I was nervous using a VRBO for the first time not knowing what to expect, but all that worry got swept away after seeing this beautiful house. Nice size pool and steps away from the powder sand. Restaurant near by and walking distance to souvenir shops. Just a few things to think about. Cooking pans were in bad shape and need to be replaced. Suggest a electric skillet for customer to use. Hot tub temps got too hot at night. But still great feature to have. Outdoor games and furniture has seen it's better days but we understand the difficulty's to keeping things like new in the ocean air. Celebrating my 60th withy family was priceless. Thank you!

House is amazing. It could have been cleaner. Dust, dirt and dead bugs everywhere. I understand Florida has huge bugs but to have a dead one the size of a small dog in the tub in the master bathroom was surprising. Do NOT let the pictures fool you. They have staged everything to look perfect and it is far from that. The thing that looks like a hot tub is NOT a hot tub. The things that look like jets in the hot tub are NOT jets. This is a "heated sitting area" that may or may not be heated when you would like to use it. The light in the "heated sitting area" is burnt out. The decking furniture is old with holes and cushions are very used. Boardwalk and deck around the pool is splintering and had several spots that weren't screwed down correctly. The outdoor TV did not work. Was fixed on the fourth day of our stay. The pool and foosball tables have seen better days. The pool table's felt needs to be redone and the foosball table is a giant rusted tetanus danger. We ordered three adult bikes. They were a day late in delivery after we messaged them. Then when they showed up one had a flat tire and one had a broken seat. The flat tire was fixed on our third day but the seat was never addressed. The "adult" bikes were for very, very small adults. Also, the neighborhood this house is in is not a safe place to even try to ride a bike. Cars parked everywhere on the road, drunk college kids everywhere and drunk driving college kids everywhere. Just not enough space to ride the bikes so we never did. These should not be even an option in this area. As far as "location" it's great. Right on the beach but you have to deal with those problems. The house has an empty lot beside it that every single person that comes to PCB uses to walk to and from the beach 24/7. There is little to no privacy on that side of the house all hours of the day and night. We took advantage of the chair and umbrella rental but you have to literally be in them when they are setup or have someone watching them or you have random people just plop down in your chairs and set up for the day. We had a confrontation with two frat boys that didn't want to leave the chairs we had paid for. There are NO pool or beach towels. I repeat.. you are in a house with a pool on the beach that you just paid 18k for a week to stay in and they do not have pool or beach towels. Five forks yes 5 and not a single working can opener. Not worth the price for all the hassles you have to deal with.

This place is in the perfect location This house is off the hook The management could not be nicer But not tub has to be worked on every day And then turned off every night very early No beach towels no beach chairs And no supplies in kitchen They make you throw all out so you walk in with no salt pepper oil tin foil and so forth Never been to a rental where I have to spend that much money to cook and then in a few days throw it all away Makes no sense This place was the most expensive one I have ever stayed in and then having to spend hundreds of dollars on this stuff as well as tp, paper towel, garbage bags etc is weird

We were visiting for Ironman Florida. We stayed 5 nights. The house has great space and is nicely appointed. The sunsets were amazing. Management was responsive to our questions. A few things to keep in mind is there is a large charge to heat the pool ($1500) the ‘hot tub’, I would say it’s more a water feature, was not warm until the heater turned on at 7pm, limited hours for heating this. 3 stars for cleanliness because the rugs needed to be vacuumed better. We found sand-burrs in the rugs, food under the coffee table, and a fake finger nail in one of the bedrooms.

The home is absolutely beautiful with all the amenities you may need or want. It was very clean, spacious, and located right on the beach. You will not be disappointed! My family and I will definitely stay there again!

We had issues with a/c third floor. But they got it repaired within 2 hours. Was impressed

This was our favorite house we’ve rented in FL so far. You can’t beat the layout (plenty of space for everyone) and the location was great. Close enough to town, but away from all the loud and craziness. The pool was wonderful for us all to use each afternoon to take a break from the beach. Everything was just top notch! The only things we realized we didn’t have was pot holders and not enough kitchen hand towels. The grill is also a green egg, and we wished we had known to bring the proper grilling items. We can’t wait to come back!!

The house is beautiful and spacious has a lot of stairs though lol but worth it...any issues they were Johnny on the spot and we appreciated it . Coming back in the summer

The location and set up of the home was perfect! There was water damage on the ceiling on arrival that we were told was from the previous renters. We were also told the jacuzzi in the pool had issues but would still work as long as the heater and jets were not used together and that someone would be out Monday to fix it. Someone came and left with no explanation. The heater never worked. When I put the kids in the garden tub in the master bath we realized that it leaked into the ceiling below. I called and reported this, someone came out and said not to use the tub because to fix this was going to be a hugh job that would have to wait till we left. After many calls to the rental company we were finally told the jacuzzi could not be fixed! The owner did give us a small refund which was nice but with the nights being cool the jacuzzi would have been awsome! I was very frustrated with the lack of communication. Always" someone will reach out to you " with no returned call. Some dead and dying roaches on the was gross but we were on the beach most of the time. Overall we had a great time the location is great.

House was great, but the hot tub heater did not work and we had people in the 50s and 60s and the steps to the beach were washed out and never got fixed the entire week and had to jump down 3 feet to the beach.

The house was awesome! There is nothing more you can ask for. Amazing beach, pool, and hot tub. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and deep sea fishing. Would greatly recommend and are looking forward to going back!

