great for us.

The heater in the living room did not work. The hot tub had too much chlorine and a lot of sand was in the hot tub. There is a crack in the floor as you walk in the front door. The bathtub faucet knobs appear to be stripped and hard to turn water on and off as well as the rings coming off the wall (same faucet knobs). The light fixtures in the kitchen need to be cleaned (bugs built up). The television picture is dark.

We had a great adventure and this home was perfect for 3 adults and two dogs.

I stayed here with three of my friends for a girls weekend away. Ages 56-63. First off the house is located right on a very busy road. The hot tub is located in the front yard so is in full view of the many traveling that busy road. This turned out being okay as the hot tub was so chlorinated it burns the skin and eyes to the point you could not be in it. The tv in the living room has something wrong with the picture so you can hardly make out what you’re watching. The house was not as clean as we would have liked to see. The grout around the toilet is disgusting and all the fresh air intake covers are covered in dirt and cobwebs. We visited the area to do some wine tasting but there wasn’t enough wine to get past these issues. We do this trip once a year and have not had this experience in past years. Disappointed:(

We enjoyed our stay here! Location was ideal for the winter time of year- little far walking distance to the lake for the summer time. We will be booking again!

The customer service and quick responses were exemplary with the rental service Co. The house is exactly as described for the ad. Pet friendly which was perfect and didn't spell like any other pets had been there so the cleaning crew must do a great job. The beds are a bit firm for anyone in our groups liking and the AC unit in the master is very loud so it would wake me up when it came on quite a bit. No AC in 2nd bedroom which I definitely think is needed since our kids couldn't sleep well because of it as the box fan provided was very loud as well so probably should be replaced. Other than that I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a rental house in Chelan

It was perfect. Just the right size. Kitchen had what we needed. Close to beach. Fridge with ice was awesome considering how hot it was. We appreciated the streaming tv for evenings. I’d stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a short walk to the park and beach which made it ideal for our family.

We were a group of 6 girls and a small pup for a bachelorette party. The house is small, but accommodated our group perfectly. The yard is fenced with a hot tub. The home is walkable into town, but is on a busy main road. Not many downfalls other than the home being slightly outdated. We weren’t there for aesthetics though. Overall, would stay again!

The rental agent and maintenance person went above and beyond for us during our stay. House was perfect for a dog and in convenient location. House is old but kept up well and hot tub was great!

The house was affordable, great location and close to town, nice fenced area for our doggo. Great stay for me, my partner, and our friends for the memorial day weekend.

Inside unit was cleanish, but upon turning on the master shower no water came out. The only usable shower was the main one and still had very little water. The water had to be on hot otherwise it was cold. The beds were terribly uncomfortable too. If you are over 20+ you will not be able to rest or sleep. Outdoors was filthy. The yard hasn’t been maintained and bird poop was covered on all the outdoor chairs and hot tub. Inside the hot tub was filthy too. It looked like mold came out of the jets. Overall, this place is very expensive and extremely disappointing.

The location was great! We were able to walk to downtown Chelan and get to the water very quickly. The house is older with Some decent updates. Only issue would be insects that were everywhere.
