Toni's home at Indigo Reef is very clean, spacious and extremely well stocked. There wasn't anything missing....whether its a fishing rod to use or a meat thermometer. Toni is an excellent host - easily accessible before and during the trip. The Indigo Reef property is situated in a lovely location - excellent sunset views and a wonderful pool. The boat docks are being renovated and once completed, this will be a perfect destination.

Indigo 41 is just as it is described in the listing. They provided over the top amenities. We decided to have our super bowl party and Valentine's dinner in and make use of all that the kitchen had to offer, every spice you could need and other staples were provided. From the linens to the beach towels to the comfortable furnishings, everything was perfect. The views and sunset from the back patio were beautiful. Would love to return!

Indigo reef #41 is absolutely perfect! Toni is an amazing host, communication was flawless, loved all the personal touches, and ample amenities. The indigo reef property is stunning and well kept. Loved lazy days by the gorgeous landscaped pool. We got to enjoy some marine life in the canals. My husband and I traveled to marathon keys with my parents and #41 was perfect, we each had our own room and bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with every small appliance you could think of. The location of this condo was perfect. 1 hr drive to key west and key largo, 30 minutes to islamorada and big pine key. Highly recommend staying at Indigo Reef #41. Seriously look no further and stay here!

We rented units 41 and 29 to accommodate our family from New Jersey. It was perfect. Unit 41 had the best layout and decor to feel at home. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and the perfect spot to relax and watch sunset. We would highly recommend. Looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you.

Our family had a wonderful week in Toni’s voila! This was our 2nd stay at Indigo Reef and we love this place. #41 is beautifully decorated and just as described. We took advantage of the pool, the ice machine, the gym, our boat slip for our rental boat, and relaxing on the back porch enjoying the view! We had frequent visits by the super special and incredible manatee. We snorkeled off at the end of the property and saw lobster and fish. We will definitely stay here again given the opportunity!

Indigo Reef #41 was just amazing! The description is perfect and the house is even better than described. Immaculate! Very well stocked and equipped. Linens and towels in great condition! Beds are so comfortable. We travel often and are super picky! #41 exceeded our expectations and high standards! WOW! The view is priceless as is the location! Safe and feels like home away from home. These SUPER HOSTS are truly SUPER! STAY HERE! You will be so happy you did!

The place was beautiful! Very well kept and decorated nicely! Kitchen had everything you could imagine for cooking. Toni, the owner, recommended several places to eat, excursions, beaches, etc. which was very helpful. We had a great time and would love to go back!

This property is excellent for families but not so much for two adult couples as the second bedroom is very small with no view. Also, this might be because we are European, but we thought words like resort and marina in the listing meant that there would be a restaurant within the property and an actual marina with a shop, etc. Otherwise, the townhouses is excellent. The living space downstairs is fantastic, sunsets from the deck are beautiful, the house is well stocked and there are many things to see and do in Marathon, as long as you are able to drive everywhere. Toni the owner was great at communicating with us and gave us some really excellent recommendations on things to do and restaurants to visit. Overall we had a wonderful week in Marathon.

Very nice home, great kitchen, we cooked up an awesome Christmas Dinner and had a very relaxing, comfortable 9 days with a beautiful view of the water on the bay side of Marathon.

LOVE, LOVE this villa at Indigo Reef!! Its Marathons best kept secret! This is our 2nd stay here and it keeps on getting better each visit. This villa boasts luxury from the decor, the gourmet stocked kitchen, furnishings, linens, location and amenities. It is very clean and well kept...what you see online is what you get plus a few surprises (it seems like the owners are always updating , decorating or adding a new gadget in the kitchen). This was our 2nd year staying at Unit 41. Great location for families. Publix, pizza, and ice cream are all within a 10 minute drive. Kitchen has everything you’ll need. Plenty of space inside and outside. Owners are always very accommodating! Can’t wait for 2020!

From the minute the beautiful gate opened at Indigo Reef I knew I was in for a treat. This was my first trip to the Keys and my stay at Indigo Reef #41 did not disappoint. The owners spared no details. The kitchen was fully equipped, the decor was so inviting and the bedrooms were cozy. The views were breathtaking and the sunset was amazing. My friend and I enjoyed the lush grounds and the sparkling pool. We were even treated to manatees right at the dock. The island of Marathon offered great parks, restaurants and shopping. Do not miss the fried key lime pie at Burdines and the bagels at Marathon Bagel. We also had great meals at The Lighthouse Grill and Sparkys. All in all I had such a good time and would recommend Indigo Reef #41 to anyone!

