Our stay was lovely - a perfect location and layout for our family of four (mom, dad and two adult daughters). Everyone we met associated with the home was gracious and welcoming. Snorkeling off the back was the icing on the top!

We have stayed twice now at this place and we love it! The design is just amazing there is something about this wabi sabi type minimalist style that just gives a relaxing feel! No other house on island like this except the one they are building next door! It’s right on the water so you can hear the ocean waves while you sleep! It’s always a great experience! It’s probably my kids’ most favorite!

We really enjoyed this beautiful home! Loved the concrete walls etc, towels were nice, kitchen is well stocked and labeled, cleaning ladies did a great job, very comfortable home! Electric did go out for a while but that's island living ;) Would definitely stay again!

The house was lovely, modern, and well stocked with beach gear and equipment. The lot is on a beautiful reef with incredible snorkeling right at the house. Kathy was an outstanding host and Wallace was very helpful. I’ll be back for sure. I don’t often leave such amazing reviews. Worth it.

Kathy’s house was wonderful. The rooms were perfect, the view spectacular and communication with both Kathy and her caretaker, Wallace, were top notch. The guys had a chance to snorkel right off the back of the house and saw many great things.

This was a beautiful immaculate home situated perfectly for sunsets and drinks after a day exploring this wonderful island. This is a great find and terrific location. It was our first trip to Eleuthera, but not last. The listing pictures are accurate. The house is beautiful and well furnished. The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you will need. We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning. It’s about 15-20 minutes from North Eleuthera airport. The day we arrived the waters off the back deck were perfect and the girls jumped in immediately! Kathy and Wallace get everything lined up for your arrival and then it’s up to you to relax and enjoy.

A perfect home for exploring the natural beauty and wonder of North Eleuthera. You can snorkel right out the back of the house and see amazing things. the books available at the home are a terrific resource. Comfortable and well stocked.

This is a beautifully designed house, true to the pictures. It was spare but elegant and well equipped in every way. Immaculately clean. Kathy is wonderful & responsive. A rental car is a must but this is easily done through Wallace, the caretaker. The kitchen is great for cooking but there are also other options like Daddy Joe's, Unka Gene's, Sophia's take out, the Cove, Tippy's, Bougainvillea & 1648 (always call restaurants first to check on hours!). It's a bit of a drive, (as are many things on this 110 mile long island) but we found it very worthwhile to stock up on produce & cheese & other goodies at the Eleuthera Island Farm. You can stop at Tippy's or Bougainvillea for lunch on the way there or back. The beaches in Eleuthera are beautiful. We also made several trips to Harbor Island via a quick water taxi, where the pink sand beach is exquisite. It's just a 10 minute walk from the dock to Ms V's on the beach, where you can rent a chaise & an umbrella for the day and where you can also get great lobster & a goombay smash. Nothing better!!

I don’t have much experience with VRBO, especially in a different country, but Kathy made it so easy for us! She was extremely responsive and helpful. Wallace the property manager was a call away once we arrived. House is just as it appears in the description! Beautiful views great location and SUPER CLEAN!!! We could not have been happier with the cleanliness of the house. It was stocked with everything we needed. Loved the house!

This was such a delightful, stylish, well-located, super-clean, well-equipped home. We were absolutely thrilled to discover that there’s snorkeling access right off the back! 10 minutes to Gaulding Cay (including the off-reading bit) and easy access to basically everything. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Property is beautiful. Probably the most well rental we have ever stayed at. It had everything, and everything was nice. Beds comfy, clean, and the views great. When we had a request the hosts reacted to help. Really quite amazing place.

House was done exceptionally well. Very modern, well furnished and functional. Location is very good, incredible views. And the cove is excellent for swimming. Caretaker very helpful.

Kathy’s home is a sanctuary. The thought that went into building this home is evident. One could not help but feel relaxed whether sitting on the comfy sofas inside to sitting under the stars at night on the beautiful deck. It’s utterly serene.

An hour after we arrived the family said it felt we were home. The house, caretaker, and area are amazing. Great beaches and sunsets from the deck. Fantastic reef you can dive into from the house. Everything you need for a great get away is right there in Gregory Town. We will be back!!!

This property is as advertised. Sitting on a coral rock cliff about 15’ above the water. The views are magnificent. Very centrally located in North Eleuthera you are about 30minutes from everything north of Governors Harbor. Style of the house is modern but very comfortable. Cement floors are perfect for a beach home. The owner and caretaker are very easy to deal with and there were no surprises.

Perfect spot. I could live there!
