The location was perfect. Screened porch with lake view was beautiful. Enjoyed a lot of wildlife on the lake. Layout of the home was great. Very clean. Hosts responded quickly. Pool right next door was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Will definitely reserve for future stays!

The place was clean for the most part. There was some smell of pesticide spray in the in the house which was very strong so we had to air our place for a while. The fan in the upstairs bedroom was covered in dust, I had to clean it myself so I could turn it on. Other than that the place was nice and it was not a bad stay.

2nd time staying here, just as great as the first! Can’t wait to come back!

Nice location along the water. Spent our evenings and mornings watching the various birds. Even saw a pair of Bald Eagles do a fly-by! The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and well prepared. The directions to find the building were extremely detailed and lead us right to the door. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were well equipped. The kitchen was also well stocked with every tool needed for multiple meals. Communication with the owner was easy and I always received quick responses. The location was great for us. We came from Orlando and visited Clearwater and Siesta Key. All these were easy drives under 90 minutes. The drive back to Orlando International was under 90 minutes as well. We would definitely stay here again.

My son and I were so glad we found the loft and lake view for our stay. Away from the hustle of hotel crowds, easy access to the sportsplex, and enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the Loft. The lake has so many different water fowl and a bald eagle even flew overhead. Clean, quiet and restful stay. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Tom’s loft on a trip to visit our daughter who lives in the area. The place was just as it was shown in the listing. Very clean with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the screened porch both early in the morning and in the evening. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!

Had what we needed,laundry and kitchen ,nice location to freinds

Three adults from two Florida towns stayed at this condo and felt as though we were at home. We especialy enjoyed watching the inhabitants of the pond, from both the porch and the living area.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of the lake. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Was easy to get to. Alot of restaurants and stores close by.

Thomas’unit is just what we needed while in town for a family wedding. Directions to the property and unit were excellent. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Pleased to have such a nice place (Loft) to stay on a fast family trip to Florida. We will be staying again. Tampa is a great area and easy to navigate.

A convenient and quiet stay with friendly neighbourhoods.

This was a great peaceful spot. We had a concern and it was fixed immediately. Their instructions and what to know were exactly how I would of written it.

My husband and I only got to stay a couple of nights, because we travel for a funeral. But we were comfy staying there, and had nice lake right in front of the condo we stayed at. Also quiet nice neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very Nice neighbourhood. Beautiful view in the morning from the porch onto the lake with the sun rising (if you want to get up early). Would stay here again

We are adopting a newborn in the area in a few weeks and were traveling to Brandon to meet the birth mom and get a feel for the area. We were excited to find somewhere close to the hospital that was very clean and just what we need. Tom and Sandy were very nice. We hope to be able to stay there when we return for the adoption.

The place we stayed at was quite relaxing. It was right next to lake and swimming pool in this complex. Very convenient to shooing and restaurants. Reasonable priced for a nice getaway. Much more so than staying in a hotel. Thanks to Bob for allowing us to stay in his condo.

What a hidden gem! Updated and comfortable loft condo with all the amenities. Very comfortable bed and great kitchen. Very good communication with owners. Beautiful pool just outside your door along with a lake with abundant bird watching. Enjoyed the screened in lanai while sitting out watching a beautiful storm roll in.

The condo was very nice. Enjoyed sitting on the porch anytime of day. As mentioned in other reviews, great bird/nature watching. The location was quiet but still close to whatever you need. Owner was friendly and responsive. Our son lives in Tampa, great spot to stay for a visit. We plan to be back!

We loved staying at the townhome on the lake. It was like our own personal home away from home. Each morning we sat on the porch to watch the sun rise. It was quiet and relaxing. The home had everything you needed and two gracious hosts. It was especially nice to be in the center of town. Close enough to everything, yet far enough away from all the noise. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the area.

My son and I and two granddaughters came down from Michigan for the week. The girls played in the rugby tournament at theTampa Tournament Sportsplex. Had a very good stay at this property. Very clean . Even had new furniture brought in right before we arrived. All our needs were met, and the owners were very prompt to reply and take care of anything we might need or questions we might have had. Very close to anything you may need to do or get. Thank you Tom and Sandy. We will definitely look you up on our next trip to Tampa.

Wasn’t relaxing d/t notes posted in each room related to not to dos and price list of charges if done. House needed updating badly and also needed new furniture.

This condo was clean and very comfortable, and just as shown and written on their website. It was most relaxing on the screened in porch watching the ducks and white pelicans on the lake, whether with coffee I the morning or wine in the evening.

The screened-in lanai and lake view provided a great place to relax and watch birds. The neighbors are friendly and the pool area was nice. The bedrooms felt large and each had a big closet. The 2 bathrooms were nice too. The kitchen and eating area were very tight but we made it work to cook a couple easy dinners and enjoy breakfasts for the 2 weeks we were there. My husband and I stayed here and it was fine for a couple. It could work for 3 people also but I don't recommend any more than 3. The location was close to restaurants and grocery stores and in a quite apartment complex. Just a few minutes from I-75 and I-4.

The property is charming and nicely located on lake Parsons in Brandon Fl. The location is very good for Brandon destinations. It's also quiet and setback from main roads. The property has a nice pool, gym and clubhouse. I'd recommend and stay again.

Excellent choice for location, accessibility to shops and restaurants and other stores. Quiet and peaceful.

Nice relaxing home in the heart of Brandon

Was just right for our short stay. Convenient location for our visit and property was very quiet with a nice water view and of the birds that call it home.

Property manager had great communication and our stay was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, and the lake view adds to the overall nice feeling of the place.

Not at all what we expected… The location was perfect with views of the water and close to the pool. The screened porch was comfortably furnished and a great place to start and end each day. Pool noodles, board games, and an extra fan were nice touches. Parking was easy. The loft and downstairs bedroom were nicely decorated. With all of the great reviews, I really, really wanted to love this place but instead we got a moldy coffee maker (replacement provided), a random assortment of expired and already opened foods in the fridge and cupboards (host stated in a previous follow-up review that he removed these things, but he did not), shelves coated in crumbs, broken blinds, a walk-in closet door that would not open, and a substantial leak from the bedroom ceiling during a thunderstorm. As guests, we quietly managed and addressed, without complaint, each of these problems as they arose. Prior to posting this review I reached out to Tom to share our negative experiences with him in private so he was aware in case he wanted to make changes for future guests. Instead of apologizing for the uncleanliness and disrepair of the unit, he blamed us for not alerting him each time we noticed a problem. Honestly, I’m not calling someone at 10pm to come fix a broken blind when I can do it myself. I’m not calling someone to come wipe down the cupboards and dump the moldy coffee grounds when that should’ve been done prior to guest arrival. I’m not calling someone at 8:00 at night to come and put a bucket and towels on the floor to manage a leak when I can do it myself. This was supposed to be a time of peacefulness and relaxation. We paid a lot of money to be treated as if we were to blame for the way we chose to handle things that never should have happened. The host lacked empathy and told me that most of his guests have wonderful experiences as proven by his reviews. He said they just maintain the unit as best they can. Not at all what we expected.

Tom and Sandy were very easy to work with. Check in was very easy. Even when I got mixed up on the day I had to check out, Sandy was very nice and worked with me until I could get everything pulled together. Very helpful since I was working at the time.
