We chose to stay in this condo again this year after a great stay last year. Condo is nice size, fully stocked, and clean. We love the dedicated parking spot that is underneath the building so your car is always cool. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Being on the first floor it is a very easy walk to and from the beach/pool. Condo is in a great and quiet location. We really enjoy the area and without question will look to book with Maria and Alfonso in the future as they are great to communicate with and their place truly feels like home. 5 stars all the way.

Best place we have ever stayed!

We were thrilled with our stay in this condo! Location is perfect: it has a beautiful swimming pool area just down the stairs, and from there a direct walk-out to the beach. The place was more spacious than we imagined, with a balcony porch providing a view of the gulf. It has all the amenities, is beautifully furnished, and feels like a home. Maria and Alfonse were terrific hosts, promptly answering a question we had during our first night there. Very gracious people. We highly recommend this place. We've already inquired about it again for next year. 👍

I can’t say enough about the condo. The condo was very warm and welcoming especially being greeted by the owner as we arrived. We were on a girls trip and were welcomed with chocolate and wine. The condo was so clean and it was filled with everything you could need. The kitchen had cooking utensils, a keurig machine, espresso machine and pots and pans galore. Every room was thought out and supplied with what you may need. The location was very secure and steps from the beach. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to rent here again!

well maintained

After spending time in fast paced Lake Buena Vista area, we were looking forward to a more relaxed pace. This condo was perfect. Maria & Alfonso thought of every conceivable amenity. Cooking was easy and convenient. Towels were plentiful. Beds were comfortable. All the rooms were nicely decorated and fun to be in. Condo security was excellent. Beach access was easy and inviting. The balcony gave great beach views. This stay exceeded our expectations.

The whole place is clean, has comfy beds, the kitchen is well-stocked and organized. The grandkids spent one night and enjoyed their room with all the extras. Owners use the property so they do have a lot of personal items there. There’s a of breakables that may need to be put up if you have small children and countertops are a little cluttered which makes it harder to prepare meals and store your own items. But, it was just two of us so it wasn’t as big of a problem. Pictures showed a cooler, but there wasn’t one. That would’ve been nice to take to the beach. Also, there were only a couple lightweight camp chairs that we didn’t use because my husband was over the weight limit and was afraid he’d break it. Overall, very nice!

Very nice and clean. Very beautiful view of the ocean. Walking distance to Candy Kitchen and Beach pizza which we enjoyed about every night. The owners of the condo are very nice and helpful. The condo area is very secure you have to have a key to access anything which is nice and makes you feel very safe. There is a nice parking garage also.

The condo was great! Stocked with towels, all the kitchen stuff we needed. Great view of the beach. Perfect pool for kids. The owners left some welcome chocolates and wine, and it was a great week!

Alfonso and Maria are amazing owners and will make you feel like family. The Condo is perfectly located between Indian Rocks and John’s Pass. The beach access and pool accommodations are perfect for a family or friends who want to spend quality time alone or as a group.

Simple, straightforward check-in. Host was available and responsive to any questions. Beautiful and clean condo in a nice building with great access to pool and the beach. Very convenient to dining and other attractions within walking/short drive. Many amenities for the grandchildren including books, games, and a pack and play crib. Great Washer/dryer, and plenty of towels! Just really enjoyed our stay!

From the welcoming arrival and tour the trip was amazing. The condo was very clean, we'll appointed, and we truly did not lack anything. There were several nice touches to the condo and you can tell the owners take great pride in their place. My favorite thing was the shutters that came down and covered the master bedroom window and patio to drown out all light for those afternoon naps. Very easy short walk to pools and beach without ever having to use stairs or elevator. Everything from the beach, pool, location, condo was amazing and we are planning a return trip. This condo would easily be my first choice upon return as we felt at home the entire time. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to enjoy their place.

This condo is one of the best that we have ever stayed in! As a VRBO owner/operator in the past, I am a hard person to impress. Maria passed my test with 10 stars. She and Alfonso are awesome host. They make you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you check in. They greet you with a smile and chocolates and wine! The condo feels like home with everything you would ever need to make your vacation complete. The beds are comfortable, ample soft towels, nice seating with a large family room TV. The patio is large with nice chairs and a great view of the ocean and sunsets. Keyless entry is nice , however a key will be needed to enter the pool, elevator area as the condo is very secure and safe. Garage parking is nice to keep your car out of the hot sun and rain. Having the condo on the first floor is convenient if you want to use the stairwell. Lastly, the kitchen is very well stocked with everything and more for cooking. Being a coffee drinker, the coffee pot is very nice too. I would highly recommend this condo for a wonderful vacation experience! Thank you Maria & Alfonso for an incredible vacation. Condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants and grocery store. Alfonso and Maria were very communicative before and during our stay. Would highly recommend. Looked to see if their condo was available for a trip in April, but it was booked. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the beach and in Tampa. It was easy access from the condo to get into Tampa to go to Busch Gardens, the Zoo, and catch a hockey game. However, we also enjoyed the pool and restaurants by the condo. It was a perfect mix!

