Family time together pre Thanksgiving great home, good location everything was fantastic really enjoyed our visit.

We stayed after the dam was removed so they had to remove the docks. It's a little tricky getting to the river without the docks. We still managed it and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: We were thrilled about a family getaway to a charming cabin, eager to accommodate five kids and two dogs, prioritizing a location adjacent to the river to avoid the hassle of carrying the children, including an eight-month-old, too far. We specifically chose a spot advertised as having a “private river entrance”. However, two days before arrival, we were informed that the dock and kayaks, initially included, would be unavailable. The unclear communication left us puzzled about our river access.Despite this, we were assured of walkable river access, received an apology, and were granted a $250 refund, seeming like commendable customer service at the time. But, our expectations were shattered upon realizing that we had no direct river access, and the public access was a quarter-mile away. This compromised the essence of our stay, valued at $2700, to enjoy the river.It felt like a deceptive practice; it appeared they were aware of the lack of river access but proceeded with our booking, attempting to appease us with a minimal refund for the inconvenience. Paying $2700 for two nights, without the anticipated river access, was a major disappointment for our whole family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return. The house had a great lay out and was very clean. Loved the openness of the kitchen/living room. There was something for everyone at Reflections. We loved using the hot tub and the canoes.

The highlight was sitting on the patio enjoying the wildlife in the yard and of course the hot tub! We had a wonderful time. We wished we would have stayed one more day.

We had a great time here at reflections. The River access was great and the kids loved it! The ladder was broken during our stay but it did not impact our fun. We hope to come back!

The location and access to the Russian River is what makes this place great! The house was pretty good but issues like broken garbage can, broken patio umbrella, and incomplete house info were a few of the hiccups we encountered. The kitchen was fully stocked and made meal prep smooth. It would have been nice for kayaks to already be in the water - huge effort to get in and out of the river. Communication was great leading up to our rental but during the stay tried to get in touch several times with no response.

The dams had not been put into place yet (5 weeks after anticipated) and the Prop. Mangmnt. company did not relay this info to me beforehand. No dock, no kayaking, no swimming from the property- a deal breaker for me and I wish I had known ahead of time. It was my only reason for booking this particular property. Otherwise, though- the house is fabulous; stellar hot tub and lovely neighborhood.

Came for my 30th birthday and had a great time. Lots of outdoor space and great access to the river. Only thing is take note is the listing mention it sleeps 8 but only has 3 beds.

Great location for family & dogs, private, peaceful and spacious, would definitely rent again. Bathroom shower and tub needs safety upgrade, grab bars would be helpful especially for seniors. Staff was attentive and helpful to all our questions.

The home was as-advertised, and worked excellently for my family to spend time together over the holidays. It was both cozy and spacious for 5 people.

Clean, comfortable, no fuss. Well stocked kitchen for group dinner, generous outdoor space for the pupper, roomy living and dining areas for cozy hangouts, great hot tub and fire set up for relaxing. I imagine it'd even more fun during the summer time when river access. Recommend for family and friends traveling together.

Thankful to have spent this past Thanksgiving at this lovely property on the Russian River in Guerneville. A giant dog-friendly yard, beautiful setting, comfortable home for our family + friends who joined us.

This house and property was amazing! We rented the house for the weekend for a friend's birthday to relax near the river and enjoy the wineries around the area. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The house was clean and even more spacious than we anticipated. The property manager made sure we had everything needed and responded quickly to any questions. We will definitely be staying here again!

The hot tub was nice, the bbq was well kept, the house was clean and accommodating in its furnishings except the bed mattresses. It may be all rentals have terrible mattresses, but there is a lot be said for comfortable sleeping. We did not sleep great. I would suggest a few upgrades to the amenities. We really enjoyed our kayak trip but felt the seat backs needed replacements, they were a little less than comfortable after a while. Better lighting outside near the horseshoe pits. If your going to have tether ball, have a long enough tether to play, it needs to be fixed in order to enjoy it. Such a large property to enjoy, a house frisbee, wiffle ball set with bases, some outside toys provided would make a stay more enjoyable. In sum, a nice place that could be a lot better with a few simple thoughtful upgrades.

Feels private, great swimming and easy walk to river

This is a beautiful home and spacious property. Lovely open lay out that was definitely appreciated since we have kids!! The only bummers were the communication with renting. I was getting emails from different people and was told I could not check in early? Later found an email offering an early check in at 2pm instead of 4pm.. but by that time it was too late. Great home and property.. Coordination needs adjusting. 😊

The home is beautiful, clean and feels like home the moment you enter. We enjoyed the river , kayak, hot tub, and the serene property for the perfect vacation. Well equipped, and easy to settle in and start an incredible visit. Definitely our new number one destination for our vacations. Thank you!!

Our 3rd year staying at this house. We love it. Excellent access to the river and nice open flat areas around the house for kids to play. Great kitchen area and large living room area. Outside gas fire pit and patio area are awesome.

This property has it all. Plenty of space both inside and out, hot tub, 3 kayaks (2 single person + 1 two person), plenty of life vests, gas bbq, all the kitchenware you would need and just an overall wonderful place to stay. The home was quite large and is not too far from the vacation beach seasonal dam. The river is about 5-6 feet deep in this part when the dam is in so you can easily swim or float right off the dock. Our family had an amazing time during our stay and we will definitely be coming back. The host was easy to contact and they were on top of every question I had to ask. Can't wait to go back
