The home is beautifully renovated, and the view is spectacular. The owners are very accommodating and helpful We hope to return.

We absolutely loved staying at Lynn & Richards home! They were such wonderful hosts! Lynn explained everything about the house in her red book/house manual. She is a delight to talk with and offered recommendations for hikes and restaurants. It was the BEST experience we have ever had at a VRBO!! Absolutely gorgeous home!.

My wife Jill and I were fortunate to be able to spend January in this comfortable, welcoming home. It was wonderful. The owners were friendly, generous with their time when asked a few questions, and have put together a living circumstance with all the amenities one can ask for. We hope to return in the future, which in a way is the best recommendation one can give.

This a great property on the perfect Boulders South golf course lot. Great Southwestern decor. A wonderful patio/outdoor kitchen...2 King master suites...nearby pool...golf cart. All the amenities a couple or foursome need to feel special. The hosts were detailed in their information to get you underway. If we could give it more than 5 Stars, we would. If you're thinking about staying in N. Scottsdale or near Boulders, do not pass on this property.

Although this property looked really inviting, I must say that this is one case where everything was far better than any pictures or description could provide! We enjoyed the home immensely. Every detail from kitchen supplies, helpful "need to know" notebook, suggestions, etc. was well thought out and shared. The views of golf course, "surprise animals," mountains, boulders, and sunsets were all never-ending delights. We found everything to be BEYOND expectations.

On a recommendation by The Boulders Hotel, we looked into a rental property to better suit our family for a holiday vacation highlighted by the Fiesta Bowl. Very few on property homes were available, but we are convinced we found the absolute best. The home certainly had charm and was clearly loved by its owners. It had everything we could desire for our stay and the extra touches were wonderful. We made great use of the outdoor grill and the added plus of having a golf cart was quite a nice touch. My wife and daughter took a golf lesson from the golf pro one morning. A few days later, much to our delight, we saw him just outside the home on the 10th green with another student. What a luxury to be situated right up next to the green. We really appreciate how the owners made sure they were easily accessible by email during stay should any surprises arise. None did and I hope that we have an opportunity to make it back to this property next year.
