We had five couples stay for a week of skiing. This home was ideal for our situation. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood very close to grocery shopping and about seven minutes to the beaver run lift area. The house has three beautiful masters with en suite bathrooms. There is a very nice room with two beds upstairs that uses a hall bathroom. We stayed in the fifth bedroom, which is a bunk room adjacent to the bar. That room also uses a hall bathroom. It actually worked very well for all couples. The kitchen is beautiful with the table that seats 10 right next to a beautiful fireplace. The garage is heated so it is a very pleasant area to put on boots. I would recommend getting a bench or two in the garage to sit on. The best feature of the house is the private van shuttle that takes you to and from the ski area. You make reservations up to three days in advance. You can schedule two rides in the morning to the mountain, and two rides in the afternoon back home. The shuttle service was always on time and very professional. The home has 2 entertainment areas with televisions: one off the kitchen on the main level, and one downstairs with a bar and pool table. Both rooms got used every night. There is a great hot tub out back off the pool table room. Strong jets.

The location was perfect - close enough to everything we needed but still tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. The house was fantastic - nicely decorated, clean, well-maintained, and very spacious.
One of the biggest perks was the complimentary shuttle service that was included. This made getting to and from the slopes a breeze, and we could enjoy a full day of skiing without any transportation hassle.
Overall, I highly recommend this vacation rental property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient ski vacation. The location, amenities, and complimentary shuttle service all make for an incredible experience!

The home was in a wonderful location looking out over the mountain. It was well appointed and had plenty of room for the entire family. The free VIP shuttle service was a great perk for getting everyone to and from the slopes.

Beautiful home, spacious, with lovely surrounding views of the ski mountains in the distance; nice amenities especially the hot tub. Plenty of space for our adult family to enjoy. Very close to the town and skiing. and the courtesy shuttle service was an absolute treat! We highly recommend this home! We are hoping to come back next year!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and Phyllis! Her communication was awesome throughout, and home was immaculate. I understand vacation rental is a business, but this property truly felt like home to my family. Phyllis ensured a check in every box, from private mountain shuttle, daily snow removal of the deck and driveway, to staff visiting and checking the hot tub water twice in a week! Our kids had just as much fun relaxing in the home as they did on the slopes. It truly is the little things; sleds and snowball makers for the kids, a properly equipped kitchen to prepare any meal and most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable. We were even lucky enough to see one of the neighborhood moose casually walking down the driveway and through the yard at noon on a Thursday! The views on clear days were breathtaking and we are already planning our next visit!

We enjoyed our stay at the Highland home! Phyliss is very good about communicating with you. The master tub was broke but we told Matt not to worry about it until after we were gone that was really the only problem we had with house.

Communication with Phyllis was great from the start. House was extremely clean and had all amenities needed and then some. We were 3 couples and the space was more than enough for us to spread out and relax. We had a chef come in and cook a fabulous 5 course meal and he commented on how well equipped the home was for him to produce an amazing meal. Shuttle service offered was bonus we used only sparingly because the scheduling was a bit difficult to get the morning time slot we wanted (probably because we didn't plan ahead) and very rigid (understandably). We instead chose a much more flexible option and drove to the gondola parking lot/garage and take the Gondi to peak 7 or 8. We would then take the 4'oclock run right to the car at the end of the day. This may not be for everyone but wanted to at least mention what we learned through trial and error. Hot tub was nice and hot as well as extremely clean. It was just what we needed to help with the sore legs and to send us to bed early. Next time we come to Breck we would absolutely stay here again which may be next year.

This property was fantastic! It was perfect for our family of 10. The house can hold 12 people easily. It was clean, large, and in perfect condition. We enjoyed it so much. And there was a private van that can pick you up and take you anywhere in Breckenridge. It was a wonderful home to rent.

We had our family spend Christmas here at this beautiful home. We came from Florida and the owner made sure we have everything at our fingertips to ensure we had the best trip. This house was clean and beautiful. Everything you need is there and it just feels like home the moment you walk in. We will be back!

This property is truly exceptional! The house is perfect for 3 families (of 3 to 4). There are 3 master bedrooms with king beds and the rooms are large. The living space is over the top beautiful and CLEAN!! There is plenty of room for kids/teens to play downstairs and adults to visit upstairs. The kitchen is top notch and has everything you would need. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal and 3 meals a day for a full week and felt more than at home. The property manager on site and the experience with the owner were exceptionally positive and strong. This property is geared toward people/families with high expectations and the whole experience delivers!! One of the BEST amenities is there is a VIP shuttle that will pick you up at the front door and take you where you need to go in town OR directly to the ski slopes. We found this a huge bonus for getting to and from the ski hill with all of our skis, gear,etc.The huge picture windows in the living space are not to be missed. We watched the sunrise and sunset over the mountains every day with either our coffee or evening cocktail. Truly spectacular. This vacation was truly one of our best due to the gracious hosts at this home and the A+++ of the rental property. Thank you and we are already talking about when to book our next trip to the same property!!