We have come to this beautiful home 2 years in a row and absolutely love it!! The hot tub and the pool are awesome, and the beach and ocean are breathtaking. My family loves this wonderful home and can't wait to go back. It is truly a perfect vacation for us.

The house was beautiful and met all our needs for 10 adults. Hailey was very resposive to helping us adjust the pool/spa heat. Defiantly would stay here again!!

We had wonderful time at No Rain. Plenty of space for our group of 16. Views were amazing and all amenities were provided that we needed!

Our stay at No Rain was outstanding. We met up with our three grown children and their families and had a wonderful time. One of my criteria for a rental house was a pool table and although I was surprised to see it was outside and under the deck, we had some epic billiards games that will go down in vacation lore for years to come. The pool was a wonderful size and shape for lots of grandchildren where the older kids could swim and and little ones could sit on the large shelf that is only a few inches deep. The hot tub was hot and used often. We had absolutely beautiful sunsets and lots of pictures were taken almost every evening. The house could use more coasters as we were scrambling to put paper towels under our cups in the living room; otherwise, the kitchen was well equipt. Everyone had a great time.

My family and I came back to the “No Rain” property for the 2nd year in a row to celebrate my husband turning 50 this year, and as expected, the property did not disappoint. New to the property this year was the game “corn hole”; my in-laws loved playing. We all really enjoyed the pool table, the pool, the hot tub, the 3 TVs in the living room; and of course, the house is located directly on the beach. There was plenty of room for our squad of 12 to hang out or to spread out. Any group renting this property will enjoy every minute as we did. The only reason I did not give the property 5 stars is that the kitchen is not equipped to handle cooking for large crowds. My husband and I take our family and extended family on vacation every year, and our only rule is that everyone has to cook a meal or buy a meal for the house. Though the dining room seats 8 plus the 3 additional stools at the bar top makes the total meal seating for 11. However, the pots and pans do not accommodate cooking for 11. They were very worn and were not sufficient for our group of 12. Something as simple as browning the hamburger for “taco night” was a challenge because there wasn’t a skillet large enough to handle the load. I’m sure this is overlooked with most vacation rentals because most people don’t cook on vacation, but we do. Had I informed Holiday Beach Rentals of the situation they would have corrected the issue right away, but there was no point in making a fuss over something so minor. Rent the No Rain property, it’s worth every dime, and you won’t be disappointed. Happy vacationing!

Effortless

This house was wonderful and as beautiful as the pictures. Holiday Beach Rental was great and quick to respond anytime I sent a message. The pool was great for little ones since it has a pool sundeck. Our grandson 19 mos old loved that area. Just make sure to take pool shoes since several of the kids got splinters. Also, if you like music outside bring your own since the speaker don't work out there. We had brought our own to take to the beach so it worked out fine. Definitely a great house to stay in!!

Good except for the ant problem

We chose this beach house for our family vacation and it comfortably slept 10 people. Holiday Beach Rentals addressed every single question or concern we had within minutes, which was highly impressive! When we first arrived, we were in awe of how beautiful this home is. Pictures do not do it justice! The house is absolutely perfect for large groups and is right on the beach. We opted to rent beach chairs and an umbrella and it made our beach days even more enjoyable. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit Panama City Beach!

This home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Decorated perfectly and with a fabulous layout. The owners really thought through every detail and it was definitely designed with entertaining in mind. We had 6 executive couples, and there was plenty of space for us all to do our own thing and not feel like we were on top of one another. The rooms all had great insulation so we could not hear anyone snoring, laughing or staying up late. In the morning everyone checked into business on their laptops on the deck with an incredible view....you can't beat an oceanfront mobile office. The men in particular loved the triple tv's, and we all watched the Kentucky Derby which was great across the screens. The kitchen had everything you could think of, beds super comfortable and parking ample. We ordered the beach chairs which was a nice touch, and the pool had chaise lounges too. We did not pay extra to heat the pool but management mentioned the hot tub was included....if it was, we couldn't figure out the control panel so no hot tub for us LOL. No worries though as we had plenty of fun with the outdoor pool table, foosball tables and corn hole. The colored led lighting in the ceilings and the pool/hot tub was really cool too and a nice touch. Oh, and the sound system was great with outdoor speakers on all levels. We really could not have asked for a better property and beach vacation, and cannot WAIT to book it again. Thanks No Rain....FIVE shining stars!!!

The house was beautiful and located right in the beach. Every room had a large bathroom. Staff was eager to help with any hiccups (learning to operate the house) The beach was clean and there is a lot to do in the town. Pricey but everything is new and very well maintained.

This was our first family vacation to Florida! 14 of us and the house was perfect with extra room. The kids were in the pool from morning to night when not enjoying the beautiful beach and ocean. Everything you need is only minutes away! Groceries, entertainment, restaurants etc. It is absolutely the perfect spot!! Can't wait for next year...

I rented this house for a girls weekend during the off-season in late January. We had a total of 12 and were able to all sleep comfortably. There were plenty of bathrooms too, which was helpful for a large group of girls :) It was clean and had all the essentials we needed in the kitchen for the weekend. We paid to have the pool heated and really enjoyed spending time swimming and the beautiful view of the beach. The house does have a lot of stairs, so that is something to keep in mind if you are thinking of renting this house - my calves got quite the workout! Overall great place and the management team was very responsive. I'd definitely rent again!
