We had the BEST vacation this year! Was super nervous about not staying right on the beach however Mr. Ivey’s condo made it totally worth it and it was only a very short walk over to the beach. Mr. Ivey has everything you could need at the condo and had the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had on vacation! My kids said this is our new vacation home!Community is quite and relaxing. Also only one small hiccup came up that was complete out of his co trip but Mr. Ivey was on it so fast and had it fixed immediately so was no inconvenience to us! Hospitality is great! Cannot say enough kind things about this unit and it’s owner! Must stay!

Buddy, the owner, was very informative. I liked that he contacted me a few hours after we checked in to make sure everything was ok. That was very classy. The condo was very clean and furnished. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider his condo on a future visit to PCB.

Everything was perfect. Owner was very informative and was very nice on answering any questions. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Nice quiet backyard. Roomy house. Easy access in and out. Will book again.

Great stay! Nice location

This condo and host were fantastic! The pictures don't do it justice! We knew it was going to be nice but were pleasantly surprised that it was even nicer than expected. Communication with the host, Buddy, was super simple and fast. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were great. We were very appreciative of the washer and dryer on site as well. We also enjoyed being so close to putt putt and some pools. The lagoon view was gorgeous and opening the blinds to it each morning was an added perk. We enjoyed everything about our stay and you will too!

The place was super nice and clean and felt like home away from home.

Had some snags but overall an amazing experience and the owner was amazing to communicate with all around! I’ve rented from a lot of people before and this was by far the best communication experience I’ve had!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is convenient to everything in PCB from Walmart and Publix to Pier Park and St Andrews State Park. The condo has everything you need down to seasonings and a Keurig. The beds were honestly the best we've ever slept on. All four of us thought so. Buddy was very helpful and communication was excellent. We highly recommend this condo and will be returning next year.

We stayed in a nice townhouse in GHBR. We were close to multiple pools, putt putt golf, a gym and tennis courts. House overlooks a canal. We saw fish and turtles in the canal. A crane visited each morning. House was convenient to PCB attractions. Owner was very responsive.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Gulf highlands resort! Mr Ivey really communicated well and made the whole process really easy for check-in, checkout, etc. The condo was really nice and not to far of a walk to putt-putt, pools, and the beach. Condo was fully furnished and as described. Look forward to staying there again sometime soon! Thanks Mr and Mrs Ivey!

There were a few glitches in the check in process (door code didn't work, parking passes weren't left) compared to what the instructions were, but these were quickly resolved by the owner via text. The unit was surface clean but could use a deep clean (cobwebs in corners, stains in fridge), but the owner did indicate his regular cleaning person had been unavailable. The unit is right down the street from one of the many pools and the "fitness center" (that's a term I'd use pretty loosely, not very much equipment, but it was enough to get by for a vacation anyway). Water takes a bit of time to get hot, but once it does it's fine. All appliances and equipment worked just fine. Overall it was a good stay and would choose again for another trip.

Cleaning can be better

We book with Buddy when they had a last minute cancellation. The condo is nice, they have everything you could want or need, the condo is very comfortable, great showers especially in the guest bath, the master bed is so comfortable, beautiful view of a small lake out back door, great location, owners are very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to pools, putt putt, and beach.

Nice place to stay. Would stay again. Buddy great with communication.

The location of this property was great for the event we went to. Mr Buddy was so helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Good accommodation

We had a lovely weekend. Was able to check in a bit early. The condo was very clean, decently stocked. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. The beds were very comfortable! The fire pit was missing the gas tank, so we were unable to use that. Communication with Buddy was easy and timely. All in all a good stay!

We had a great stay in PCB and Buddy was great to work with. The condo was in a great location. Everything was in great condition and clean. We had a short walk to the beach but great access. It was great to have access to the restrooms at the beach house even though the beach house was not open. As one who likes grilling with charcoal, I appreciated the grill on site, but it should noted for others that this is not a gas grill. The resort amenities (pool and tennis courts) were very nice and well kept. Lots of good local eateries many within easing walking distance.

We have stayed at VRBO houses all over the country and Buddy was one of the greatest people we have rented from. He responded quickly to any questions I had. His place is clean and very up to date. The remodeled bathrooms were beautiful! This place has so many extra's that come with it. We loved the free putt putt! Great place to stay!

Condo was spotless, with updated amenities and VERY nice! Has everything necessary, but not overly cluttered with nonessentials. Detailed instructions were provided for easy check-in and check-out The owner was very helpful and genuinely concerned we enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and so clean. It was refreshing to stay somewhere so clean and close to the ocean and town! I loved this place and the owners were great!

Nice clean,quiet area and property. Neighbor's were nice and friendly. Perfect location for beach access and shopping.

Great house! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. My only complaint was that the WiFi didn’t work during our stay( the network id listed just never showed up as one to join) other than that everything was wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

Clean. Convenient. Quiet. Family friendly. Comfy beds and plenty of space. That said, I have 3 complaints. 1) Fridge was cleaned out of all the food but itself wasn't clean. If you're paying a cleaning company, they need to clean fridge out. 2) Need more full-size bath towels. The 2 or 4 that were provided weren't big enough for my teenage son, let alone my 6'2" husband. 3) If you are going to own a place in Florida, rent it out but not live in the state, you need to have someone really responsible checking on the place to make sure things are in order. I asked if there were beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, etc. already provided in the event we flew and I was told nothing was provided (which is fine). Yet when we arrived, the back porch had a corner full of old, used, trashy chairs, noodles, broken boogie board, etc. that clearly a prior renter had left. So my suggestion is either have someone toss that before another guest arrives so your back porch doesn't look bad, or say, "...leftover stuff on back porch is just for general use..." And when we tried to turn on the TV, nothing worked at first. Owner said everything should be on HDMI1, when in reality, the TV only worked on HDMI4. We figured it out and it didn't ruin my vacation; but again, it is little things like this that are noticeable if you don't live in the same state where you rent something. That's it.

Great townhouse, great host. Close to the beach and all PCB offers. Walking distance to Firefly restaurant, one of our favorites. Thanks for a great experience.
