This condo was fantastic. Communication with the owner was quick and super helpful. The views can’t be beat. It has to have the best, unrestricted views in the whole complex. We saw dolphins from the balcony almost every morning. The area is great and the beach and pool can’t be beat. The property manager, Sam was fantastic and was so friendly and genuine. Would recommend this place to anyone. We had everything we needed for a fantastic week long vacation.

The king-sized bed detracted from the overall experience. The headboard is detached and the “linens” are old, feel cheaply made, and do not stay put. Very disappointing. Also - way too many pillows.
The kitchen was confusing in that there were perishables in the refrigerator and, the ice-maker was not engaged prior to check-in.
Finally, the closet full of beach supplies was a pleasant surprise, but the chaotic manner of its contents was a detractor.
Sam was WONDERFUL!

Everything was PERFECT! The villa, the view, the pool, the beach, communication with the owner and the property manager were all fantastic! We WILL be back but hopefully for a longer stay!

Very clean facility inside and out. Sam the facility manager was GREAT, always asking if we need anything. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

In my opinion, New Smyrna Beach is the best beach on the east coast. I love Shore Villas condominiums. I have stayed there many, many times in a span of nearly 50 years - various units. This unit was very nice, well equipped, perfectly located (second floor ocean front). Lots of little touches made for a homey feel: games, beach equipment, washer and dryer in the unit, spices, paper and cleaning products, etc. We will request this unit again!

If you are wanting a spot steps from the ocean and the beach this is it. This was our first stay in New Smyrna beach and we loved it.
The property is older and definitely needs some tlc but it’s clean and decently provisioned. A number of the cooking utensils were in rough shape. The furniture is dated and not the most comfortable. The couch is pretty worn and there’s a lot of whicker inside and out on the patio.
Beds were comfortable and bedding, towels, etc were very nice.
The appliances and washer/dryer were newer and worked well.
There were a number of beach items and the patio is wonderful. Having two sliding doors out to the patio was really nice.

This condo was great. It is right on the beach. Two big sliding glass doors for a perfect view, one is in the main living space and the other in the master bedroom. We will definitely return.

We had a great time in this rental unit. We were able to access the beach, as well sit and relax on the balcony to watch the waves and listen to them. Close to many restaurants and shops, but in a location that was very quiet and relaxing.

Really enjoyed staying at this clean, well-stocked condo. We noticed a few minor items of wear/tear (e.g, towels, faucet), but nothing that would deter us from staying again.
As of our stay in mid-Oct, there are plenty of beach chairs (5 or 6), toys, even an umbrella and coolers if you need them.
It was also nice to stay in a condo where you didn’t have to strip the beds and start the washer/dryer at checkout. Running the dishwasher and taking out the trash/recycling were it.

If you want beach front this is the condo for you. You can’t get closer to the water. We had a wonderful time and the pictures are exactly as is. We have stayed here twice and will definitely rent again.

The location is quiet and not crowded. Very clean and decorated nicely. While we did not use any, the closet had all the beach equipment you needed.
The condo even had a hose to wash the salt air residue from our car and an ice machine available.
Sam (Property Mgr) is available & very cooperative....

What can I say that hasn’t been said about this place. No disappointments in any respect. If you go to NSB this is the place to stay. FYI, plenty of good beach chairs and accessories. Would recommend buying one of those tents (we did) for the afternoon sun. Thanks again.

Overall very good. Exceptional balcony oceanfront with lovely furniture. Both showers in baths worked well. Kitchen was new and well stocked with dishes, baking stuff, etc.
Living area was comfortable,and TV was very good. Washer Dryer worked well.
There were a few things to note which gave it a 4 star rating. Broken lamp on right side of bed. Broken lamp in living area. The first night there were a dozen palmetto bugs on kitchen counters. The property manager was notified, and he sprayed and called in Massy Pest control who came within 2 days. The fact that no umbrellas were allowed in pool area would make us think twice about renting in the future. Although, beach access was convenient to our door. .