The accommodations are exquisite right down to the kitchen necessities-like sharp knives. My wife Barbara and I are in our mid 70s in age and enjoy the opportunities to saltwater fish and even parasailing. The owners - Toni & Jesse recommended several OUTSTANDING places to eat. Sparkys is a must, Lazy Days also ! Loved the pool for short swim a few times a day. I am not a individual that likes to sit in the sun. Shade in the pool is very nice but the shade cool breeze and view from the upper porch deck can’t be beat. Will return again Ken Anakkala

Spacious waterfront condo in a beautifully landscaped setting. The porches offered great views of the water and sunsets ( female and baby manatees swam into the boat dock area right in front of the condo). Great amenities: Keurig, well stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, etc. Loved the heated swimming pool - swam every day (had great weather)! Love Marathon Key due to all of the activities (deep sea fishing, kayaking, walking the 7 Mile bridge, Aquarium, Dolphin Research Center, etc.) and the many bars/restaurants. Plan to return next year. Owner provides great customer service.

Indigo Reef #41 was absolute paradise! We walked in to a gorgeous, immaculate home with all the amenities we could ever imagine. The pool was just a short walk from the porch . I could live on that porch! Many hours were spent there in the cozy chairs, reading, talking and enjoying the most stunning sunsets we’ve ever seen. We can’t wait to return to paradise!

Beautiful, clean, quiet. Tucked away from the busy street. The pool was amazing! Our condo was absolutely perfect! Loved the decor. The bed was soooo comfy, I wished I could.take it home! I loved everything about the place! I would love to go back!!

Staying at Indigo Reef #41 was the best decision that my family could have made! The house is beautiful, well kept, and perfectly furnished. It has an amazing view from the porch! The house is located just adjacent to the pool area and this is a convenient feature for those visiting with children so they can easily come and go from the house. The house slept 6 people very comfortably and offered enough privacy for those who like to sleep in or take an afternoon nap. If you choose to stay in this home you will not be disappointed. When my family returns there is no other place we would rather call home for the week!

This wonderful condo located on Marathon Key allows for relaxation in sunny Florida with out the crazy tourism! Private pool, beautiful bay views, comfortable beds, amazing nautical decor, and just minutes from all the delicious seafood and best beaches the Keys have to offer! We will definitely be going back!

#41 is truly a slice of heaven! Being my first time in the Florida Keys, I was in awe from the time we drove through the gates of Indigo Reef until the moment I had to leave. The stunning development is professionally manicured with a large salt water swimming pool and views of the Gulf of Mexico. This home is in the best location of any of the homes in the development. It offers an unobstructed view of the bay, canal and is close to the pool. Walking into this beautifully decorated villa not only offered the amenities of home but also has breathtaking views off of either of the 2 sea-facing balconies. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom also have a shared balcony on the other side of the home. The owners truly added quality amenities you will not find in any other rental home. We were able to see a few other homes in this development and not one was remotely as beautiful and clean as this home. Every item in this home is new and the entire home is tastefully decorated. This is a luxurious get away in paradise! The first morning of our stay, we were fortunate to see 6 manatees while sipping our morning coffee right from our deck! What an amazing experience to see them right at boat slip #41. Marathon is the best location in the Keys: 50 short minutes to Key West, 10 minutes to beautiful ocean Sombrero Beach, many great entertainment & food establishments within 5-10 minutes and the conveniences of my favorite grocery store Publix and Walgreens just blocks away. We enjoyed Sparky’s Landing for the best burger in town and Chiki Tiki Bar & Grill (Burdine’s) with their amazing ocean views and many offerings of organic menu options. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, sit in the sun and have fun with friends. I can’t wait for the day to be back in #41!

What a way to start the summer! Indigo Reef 41 was by far the best spot we've stayed in the Keys. The home was large, warm, and inviting---and most importantly CLEAN! Kitchen had everything you'll need. Property is very secluded, far from the traffic noise on HWY 1. The pool is huge and a very short walk from 41. Travelling with boys ages 4 and 5, bagels, ice cream, and pizza were a huge part of our vacation "diet" and all were within minutes of Indigo Reef. Day trips to Key West, Bahia Honda, and Islamorada were a breeze from Indigo Reef. We loved it so much, we booked Indigo Reef 41 for June 2019!
