We were so extremely pleased with our decision on choosing Eagle Rock from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! I cannot say enough about our stay here that would do it justice! You walk in and the house is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. Then you look out the massive windows and are just in awe of the magnificent views from almost every room in the house! We truly enjoyed the back patio area as well. Sitting outside in the mornings and evenings drinking a nice cup of coffee and watching the sunrise and sunset by the fire pit was purely magical! Everything you could possibly need is provided. You could literally just walk in with your clothes and toiletries and be all set! We had a question about the fire pit and the owners were very prompt in responding to us and extremely helpful and courteous. Even though it rained a couple of days we were there, we were just thrilled to relax in the hot tub and enjoy the cool weather and views! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us, it could not have been more perfect!

What a wonderful stay! Photos don’t do these views justice. The home is immaculately thought through and decorated, while also feeling very homey. This place has everything you could want, many luxuries and Catherine, the owner, couldn’t have been more kind or easy to work with. Also, the location can’t be beat. Very close to Laurel Park, while also a quick drive to Hendersonville.

What a gorgeous and comfortable home!! This was a perfect place to spend a week after Christmas and ring in the new year. The home had absolutely everything we needed to feel at home. The views and property are stunning. Nice and secluded, yet so close to Hendersonville, and an easy drive to and from. The owners are so kind and responsive. We loved it so much we already booked a trip to return later in the year.

This home is beautiful on the inside and out! Lots of room but feels cozy at the same time. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting in the living room in front of the fireplace. The master bathroom is a thing of my dreams! The owners are so responsive and give lots of good information. We’ll definitely book here again next year for our marriage retreat.

4 of us held a mini 40 year reunion at this property. It was great for hanging out and visiting with very little noise from the nearby road. The house has everything you'd need to include a full size washer and dryer for longer stays. Beware that the driveway is quite steep and you have to make a hairpin turn to enter it if coming from town. You can turn around at the bottom of the driveway to get out, but only with several back and forth maneuvers. This driveway would be impossible to drive out if it had any ice or snow, and there is no place to park alongside the road at the top of the driveway. The place itself has beautiful views and is very secluded and peaceful.

Our stay was perfect! We got away a few days from the extreme heat in Florida. The house and view provided a comfort and serenity that we enjoyed. We plan to return next year.

What a lovely, pristine home with a beautiful, relaxing view of the mountains. The owners are exceptionally responsive and helpful. The home is immaculate and the kitchen is fully-equipped for cooking. The expansive deck and hot tub are phenomenal.

Just like being at home but nicer. There was nothing that you would "want for". House is extremely well stocked, clear instructions on using house features/amenities and close to so many things/places. Beautiful, expansive back deck for relaxing after a day hiking or sight seeing. Will absolutely keep this property in our "return to" list some day!

What a beautiful home! So comfortable and well appointed with all the amenities of home. The views were stunning and the home was immaculate! Just minutes to downtown Hendersonville and wineries and breweries galore!

We had a wonderful time despite it raining the whole trip. It snowed for a bit which enhanced the already lovely view. The house was cozy and had plenty of space for our party of four. Catherine warned us of the weather beforehand, so we were able to plan accordingly.

The house was absolutely perfect. It had all the modern amenities (gourmet kitchen, soaker tub and spa like shower, hot tub, etc.) yet was equally cozy. This home feels like a home. The views are also spectacular. The hosts were attentive and thoughtful. We will be back!

The property was a bit of a drive from any nightlife but that is totally okay because we went there for a wondrous mountain escape and we got it. The sunrises were never the same color, the winter view was unobstructed, and while the house has high cathedral type ceilings the house felt cozy. Everything was easy to use and there were instructions for everything. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. We really had a stay of a lifetime there!

This is our second year in a row booking Eagle Rock and we have already booked it again for next year. We travel a good bit and this is the cleanest, most comfortable home we have stayed in. The house is fully stocked, so no need to bring any additional cookware or amenities.
We tend to spend a lot of time traveling to the sites around the greater Asheville area including breweries and hiking, but we find ourselves not wanting to leave the house. Just sit on the expansive deck, enjoy the weather, and have a drink.
Also, the beds are insanely comfortable!
If you are considering renting a vacation home, this is the one you want.

We wished would have planned another day just to enjoy this beautiful home. Everything labeled for ease of navigating, beds were comfortable and the fireplace was cozy! My favorite was the large windows in the bedrooms where you could literally watch stunning sunrises right from the comfort of your bed! We had to reach out one time to owners with a question and received quick and personable responses. Our stay was magnificent!

Beautiful views and setting with colorful mountain sunrise off the back patio. Everything was as expected. Communication with owners was excellent. Checking was very easy and convenient. We would definitely book again!

The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We ate in most nights on the outdoor patio. The hot tub and fire pit were great for the fall evenings. Would recommend and stay at again!

This is a beautiful home with a great view of the mountains. It is well stocked and thoughtfully decorated. The terrain is very steep so it is difficult to walk a dog. Also the extra firm mattress in the main bedroom is very hard if you are accustomed to something with more cushioning. Still it is a lovely retreat.

Property is very nice, and is accurately reflected in the photos. Location is a private and quiet area, where you can walk up on the local roads with very little traffic. No neighbors on either side, or below the property, so it feels very private. Convenient to Hendersonville, Etowah, Flat Rock and Brevard.

This is an extremely well kept, beautifully built & furnished property that is close to downtown Hendersonville. Downtown offers a great walk around with restaurants & shopping. Owners are very responsive & accommodating. Would come back!