This property was exactly as advertised.
The location was great - close enough to plenty of restaurants and shopping areas, but far enough from the crowded areas to have a more relaxed beach experience.
The beach was perfect for everyone, but especially our daughter. At low tide there was a big Beachy area, and shallow spots for skim boarding. At high tide the water got gradually deeper and gave us a lot of water to play in!
The pool was perfect for the times we got tired of being in the waves.
The view from this particular unit was perfect! We will likely come back in the future.

Everything about this condo was wonderful! Location, comfort, view, everything you would need for a relaxing vacation! So much to do in the area, we did a day trip to Kennedy Space center, A day at Disney, Dolphin cruise, and especially enjoyed the morning sunrise and spending the day on the beach. Sam the manager was there for any questions, as well as Ted responds quickly for any needs. We enjoyed many restaurants in the area as well. We hope to come back again soon!! Thanks Ted for sharing your beautiful condo with others!

When the tide was in and we were sitting on the deck, I could imagine I was sitting on the bow of a cruise ship. We have stayed at many different condos at New Smyrna Beach and this was certainly one of the best.

This condo is great for enjoying oceanfront views, super easy beach access, and comfortable amenities. The condo had everything a family of five needs to have a great beach vacation, including beach chairs and toys. Nice kitchen, comfortable living room, quiet building and an outdoor pool. No complaints! Location and ease of parking is fantastic.

This property is on the quieter end of NSB without cars on the beach. Condo is steps away from the beach and you wake feeling like you have a cruise ship view
Property was clean, updated and stocked with everything you could need. Lots of beach chairs, toys and umbrella too.
Check in was easy and properly managed is around to help if needed. Highly recommend.

We booked this condo for our son and his family of four and they loved it. It's on the no-drive beach and the location can't be beat! The beach is so close and the view so fabulous that when you on the balcony it is almost like you are down on the beach. The condo was clean, well supplied and beautifully decorated, including new bed linens! Our family especially was glad to have the washer and dryer in the unit. And Ted was very responsive and helpful. We have already booked it again for spring break next year!

The condo was just like it was advertised. It was very clean and neat and spacious and comfortable. This was our first time using VRBO and Ted made it so easy. The view was breathtaking. You really couldn't be any closer to the ocean, which is exactly what we wanted. The balcony was very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. The beach in front of us was not crowded and neither was the pool. Very quiet condo, almost felt like we were the only people there. We were even able to see the nighttime crew six rocket launch. That was a once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this condo!!!

Always. We love this condo and Ted is a great host. Have been here several times in the past and hope to be here again. The condo is well outfitted and comfortable and clean. Shower is great and the master bed is really comfortable (just the 2 of us so didn’t try other beds). Love being able to see down and up the beach from the beautiful balcony. It is truly a perfect location. Some good restaurants near by. We are very fond of the Bakers Table and found several great spots for breakfast or lunch. New Smyrna is a delight . The town is repairing storm damage and it hurt our hearts to know how badly some places were hurt. But they are putting things back together and the casual visitor might not even notice. Kudos to all.

This is a nice little condo with a great oceanfront location. We sat on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning, walked down the stairs to spend time on an amazing beach. Sunbathing, body boarding and shell searching. New Myrna was a wonderful town with a lot of small local shops. The condo pool is a little small, but it was never crowded and has a nice deep end. Water was not cold. You will enjoy this gem in a premium location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was clean and exactly as the listing described. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was also in a very convenient location.
Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again next time we are in the NSB area.

This was by far the best VRBO rental we have stayed in. The condo was right on the beach, and our balcony looked right out onto the water. The location was perfect, condo furnished with all you need, and it was so comfortable and stress free. The owners are wonderful people and are very attentive to their renters. We will absolutely stay here again. Hopefully this coming summer. Thanks for the memories!!
