The location is perfect for a retreat, distant from the city noise, and surrounded by pure nature. This means that shops and restaurants cannot be reached on foot and you depend on a car, but it is precisely what you are looking for when seeking a place to relax and escape from stress and busy life. On the other hand, the highway is close, so it is convenient to make trips to all parts of Istria. Kids loved the animals, feeding and petting them, and the parents enjoyed the grill :)
Dean was a great host, we hope to come back again!

A wonderful house with great history in a beautiful, quiet environment with sheep and two donkeys (and dogs and chickens). The house is in an excellent location, even if you only plan to visit the surrounding mountain villages, or if Rovinj or Pula are your destination for a day. Our host is nice and friendly, thank you for the short ones! :) (We bought a teranino on the way home.)
You can always find tiny objections, but the overall effect was perfect! We loved it!

A very quiet place with exceptional privacy. Home decoration takes you back to some past, simpler times. Everything is very tidy, the host is very accommodating and pleasant.

Awesome stay - location is very convenient to explore Istria and Dan is a great host. Animals were the highlight of our every morning (tip - buy some carrots and go feed the donkeys and sheep) and we already miss them a lot.

We loved everything about our stay. The house is in a quiet and peaceful location, surrounded by nature, but not too far from anywhere in Istria. It was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. We particularly loved the outdoor kitchen area which was equipped with a dart board, table football and lots more. We also loved watching the donkeys and sheep :) Our host was exceptionally friendly and he has created a wonderful space in Gospodi! Highly recommended!

The environment is wonderful, relaxing, although the highway is a few minutes away, which makes transportation very easy. There are good cafés and restaurants nearby, and a large supermarket in Pazin. The apartment is properly equipped and comfortable. Dean, the owner of the charming farm, is a friendly helpful person. Our stay was undisturbed. We shall surely come back.
A microwave equipment would do well in the kitchen.

Wonderful hosts, very friendly and willing to help. The apartments are in the middle of Istria, everything worth to visit is reachable in max. 1 hour by car. The rooms are perfectly comfortable and clean, also very quiet.

Perfect place to relax and visit Istria. The house is located on a little hill surrounded by nature. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, you can cook and grill in the outside kitchen. Dean is a great host who gave us a lot of information on what to do in the neighbourhood. Restaurants are nearby. If you are looking for a place to stay, we’d recommend this place!

As we arrived, the departing guests told us "this is paradise", and I couldn't agree more. Peace and quiet at this isolated estate in the middle of nature (which is still close enough for exploring the beauties of Istria) is priceless. Hosts are great and so friendly, they even give as a little gift of homemade linden tea as a souvenir. I highly recommend!

Location: You are in the middle of Istria, so it‘s perfect for day trips because everything is very close. It‘s a very quite place to be, so you can relax and chill.
Appartment: Dean and his Dad built everything on their own, put a lot of effort in it and did a great job! Cozy Appartment, lovely outdoor kitchen. Dean has many animals: Sheeps, Chicken and two lovely donkeys called Gina and Luna! You can pet and feed them. Also, there is a small playground. So it‘s a great place to come with kids, too.
Host: Dean is the perfect host. He gave us so much information and recommendations for activities, restaurants etc. He spent a lot of time with us and we talked a lot. He is also very attentive.
All in all it was an amazing stay. I really recommend the place and will be back for sure!
