The property met our needs, was very comfortable, and close to the trails. We had a wonderful time. The only thing the adults in the group did not enjoy was the plastic mattress covers. The sheet was directly on top of the plastic and it was noisy and made the bed very hot. If you had put the mattress pad over the plastic it would have made the bed much more comfortable. I understand you want to protect the mattresses but they were uncomfortable because of the plastic covers.

Very nice condo-ski in and out! Very comfortable! Great communication with owners. We hope to be back again!

Super location off Sachem Trail

We stayed at this property for a 2nd time and would definitely stay again if we come back to Okemo. Location is perfect to the Sachem trail. Fireplace is warm and cozy. Upstairs loft is a perfect place for kids to have a separate play area.

Condo is an ideal location for anyone looking for ski getaway. Easy access to Sachem Trail makes it easy to stop home for lunch. The condo has a great setup with a large loft for kids. Wood burning fireplace was great to relax in front of after a day on the slopes. Would definitely stay here again!

Just got back a great stay at Trailside 1B...a short walk from the condo to the Sachem trail was the highlight of this vacation, but overall the unit had everything you'd need. We were a group of 6 adults and wanted a home base for easy access to ski, come back for lunch/breaks without having to drive to a lodge...1B satisfied all of our requirements. As we pulled up we could see skiers passing by, probably about a 2 minute walk away. Inside there was plenty of room between the kitchen and living room and then two more floors for sleeping and the bathroom. Nice view down into the valley with decks on two levels to hang out on during warmer times. Michele was great with quick responses to any questions that I had and additional advice to help us with travel plans! Overall I'd highly recommend this unit if you're looking for great access to the mountain and plenty of room for 6-8!

We had a wonderful time renting this condo for the MLK weekend. It was the perfect way to stay socially distant and still enjoy full ski days! The walk to the Sachem trail was extremely close (5 mins tops). The condo had everything a family of 4 could ask for and more. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. Will definitely look to stay here again, hopefully soon!

Perfect for a family ski vacation, less than a 2 minute walk to slopes made it easy to come back for lunch and allowed each of to decide how much we each wanted to ski.

This was the 3rd time we stayed at Trailside 1B. It’s always been the best spot to stay on Sachem. So easy to feel comfortable, have a fire and enjoy your family when your not on the mountain.

The owner was super communicative and gracious. The condo is located steps from the trail and has everything you could need and more. It set us up for a wonderful week exploring and skiing at Okemo.

Family of four including two kids - six and eight - overall a great time. Super easy access to the trail and practically could ski to the front for of the condo on the return. Our kids can both ski so it was ski in/ski out for us. A couple of times we had to contact the owner and they were very responsive. The condo itself is dated but is good to relax in of an evening and plenty of space to chill out and play games or watch TV with the log fire going.

Great slope-side location. Three story condo with lots of space for two families or we stayed here with our three kids. Owners are wonderful, responsive and accommodating. Check in and check out couldn’t be easier. Great weekend.

We stayed just our family. Can’t beat location. We are family of 4 so didn’t use the loft but would work really well for 2 families with kids all in loft. Lovely location and owners very responsive!

Awesome location, awesome condo, awesome owner

This was our 2nd time renting from Michelle and we hope to make it a tradition with our friends. It is right off the Sachem trail which is perfect for the kids and us :) So much room to spread out our hang together in front of an amazing fire! We LOVE skiing Okemo and we are grateful to have found such a welcoming home to stay!

Great spot for early spring visit plenty to do in the area biking, hiking, kayaking and more. Long Trail and Harpoon brewery within 1 hour also small batch cheese makers close by and of coarse Vermont pure maple syrup.Very spacious condo spotless when we walked in very cozy inside, full kitchen amenities, great for eating in. Outdoor deck with babbling brook, very relaxing for your morning coffee, or evenings cocktails. Michele and Richie are very friendly owners, answered our call immediately when we had a question while arriving. Our second spring visiting at their place.

This was the perfect place for our ski vacation. First, the condo was in a prime location for our ski vacation. Just get up and go! It was easy to stop in for a break, and maximize your ski day by allowing you to ski right up until closing time. Second, the condo was big, clean and inviting. Everything was in perfect working order. At the end of the day we would have a nice fire going while we played games with the kids. The boys loved the loft! They enjoyed playing the wii up there. Finally, the owners we so accommodating and welcoming. They provided detailed information prior to our arrival that made getting there and situated a breeze. They checked in to make sure things were going well and upon departure to ask if there was anything that could be done to improve upon. Nope, everything was perfect. We would definitely stay again!

On arrival at the condo we were super suprised at how large it feels. Pictures do not do it justice. The layout is fantastic for 2 couples with children. The loft area for kids is roomy and fun. We did take advantage of the terrific food in town but you could easily make excellent dinners in the well equipped kitchen any night. The fireplace was amazing!!! Wood stack on the back porch ready for a fire every night and comfy couches for a glass of wine and laughs! Plenty of room for gear and a super quick walk to Sachem! It really does not get much better!! And we were lucky to have epic snow conditions!! Hope to make it a tradition!!

Perfect skirental house

My family and I stayed this summer at this beautiful condo. All the appliances are brand new, and the home was very spacious. The loft was great for the kids to sleep in - 4 twin beds and additional floor space. The two bedrooms were very comfortable - my husband said he had the best night sleep of his life with the cozy bed, beautiful view, and hearing the brook outside the window. I can't wait to go back to ski! This would be a great places for 2 small families (about 2 kids each) or 1 large family. It is an easy walk to the Sachem trail, so people who get up early can get first tracks without waiting for the rest of the clan. You can easily home for lunch as well!!
