Very pleased with accommodations. Well maintained, nicely furnished, and comfortable smaller home. Quiet neighborhood. No surprises.

great location, great house, no complaints! would stay again

Well provisioned property and a great location in Isle of Palms. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Location provides great access to a local Harris Teeter and local restaurants as well as nearby Sullivan's Island and Mt. Pleasant. Easy access to Charleston as well and it has to offer.

Outside doesn’t do justice for the interior. Yard isn’t very playable for kids. 2 blocks from beach access. Landlord lives next door if anything needed

This house was perfect for our family of four enjoying a long weekend away. It is easy to find and the host gave great instructions for checking in/out. Beach: five minute walk. House comes equipped with a beach wagon so we tossed everything we needed in there and headed to the sand. We even found several beach chairs to use!! Kitchen: fully stocked and ready to cook a meal Living room: comfy couch, lots of books and board games, and the tv even has the host’s Netflix log in which we greatly enjoyed during the rain storm Bathrooms: clean and plenty of hot water Bedrooms: this is the only downfall to the house. The pillows are terrible - bring your own. The mattresses are so-so. And due to the small size of the rooms, there are no dressers for your clothes. But for a few days, these things are fine Over all, a great spot for a weekend trip

Layout of the house was perfect for our family and nicely decorated. Easy walk to the beach as well as convenient to grocery and great restaurants. Host provided great recommendations for places to eat and was responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Cute little beach cottage on Isle of Palms. Beach access is a few blocks away at end of street. Nice family area.

The beach house was beautiful, well equipped and in a perfect location. Rent a golf cart and you can get around most anywhere! So fun! The neighborhood is quiet. The beach is clean and serene. A park nearby with a cool playground was a hit for my toddler. Grocery store, coffee and delicious food for every meal was super close by. We will be back!

Perfect rental for us. Three adult sisters - no husbands, no children, no grands! Each had own BR. Walk-in shower downstairs. One loves to cook and grill. House was VERY well equipped for preparing dinners. Easy walk to beach AND (big plus), beach chairs were available! Great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. Very clean and quiet location, but not too far from the beach. The house was well appointed and furnished. We had a great mini family reunion. Hosts were very responsive.Would try and stay here again on another trip to IOP.

Nice and cozy for the family.

We spent 4 great days at Julie's home in Isle of Palms. The location to the beach and shopping was perfect and the home is cozy yet large enough for our family of six to hang out together. We had to ask for an iron on Thanksgiving day as we couldn't find one in the house and Julie sent one over in less than 2 minutes! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect stay for our family while my husband was on business. Quiet neighborhood, short walk from beach and park and easy drive to grocery store and restaurants. Owners were extremely accommodating and helped us navigate VRBO customer service with ease. They clearly care about their renters! Definitely recommend this space- lots of room and the house can easily sleep 8 people!

Enjoyed our stay. Convenient location. Had some plumbing issues, but the property manager came right away and I'm sure they got that taken care of.

Julia and Michael were so helpful and accommodating during our stay! They made the house accessible early when we had an emergency and were so kind and easy to deal with. The home is lovely and we’ll appointed. We loved being a short walk to a great beach access! We have told everyone we know to stay here too! We will definitely be back!

Comfy, cute, convenient cottage. Lovely updated cottage in a great location with excellent hosts.

Location of the house was great, walking distance to the beach and close to stores and restaurants. The bedrooms are small and lack adequate closet space. The main bathroom has a pedestal sink that has very little room for toiletries, etc. All of that would not have detracted from our Vacation as much as the mosquito issue did. They were all over the outside and some made it into the house given us many bites. We had to dodge them every time we left or returned to the house. Maybe the mosquito issue is common this time of year at IOP but we would have appreciated advance notice or a good spraying to reduce the population. Through it all we still had a good time and enjoyed IOP.

This is our second time staying at this property and both times have been wonderful. Beautiful, clean house with everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. Julie is incredible- extremely kind, responsive, and welcoming! The gift basket is an extra special touch. We’re already planning our next stay!

Arrived the day we were to check-in (Tuesday). No code was given & had to call the host. Swarming bugs were found the first morning in the lower level, used as a bedroom. It was Wednesday (given for timeline purposes) & 40+ of them were killed. At that point, we thought they were flying ants. Contacted the owner & she sent someone to spray for bugs - she didn’t make contact with us. The exterminator sent us a message. Thursday morning - Many more bugs found & killed. Pictures of a couple up close & pic of the window where about 20 were left, dead. Also 2 others were found on a person in the bed that morning & one in the sheets. Contacted owner again Thursday morning - She sent a termite person. He said from behavior & number they are swarming termites. We left for the day & no update was given to us from the host. Friday morning - just a few (10-20) found, “better” over all. Saturday - only 2, none on people. Left a day early - check out was officially Sunday even though no instructions were provided for checkout. Never did any of the following happen… *contacted by owner for check ups *apology for the situation *us requesting compensation (we were trying to be nice & polite) *offer of any compensation from owner *appearance that the owner cared about what was happening in her house. WILL NOT RENT FROM HER AGAIN - suggest you don’t either.

This little house was very clean and welcoming, even better than what the pictures showed. The beach is not far, but I would definitely recommend a golf cart rental during the summer. Otherwise it would be a a very hot walk! The washer and dryer were a huge plus for our family. The only negative, and it’s small, is that there were not enough paper towels or toilet paper provided. We had to purchase our own. Overall, it was a nice comfortable stay. And the welcome basket left for us upon arrival was a very nice touch!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. It was nice being able to easily walk to the beach from the rental without having to drive and find a parking spot. It was also convenient having so many restaurants and stores close by as well. We enjoyed are time staying at this house and would stay again if we are ever looking for another rental in the area.

This house is so cute and comfortable. The screened in porch was fabulous. The large dining room table and all the space to hang out was the best. The owner went above and beyond by leaving several rolls of toliet paper (one was high quality!) and a great gift of snacks and even a bottle of Rose! You will enjoy your stay here for sure!

This beach getaway was very clean and inviting. We punched in our code through the backdoor, and were greeted with a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine on the kitchen counter. There was plenty of space to spread out, and set up our new grandson's accessories. There are three bedrooms with comfortable beds and nice sheets, two full bathrooms with showers and nice towels, and they had adapted a closet into a small bathroom so that one bedroom had its own half bath. They had it set up with everything we needed, as far as the general house layout, appliances, and household accessories. We all agreed that this was the best home we have stayed in as a 5-piece group. The owner was very attentive to details and communication. Loved it.
