This property is everything that is stated and more. The attention to detail and ease of communication with property owners exceeded our expectation. Be sure to Book an outing with Captain Kid and Son charters as well. We will definitely be back.

Ocean Dreams is the perfect place to stay! We were a group of 7 and there was plenty of room. Tara, Jody and Rodney were fantastic! We will be back someday!

Ocean Dreams is situated in an amazing beachfront spot on Spanish Wells. Jody and Tara have created an oasis with this and the four other rental homes nearby. The beds were comfortable and there’s plenty of room. We’d stay here again.

My family and I had a great time on Spanish Wells while renting this house. The island beaches were beautiful, the people were friendly, and the food was great. This isn't a touristy place. Few restaurants and shops, but enough to keep you busy. We did a couple boat tours and explored the surrounding islands, caught lots of fish and saw the pigs and fed the turtles. I would highly recommend this house as the host was very friendly and responsive. House was clean and in a perfect location.

We loved our stay. The house was well appointed with wonderful outdoor space on the deck and down on the beach. We marveled at the privacy of the beach front. Other than a few walkers, we had our stretch of the beach entirely to ourselves. Our beach was raked daily by staff. With golf carts, we had very easy access to the grocery, restaurants & a few shops.
This was a family vacation with our kids and grandkids. We had 6 adults, 2 young kids and an infant. We were comfortable and had a wonderful stay.

Another wonderful trip to Spanish Wells and this beautiful home right on the beach was wonderful! The house exceeded expectations and everything was very clean and any questions were answered promptly. Thank-you for a wonderful experience.

What a great trip, it all starts with Jody and Tara's hospitality, and from there the location is one of the best. We stayed just before Thanksgiving and had the beach to ourselves for several days. We had sea turtles in the kelp just off the beach, fun toys for the water, and some good restaurants to take the golf cart to. Great combination of easy going vacation and enough to do to keep things interesting. The boat excursion with Captn Kid aka Jody was one of the best things we've done with the family. Can't wait to come back, this will be repeated at some point in the hopefully near future.

This property, the owner's of the property and the Island of Spanish wells are all fantastic! Jody and Tara Pinder (owners and managers) of the property were very welcoming and helpful! We also booked Jody (Captain & Kids) for a charter a couple days which was also great! The house in on a perfect strand of white sand beach that you have almost to yourself! The house is well appointed inside and had a golf cart and kayaks included. Can't say enough about the place or the hosts! We hope to make it back soon!

Our family had a great time and appreciated the Host and their quick response and great time at this home. The closeness to the beach and fun things to do on the Island. I highly recommended this Island if you don't want a huge commercial island with large hotels. This is a great home community.

Spent a week in Spanish Wells and had a wonderful time! The houses were clean, close to the beach, and met all of our needs. Jody was wonderful to work with and will definitely be going back. They were so very responsive to every correspondence before the trip to prepare and even better when we arrived. We didn’t have to think about anything.

This has been one of our best family vacations. The entire process from booking to check in to answering any questions we have has been absolutely stellar. The owner reached out to ensure we had transportation from the airport to the house prior to our arrival and transportation was on time and even went back to collect our luggage that arrived days late. The house was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing online. We cannot wait to book our next trip back to this beautiful location and will definitely rebook with Jody and Tara. We have booked many houses in the past on vacations and can say with certainty that this has been the easiest process and we have had the best experience with absolutely zero issues.

This was our 4th holiday in Jody & Tara’s beach house and had another great vacation! From start to finish it was relaxing and fun. We also spent a morning out on Jody’s boat seeing turtles, stingrays, dolphins, starfish and then snorkelled around a coral reef watching all the beautiful fish below. We have booked to come back next year!

We spent a week at Ocean Dreams and had an awesome time. House was stocked with everything we needed. Grocery was a few blocks away, the beach is as beautiful as any we have ever seen and the hosts are wonderful. We will return as often as possible.

This home was perfect! The A/C was superb (which is important to this hot-natured family); check-in/out was a breeze; amenities were excellent; and the location truly could not have been better! On top of all that, the hosts were very responsive all along the way, and they were so helpful in coordinating our transfers to and from the airport - it couldn't have been easier!

This was an amazing experience all around. The property is beautiful and impeccably kept. The location is excellent right on a beautiful beach. The beach is well appointed with loungers, chairs, a hammock, picnic table, lights and shade. Floating dock was a nice touch. We enjoyed the deck and outside showers more than we thought we would.
The owners have thought of every detail and then some. They have added many nice touches. They are extremely attentive and responsive.
Check in and check out were a pleasant experience. Tara met us at the dock and helped transport us and our luggage to the house and got us all settled in. She and Jodi also picked us up on the way out and took us to the dock. They helped arrange airport pick and drop off for us as well.
This was an outstanding stay. We would not change a thing. We cannot wait to stay there again as soon as we can.

Our beachfront cottage was perfect for our first stay on Spanish Wells! The cottage was well equipped with linens and cookware. We loved the concierge service provided by Jody in setting up transportation from and to the airport. Absolutely great location and amazingly beautiful view! We loved our stay!

I can't see myself risking trying out another property on the island. This place is perfect. The A/C is great, the amenities (kayaks, paddleboard, grill, golf cart, etc) are nice, the checkout is simple, the spaces are generous, and the location is as good as it gets. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience and very accommodating
Our family had a wonderful experience staying here and definitely going to book another trip in the future here. Jody and his wife were so accommodating to our needs and we couldn’t thank them enough for how much fun we had especially with our 2 young boys under 3. Transportation from the airport to the Vrbo was spot on, no waiting or issues finding our taxi or ferry. The house was clean, right on the beach, had a golf cart to get everywhere on the island, the view was perfect, and the pink sand beach you couldn’t describe how perfect it was.

Short answer: come to this island, stay here, and do business with this family.
The little bits of memory, those special moments that happened on this trip, we hope to hold onto those for a lifetime. Four our family of four, two adults and twin twelve-year-olds, this was one of our top three family vacations. The boat excursions we experienced were fantastic, but the exposure to wildlife just off the beach was incredible. Walking the sand bars off the beach in ankle deep water, or kayaking the afternoon, drifting over conch shells and starfish... We will be back, as this island and its inhabitants are special. As part of our real estate business, I spent part of my career walking into hotel rooms to assess cleanliness and the attention to detail inside and outside of this property really made my day. It was obvious to me the persons that designed, constructed, and managed this property knew what they were doing. We will be back.

Amazing time
We had a wonderful time staying in this house. The location was amazing, the hosts were incredible and helped us with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, it was paradise! We enjoyed exploring the island on the golf cart and had two great boat trips with Captain Kid and Son charters. Sunrise and sunset, walks on the beach, swimming, relaxing on the porch... it truly was the beach vacation we all hoped for!

Paradise on the beach
What a great week in Spanish Wells. The house had everything we needed, including all the beach toys and chairs. Wonderful location right in the center of North Beach. Food Fair grocery store and COVID testing a quick golf car drive away. Our hosts Tara and Jody were amazing, bringing us Valentines treats! Hope to return soon.

Beautiful Beach House
My husband and I stayed in this rental alone as our other two guests could not make the trip due to Covid. The property is beautiful and well kept. The owners provide plenty of kayaks, beach chairs, and beach equipment. They were very responsive, but we didn't want for much as all we needed was already provided!

We enjoyed a great four nights with our family of 5 including kids ages 12, 9 and 7. Lovely to be right on the beach and easy access to restaurants and grocery store! Jody and Tara were super friendly and helpful. We hope to come back soon!