Great location steps from the beach and quiet with plenty of things to do near by. The property had everything we needed for a family of 6 so that everybody could have their own beds and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy making food.

Thank you for sharing your beach home with us. Everyone enjoyed the beach/pool et neighborhood. We have stayed in several VRBO’s et yours is by far the cleanest. The kitchen has everything one will need et more. The balcony is great for morning coffee as well as dinner. The hurricane shutters are perfect to partially lower et obstruct the sun et still enjoy the sunset. My almost 4yr old loved the bunk beds et slept on top the entire time(he asked when he can have a TV in his room when we got home). Thanks again for the great vacation. Hope to return next year.

We had a great time. The hosts were great to meet us at the condo and show us around. The condo had everything you will need for an awesome time on the beach. The condo had a high chair and pack and play for our littlest guest. Overall a wonderful stay.

My family and I had an amazing week in Maria and Alfonso's condo! They were wonderful and gracious hosts. They went above and beyond for us! They knew we were bringing our young kids, so they provided a high chair, a crib, and many toys. The condo was very spacious. We traveled as a group of 6: 4 adults and 2 children (ages 4 years and 22 months) and there was lots of space for everyone. We loved the view from the patio. Since we had two small kids, it was so great being on the 1st level of the condo and being so close to the beach. I cannot recommend this condo highly enough. You will enjoy your stay and love meeting Alfonso and Maria. Their condo truly felt like a home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay. Maria & Alfonso met us at the property and gave us the tour. Our granddaughter loved the toys provided by our hosts and both grandchildren loved the pool. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which had refreshing breezes and a beautiful view of the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded and we enjoyed spectacular sunsets every night. Maria & Alfonso provided many amenities to make our stay even more enjoyable.

When first arriving we were later than planned due to our flight and car rental, but the owners were complete jems! They met us at the property and welcomed us with showing us around the condo complex and the condo. They were so kind and understanding about our delay. They left 3 bottles of wine, laundry soap, dish soap and supplies, and more. They really thought of everything to make it welcoming and enjoyable! The view from the balcony was something most only dream of. And we could experience it the entire time. The condo was roomy, which I was nervous about with 7 people staying there but it was incredibly wonderful! I can not give a better review or even explain all of the perfections that there were here. Bless you to the owners because my family and I needed a trip and wonderful as this, and they made sure we had absolutely no stresses. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!! Thank you!!!!

I have never rented a property ever. This was my first experience - and it was truly amazing. The owners were wonderful and didn't penalize me for my large family (we have four kids). We didn't have to leave the property at all. We were directly on the water and the pool was right there also. We walked to ice cream and mini golf from the beach. My family has been so spoiled by this experience - it was truly magical. I so wish we could move to Florida - it was so amazing being in a free state!! Everything we needed was right there - including the most amazing coffee pot - maybe it just tasted better b/c I got to have it on the balcony over looking the ocean everyday. Linens, towels, shampoo - you name it - everything was there for you. It was so nice to get off of a plane and have all of the comforts of home. The condo was exceptionally clean. I pray our means allow us to come back next year. We are so blessed and grateful for the experience.

Great location and direct access to the beach with lounge chairs on the beach available for rent. Property is well kept. Pool is clean with bathrooms and showers available right by the pool. Gas grills that could use maintenance. Open charcoal grills available but are basically useless and were attracting mice. This unit is on the first floor so it is has great access without doing a lot of stairs. Would be better if there was a workout room and a hot tub on site. Condo is a bit cluttered with Knick Knacks and owners personal photos, belongings, and decor style. Leather recliners do not recline due to electrical issues. Counters are cluttered so it made it hard to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable and condo is well supplied. Owners are super gracious and provided soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, beach towers, camping style chairs, bottles of wine, chocolates, plenty of towels, and a full tour upon arrival. Would be nice to have the reclining style beach chairs and umbrella available. This unit is set up for a family with children since there is a bedroom with a kids table and games. The porch is a great size and has a great view. Although on one day it rained, the porch filled with water and we had to spend an hour moping it up, i.e. no pitch to the porch to allow drainage. The condo could use a deep cleaning of woodwork, air conditioning vents, and in corners where dirt has accumulated. Unit is up to date as far as the kitchen and bathrooms, laundry and wine refrigerator. Overall, this is one of the better places I have stayed at in the area.

This condo is wonderful! Very comfortable and homey. The owners, Maria and Alfonso, meet you to get you check in and show you around the property. Beautiful views of the oceans and pool. No stairs from the condo to the beach and pool. You can make it in less than a minute to the beach or pool. Condo is well equipped, we made Thanksgiving dinner here and we had all pots and pans we needed!! Stay here!!!
