Good location.

The property served us well for what we needed

We came to Phoenix to move our daughter to GCU. Loved the townhome, very nicely decorated and cozy. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. Loved the ice maker on the refrigerator. We used the washer and dryer and were happy to have it as we bought sheets and towels for the dorm room and wanted to wash ahead of move in. The parking space is in front of the entrance so very convenient. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet unit, no noise from neighbors. Would stay again!

Awesome, clean and perfect location for baseball tournament at Peoria Sports Complex!

Chose a condo for some creature comforts over a hotel for my sons baseball tournament. Host was very responsive, allowing us to check in early. There is plenty of room for 2 people. However there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and some cockroaches in out first night. The pool filter is broken and the pool is not open- a huge bummer! You will have to supply your own toilet paper, paper towels. Toiletries, food seasonings. Etc. the host did reply in a timely manner and did offer a refund ( I had no where else to go and had a fridge full of food). We settled on a $75 refund. for our 3 day stay. But overall disappointed.

great property and easy to work with the owner

We had everything we needed. The place was clean and instructions were easy to follow. Neighborhood is pretty good from what we could tell. Lots of stuff nearby.

Great little place to stay while we attended an event at State Farm Stadium. Beds were soft/memory foam like and really comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to eat in a few nights. Easy covered parking right outside the front door. Plenty of space in the bedrooms. The chairs on the back patio were a nice bonus. Owner was great to communicate back in a timely manner when sent questions.

The property was clean. The beds are ok but dont advertise as sleeps 5 when one bed cant hold a average size person. The couches were small for people to sit on.

Great place. Clean, safe and easy access to shopping. Highly recommended.

This property was awesome. It was small, comfortable clean, close to Westgate. Easy to find. Also very close to grocery stores and other local dining options. Highly recommend!

Owner was very responsive. Property was clean and easily accessible. Down side was the furniture in the pictures wasn't fully accurate. The dining set was different, which caused us to purchase a table top and chair from which to work. Otherwise, all was good.

Nice location

We were in town for the game. Clean properly in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Really short drive to the stadium and the Westgate Entertainment District. Easy to check in and out.

Need to keep place clean and sanitized. DISGUSTING. Some person knocks on my door @ 10:00am and ask me what time I'm leaving cause she was told @ 9am.

The unit needs alot of repairs and a very thorough DEEP cleaning. It was very dirty. When we arrived there was Pizza Hut pizza box on the ground in front of the front door. The box was wet and the full pizza was inside and black with mold and the whole thing was covered in ants. If there had been a cleaning crew there that day (which I doubt there was) that should have been picked up. Clearly it had been there for a few days (the neighbors had to love that). There were no paper towels, no trash bags, the dishwasher had no soap, the glasses and silverware that we did use had to be washed before using. Therefore, we chose not to use any of the kitchenware to prepare any of the food we brought. There were no sheets for the futon. And a dead cockroach under the kitchen sink inside the cabinet door. I highly suggest a different cleaning crew!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

Was in town to meet with my son who attends school there. After finding the location, I enjoyed my time there. Quiet stay, not a lot of activity around. Convenient to several local places. The only negative was both bathrooms are upstairs. But other than that it was very modern and clean.

Also, the 2nd floor bedroom windows do not lock and can be opened by young children. We were concerned about them being able to fall out.

Convenient location right by Westgate shopping/entertainment district and the 101 Loop.

Lots to do locally and easy to get around to go do different excursions. Beds were pretty comfortable just needed a little more cleaning.

I might suggest someone go through and fix a few things, though, especially: The sliding glass door has a lock on it that is wonky, at best. Of course, it's also almost impossible to open. We would have turned on the dishwasher when we left, but it didn't seem to work? I didn't realize until we got there, that there wouldn't be any soap. Luckily, it isn't too far to a grocery store to pick up supplies. And perhaps I'm being overly picky, but if you have 4 people staying, you should probably put out 4 towels, so strangers aren't pawing through your cabinets looking for a towel to shower with. Also, when we arrived, there was a wad of sheets and stuff sitting on top of one of the beds. I wasn't sure if they were clean or dirty and waiting to be washed (nor did I want to look closely). I went ahead and pushed them off to the corner while we were there - my apologies if they were actually clean and needed to be rewashed.
