Spent four nights and loved every minute of it. The house was spacious, clean and was in a great location. Enjoyed the short walk to the Sugartree trailhead and BBQ'ed whilst enjoying the great view from the patio. Loved the house, loved Sedona, will definitely return to both

This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable home with plenty of room. The location is amazing with a terrific hike to “Coffee Pot mountain” within a short five minute walk to the trailhead. Great views from the patio, five minutes to grocery stores, a very nice kitchen and a big gas grill. I would definitely stay here again - without any hesitation.

Beautiful neighborhood, spacious house with comfortable beds. It has EVERYTHING you would need! We stay at a lot of airbnbs and Vrbos, this house by far is the best stocked. Ziploc bags, foil, coffee, full size name brand shampoo and conditioner… it was a wonderful stay, thank you for your thoughtfulness.

This is our second time staying here and have absolutely loved both stays. Huge CLEAN house with all the amenities you need. Sandy also stocks so many extras that not much else is needed. Comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms. Access to trails right in your backyard and your own little piece of heaven on Sugarloaf MTN. Watch the sunset and enjoy gorgeous mornings. Patio is so amazing too! Local restaurants and grocery just minutes away and you can avoid a lot of the crazy traffic!

This was the second time I stayed at this property and I will definitely be back. Great location with a view. Had breakfast every morning on the patio taking in the red rocks and the morning sun. We have stayed in many VRBOs and they have all been nice but Casa de Saltillo is a standout! The owners have thought of absolutely everything and the house is immaculate . Our family of 5 (2 grandparents, son and his 2 boys) enjoyed our short stay immensely. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with all you need a short drive away. The back faces east and we enjoyed sunrises and cool afternoons on the patio. The kitchen is perfect and well stocked. Check it out before you shop. Everyone enjoyed their beds and bathrooms. Everything worked perfectly. These owners know what they are doing! The views from the backyard are beautiful! We were there at the beginning of spring break. Traffic was very congested and parking at trailheads difficult. It was so convenient to just walk out the back to access many good trails. We all want to return.

This property is wonderful! The view from the house is unbelievable. The location is fabulous with easy access to some trails. The drive is short to the grocery store and restaurants. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed.

If you are looking for a wonderful stay with beautiful views then look no further. You will love the location, cleanliness, access to stores and hiking, huge primary suite, and comfy surroundings. The backyard is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and a beautiful sunrise. We will be returning once again in 2025 and totally appreciate the fact that Sandy is willing to share this prized place.

It was a delight to stay at this house. It was on a quiet street and featured plenty of privacy due to no neighbors in back. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the host was super-gracious. She even mailed an item to my home that I forgot and left behind. The house is a short drive or 20-minute walk to several good restaurants and grocery stores/pharmacies. Best of all, the house is an even shorter walk to several trailheads, so you can spend an entire day hiking without having to drive anywhere. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is breathtaking. The home is clean, comfortable and beautiful It had everything you need. We were able to cook our own meals. The kitchen had all the appliances and dishes you could imagine. (The sharpest knives we have ever found in a VRBO property). Because it snowed, we really appreciated having garage access. It was a great value because we could cook our meals. That being said we ate one meal out at Vespa, Italian restaurant. It too was good at a reasonable price. We had a wonderful stay.

The location of this property is fantastic. Super close to incredible hiking trails, close to grocery shopping and incredibly quiet. The hosts were amazing and were prompt to respond our questions. Really beautifully appointed home and SPOTLESS. Our family had to best time!

We had an incredible stay and it really could not have been better! The host proactively reached out to make our check-in process easier and she was flexible when we arrived in Sedona earlier than we had expected (when was the last time travel was surprisingly easy??). The space is gorgeous and the view is incredible! Great location, enough off the main road to be silent but it only takes 2 minutes to get to the main road. The space was fully stocked -- we could not believe how many of our needs had been anticipated. Without a doubt, this will be our Sedona go-to home!!! Thank you!

Beautiful red rock views from the house, and you can walk to a network of trails right from the house. I was debating whether to stay "in town" or in West Sedona. I am glad we chose West Sedona! The quieter vibe is nice, and there are plenty of restaurants, etc nearby.. The house is very clean, very comfortable, and well-equipped... including lots of helpful books, maps, and brochures. The host communicates very well and there were no surprises. This house would be our first choice if make a return trip!

Clean, welcoming, spacious for 6 of us (aged 11+); wonderful views of the surrounding beauty, easily accessible. Not super walkable to shops, but that wasn't what we wanted anyway. Responsive and friendly host. Would definitely stay if we're in the area again.

This property surpassed our expectations! The views were stunning, the home is quite spacious and impeccably clean. Sandy was wonderful and communicated everything we needed so there was no check-in anxiety like we’ve had with a previous rental. You won’t go wrong choosing this rental. The location is great! Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot Rock is practically in the backyard. The open sky was great for pictures of the stars. Open the blinds in the master and you can see the stars and moon rising from the bed. Located near restaurants, popular rocks, and trails in quiet neighborhood, with great host. Fully stocked home, spacious, and comfortable. Perfect stay for our anniversary!

Friends were in from out of town and wanted to experience Sedona. The house is in a great neighborhood close to hiking trails. Far enough out of town to avoid all the tourist traffic, but close enough to enjoy all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again :)

We loved our stay at Casa de Saltillo! The house was immaculate. Fantastic backyard with a great view, plenty of seating and a stunning view. The beds and living room very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We especially like the quiet neighborhood- yet so close to excellent restaurants and stores. Would definitely recommend this home and stay there again!

We came to Sedona for a reunion. We had never stayed in a VRBO before and my friends were a bit anxious. We walked in the front door and felt totally at ease. The house is comfortable, the setting is gorgeous and Sandy is the sweetest person. She tries to accommodate and is always very quick to answer questions we asked. When it was time to leave we wanted to stay longer. Thanks Sandy for a home away from home.

Such a beautiful setting in a wonderful neighborhood right on the base of Coffee Pot mountain! Large house with plenty of room, although there were only 3 of us. Want to bring my neice and her boys back sometime! Everything you could possibly need while there is furnished. Close to everything and cna't beat the neighborhood! Wonderful experience. My 88 yr old dad said he didn't know places like this existed on earth!

I took my adult children to Sedona. It was their first time there. This house was perfect! Nice and open, plenty of room with 3 bedrooms 2 baths. The back yard is where we spent most of our time as it is open with great views. The location is so convenient to all things needed and all things Sedona. Trails are close by too! I have already mentioned this property to other family and friends.

We enjoyed staying in this spacious home, and especially liked the backyard garden and patio. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of five.

Little disappointed in the spiders and webs inside and out side house. The house layout was perfect for six people. Would op for a queen or two twin bed in 3rd bedroom instead of bunks. Kitchen was well stocked for our use. Could use a larger tv for such a large room furniture was comfortable. Enjoyed our get away.