Pulling up that winding driveway, and seeing the house house perched upon the hill for the first time, it actually gave me goosebumps. Wow.... this is where I'm going to be staying?! What a find on VRBO, this house could be featured in a design magazine. When we walked thru the front door, i felt like a child a candy store. I immediately wanted to see the entire house, it was huge! Each room was so cozy and impeccably decorated. I didn't want my vacation to end, the town was so cool, but this house made the entire vacation.

House was everything that we wanted it to be and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for the family. The private shuttle that is included in the house was on time every time and the drivers were super nice to deal with. We came back to the house a few days for lunch and did it in the same time as eating at the mountain for way less $$$. The Jacuzzi made for a perfect end to our every ski day and helped get the legs ready for the next. The views were really cool from both the kitchen and the master bedroom and the kids loved seeing the groomers doing their work at night.

Our family was overjoyed with this incredible home. Owner Phyllis was a pleasure to work with. And the location is incredible on your own private, quiet 1 acre lot. It had been 16 years since we rented a vacation home and so we were skeptical.
First of all, understand that this multi-million dollar home has to rank among the Top 10 in all of Breckenridge. It's huge, cozy, up-to-date, spotlessly clean and luxurious to the nines.
Second, the location is outstanding. On its own acre of land, yet less than 6 minutes' drive to the nearest enclosed lift. What could be better?
We grade this entire home and experience a "10" and cannot say enough how pleased we were with this entire rental experience.

Our family of 12 had a great ski vacation at this beautiful house. The massive wood beams & so much space in this 5000 sq ft house made for great separation. Cooking on the outside grill & having dinner at the large dining table in front of the fireplace was a great ending of the day while we told of our adventures on the ski slopes each day. All amenities were in place, and there were much more than we needed of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. The whirlpool with fireplace in the Master Bedroom is a great addition - so relaxing! Also the hot tub outside! And Homeowners are wonderful to work with. The shuttle was a great addition although we only used it a few times as we didn't know for sure who would be skiing the next day, but they are very accommodating as we had to change our pickup time when several of us decided to quit earlier than our reserved time. Would definitely stay here again if we go to Breck next year.

Everything worked out wonderfully for our trip! The house is absolutely beautiful. The incredible kitchen was a treat for my husband and mother who love to cook. We ate in every night in the gorgeous dining room by the fire with the beautiful mountains in the background. The ski racks and storage for boots, etc were perfect for a ski vacation. The hot tub was icing on the cake!
When we first arrived there was a battery alarm beeping in one of the fire alarms and we called Matt (maintenance). He arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional.
The owners left cards for discounts for ski rentals and grocery shopping on the bulletin board. We went to Alpine Sports for rentals and had a great experience. The owners left a very informative binder with area info, cable info, etc.
We couldn't have asked for anything more.

WOW!!! What a wonderful experience to stay at 6 Rounds Road. Our family had the most amazing ski vacation. The accommodations were the BEST -- everything that you could possible need or want -- was available. The homeowners were wonderful to work with -- the whole process was seamless. We are hopeful that we have the opportunity to stay again next year.

My family and friends had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home the week after Christmas through the New Year. It was absolutely immaculate and the owners are wonderful to work with. There is a caretaker of the property that is available to answer any questions that might arise. Location was great. View was amazing.It was about a 4-5 minute ride into town. We used Uber several times when we didn't want to drive. The owners have a notebook in the house with everything listed that you could possibly need to know. From great restaurants to activities. We had 11 in our group. We had more than enough room for everyone. We stayed in New Years Eve and were able to watch the fireworks on the mountain from the living room balcony. We would stay here again when visiting Breckenridge.

We had a fantastic time here for a spring ski trip. The home was just as promised and access to ski area was quick and easy. The open space left plenty of room for the 3 families to be social or have some quiet time. Kids had fun playing in the snow in the outside yard.

I initially called the Owner to try and rent the other house that she has listed here on VRBO. The Owner was extremely helpful and told me that the other house was nice, but she thought I would prefer this one. She couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, and honest! This house was just the right size for my group. It is perfect because it is has three individual suites (bedroom and bathroom) so no one had to share a bathroom. The house is spacious and the common areas make for a great environment for group games and fun. My whole group (10) was able to eat dinner together every night at the humongous dining room table. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had no trouble cooking everything that we had planned. My group used the shuttle service every day; the service was very professional and prompt. The drivers were excellent and helped us navigate the town and the ski slopes alike.
Overall we had an excellent trip and we were in love with this property. I will definitely be staying here again! I would rate it 6 out of 5 stars if I could.
