The unit was very spacious and had a great layout. It has 3 balconies with great views. It is also very close to the spa and the lobby. I would highly recommend this unit. The owner was great to deal with as well.

The unit was lovely, (with the exception of one of the main kitchen light bulbs being out snd maintenance said it was an electrical problem that they could not fix), but from the time we arrived our unit was treated like it was invisible. We were finally taken to our room 1 hour after all of the other guests were checked in. We had to beg, argue and be down right demanding to get housekeeping to come to our room. We were promised twice daily service but got service just a couple of times during our 4 night stay. We were never given an explanation why we couldn’t get housekeeping but when we were waiting hours to be the last to check in one of the people at the front desk said “ you booked your room through an outside party, right?” Clearly any of these such units are last on the service list or better yet, it appeared the housekeeping staff were told not to worry about servicing our room at all. The host was very accommodating prior to our trip but needs to be aware of how this VRBO unit is treated by the hotel and it’s staff.

Everything was absolutely perfect and would recommend this to everyone. Great views, great service, and excellent hiking and pool.

We recently returned from a wonderful 5 day stay at this property. We've stayed at the hotel before but this was our first time to stay through VRBO and we look forward to working with George again for a future stay. There were three adults and one child, (5 years old) and we had plenty of space between the two bedrooms and living room. And it was so convenient to have a full kitchen! We loved having access to all of The Ritz amenities and enjoyed the beautiful property. Thanks, George!

Excellent property and activities.

This was a perfect get away for two couples. The condo was perfectly comfortable with two fireplaces and 3 balconies. Very comfortable bedding and kitchen had everything for our stay. Perfection!

Waking up every morning to the views of the valley never got old. Very comfortable space and great time of the year to visit Bachelor Gulch. Owner is very responsive to any request. Will stay here again.

We enjoyed the condo as well as the amenities at the Ritz. Perfectly suited for a family of four. The only caution is no guest laundry available on the property. Even so, we would come again!

We stayed for 2 weeks and everything was perfect. This is the first unit we have stayed in that had a balcony in every room and a fireplace in both the living room and second bedroom. There was great communication with the owner and everything went smoothly. Thank you!

This is a beautiful property within the Ritz Carlton that is family friendly. The fireplaces in this unit are a definite bonus not available in all units! The owner was easily accessible and prompt to answer all questions. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Would stay again. Very clean. The resort was great. A few things were closed due to COVID but it was quiet and relaxing.

Very nice room and great location

George was a terrific host and very responsive. The two bedroom condominium was perfect for our family. The resort staff, particularly the valet attendants, couldn't have been nicer, responsive, and professional. The amenities at the Ritz were wonderful and so convenient to be steps away from great food, bars, and spacious patio to take in the views. Our two meals at the Wyld restaurant were simply outstanding and the entire experience was exactly what we hoped for. The kitchen was reasonably stocked with sufficient pans, utensils and other kitchen tools for a family that cooked many meals in the condo. Thank you!

This VRBO is so nice and we felt like we were staying at the Ritz Carleton hotel. We hope to stay here again next year.

The unit in the Ritz was nice, although the kitchen lacked some of the utensils and pots and pans we would expect. However, the Ritz itself is not doing a good job of maintaining the common areas, especially outside. The outside patio was dirty with food and debris on the ground that were there for our entire 3 night stay. The grassy areas were muddy, and tables and chairs were not wiped down between guest usage. The restaurants and bars were understaffed, and the servers tried hard, but struggled given there work load.

Property owner is delightful and very helpful. We hope to return
