The house had the best view EVER......Property manager was great and we needed them. WE got to the house and FL was having a cold spell....the house was FREEZING when we got there....that night they sent someone out ...they could not fix it but the next day someone came out and it was fixed. In my opinion the management company should have known we had an issue (the first repair man that night said his dad had been there earlier in the day and knew there was an issue) We had infants and it was too cold.....we drove all over the place looking for space heaters. For the most part it was wonderful....the house needs a little love but view was great.....great location ...we would stay again

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property in celebration of 2 milestone birthdays. We had a wonderful time!! The property was beautiful and placed right on the beach. The description of the house was very accurate. The house was clean and had all the amenities we desired. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. House was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was perfect.

It is tired and in need of some help that is normal an customary for a rental. Careful with screws and nails in the deck outside. The broken glass control panel in the refrigerator could be dangerous for small kids. 360 was very responsive even when we arrived the pool was drained by accident by their pool company. The 360 team - Arian to name one was fantastic getting it filled and heated. Pay for the heated pool if there is any chance of cold/windy weather like we got. Great spot and relaxing views and that’s what we wanted. Also bring your own oven mitts. They were missing

Location- Great, House - Great Few complaints- last min requests sent by 360 for waivers, etc took up time while we were onsite. Kitchen supplies for basic cooking were sparse, nothing available for children. The umbrella company never arrived on time in the morning, we had small children, by nap time they were set up? A remote to the main tv the night we arrived couldn’t be found for Monday night football… Some small frustrating things like this that could have been avoided. We love the Tuna Dip at Bud & Ally’s & the Food Trucks were a hit. The Market has excellent coffee. We look forward to continuing to visit this area more.

The property was not clean. The management company wanted to charge up a fee to come and clean. They are doing the owner a disservice. There are many things that need to be updated or repaired. Had to wait until the middle of the week for them to clean and turn on the pool. Love the location but the owner needs to reconsider who they have managing it.

My family rented this great beachfront property right on 30A, and only a short bike ride or walk to Seaside and Water Color. Our party of 13 had plenty of space, great views, and private access to the beach.

This house is all we expected it to be. Clean and large enough for a bunch of guests. Nothing can beat the pool and beach access. It was perfect in every way and hope to book this house again in the future!

When we arrived the place was filthy. (I am not a neat freak by any stretch of the imagination.)Sand on the coffee table, chips on the deck, no vacuum in the main space. A dried contact on my night table and a used wash cloth in the night table of another room we found later. The mgt company offered to send cleaning back but we were already there and with Covid, I preferred not to have more people in the home again. You can tell this house hasn’t been kept up. The baseboards haven’t been touched and the bathrooms are old and dirty. The view is exceptional!!! 360Blue was less than helpful when I called about the beach chair service (when you have a house on the beach and chair service is listed, one would think the chair service is at the house!) that wasn’t in front of the house- it’s a few houses down. It turned out that they didn’t even know where the chair service actually set up and we later learned by Wednesday we were able to have them in front of the house. The pool heater didn’t work and they came back to fix it twice reimbursing us for one day. The golf cart was the incorrect pax seater so they came back with the right 6 seater. I inquired about a bonfire with one concierge rep and he gave me the name of three companies to call. I finally connected with one and then returned to the mgt company for them to fill out the permit form. It turns out, bonfires are not permitted in front of this house on the beach. I would have appreciated this info from the start- rather than making more calls and wasting time. All of which were not items to ruin our vacation but none of which I wanted to spend time on the phone for either. When returning to the area, we will be working with another management company for sure. 360 Blue is too big for its own good. They are not informed enough on each property, they don’t inspect the house after cleanings and they really don’t care if the property meets expectations according to their listing. I sent pics of everything to 360Blue and they didn’t even respond. The location is beautiful and we will return but without 360Blue involved.

Beautiful house and great location. A short walk to seaside without the crowd. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful. The house was clean with beautiful furnishings. We had the best time and would definitely come again.

Property was littered with screws and nails....around decking and in pool....had requested and paid for heating of pool ..... was cold.....check in.....we were met with workers installing something in kitchen....we were left with dust and shavings on floors and counters top......having a newborn with us was very disappointing.....we made trip to grocery and cleaned behind them for our stay......we should not have to have do this ...... property needs attention before renting....I expect what was advertised!

3 Couples. 6 Adults. 6 Kids. 1 Tropical Storm Nestor. Even the weather couldn't stop us from a blast of a trip. Beach Babies, and Board Games and Bunk Beds! The amenities were unmatched, and the movie room was perfect for quiet hour(s). This will go down as one of the most memorable trips ever. Thanks, again!

Our group of 13 had a wonderful stay! The beach was amazing. The location of this house was perfect. We LOVED the foliage and shade around the driveway and side entrance. My husband wished there was a TV in the area off of the kitchen or outside patio to watch sports, but it did keep us less distracted by not having a TV. A few negatives: Provided beach chairs are a short walk west The upstairs fridge ice maker wouldn’t work Tv remotes were confusing Spotty wi-fi connections and cell service There were really only 2 master suites.What they are calling a 3rd master is a guest bedroom with a king size bed. It’s a small room w/ a small bath Positives: Location Pool Very functional home for a big group The kids loved the bunk beds. It was their hideout Overall-we would recommend this house! We had a great experience. And 360 Blue is very organized with their app and communication! Another note worthy point: a weekly free bonfire is provided by 360 Blue with free water, beer, s’mores. We had a great time

Location amazing. Plenty of room for our group of 14, loved the different hallways, bedrooms seemed more private. Saw stingrays, crabs, dolphins! Not having provided chairs in front of the house (which is why we chose location) and unfortunately seaweed/algae & jellyfish were only beach negatives. (we rented chairs and put up and took down daily) see pic. The home, while I contacted 360 about a couple issues (refrigerator and leaking under shower doors) they sent someone and then had to send appliance guy who shows up without any tools? someone in our group cleaned the filter off that was covered in dust and we wiped up the mold that was growing by shower doors with Clorox wipes. (which was there when we arrived, not something that developed) So definitely was expecting cleaner bathrooms and we didn't bother with tv in master that wouldn't work or cabinet door in kitchen that wouldn't stay on one hinge. Main living area/kitchen was clean. Loved the outdoor covered balcony and the comfortable furniture.

Great house and location but agree that some things are in need of repair. We had a couple of issues with ants and the freezer not working but 360 was out quickly and took care of everything. We still had an awesome time and would rent this house again. Also, just a heads up that your beach chairs are set up at the public access not in front of your house. A little bit of an inconvenience.
