We had a great stay. My husband and our adult children with our dogs. We enjoyed the use of the canoes and kayaks. The hot tub was great. The lake house was very roomy and had everything we needed. Not too far from a grocery. My husband loved fishing off the deck in the back.

The cabin was nice. Location on the lake was beautiful. The large enclosed back deck with a view of the lake was great. We could contact the property owner before renting it. But once there, we had questions about the upstairs TV and something else. But she never responded. Disappointed in lack of communication. But lovely cabin, which can truly house 10 adults. Or 8 and 2 kids.

The property was beautiful, right on Lake Hamilton. Neighbors were close on one side and they were nice. No complaints from either side. Back porch with screened windows was nice and roomy. It was a great place for morning prayers and meditation. The 4 rooms were nice and roomy. All bedrooms had some form if fan, either box or oscillator, which made us all happy being we all usually sleep with fans at our own homes. They were dusty though. My daughter cleaned the box fan in her room. Kitchen had a lot of pots, nice coffee maker. But the pots hanging above the island were very dusty. But no problem. We just quickly rinsed them. There was even plenty Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent.. We found a lot of lids for bowls but no bowls to use with them. Also a lid for a pitcher but no pitcher. We had a little problem with the refrigerator , and had to call (Anne, the owner) but we reset it . it was digital and needed resetting. After our outing on Friday we returned to the AC not running. I texted Annie again and did not get a reply. We turned the AC off for about 35 minutes, then turned it back on. I noticed it was WiFi controlled. (Hmmm?). We got our workout with the stairs outside and inside ( especially the 3 of us that used the bedrooms upstairs.). So if u have problems with stairs, this is not the place for you. The Hot tub was a big hit. It helped our soreness from walking at the destinations we went to and the stair climbing. We were 7 Ladies . 4 over the age of 55 and 3 under age 40. Hot springs is a gorgeous place to visit, I will plan another getaway, but next time it will be single story. This 61 year old arthritic lady hurts. Thank you Anne for renting this gorgeous home.

We are so happy we chose to stay here. The view from the backyard is absolutely beautiful and the house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. We were sad to leave, and would definitely stay here again!

Offered everything we needed and more. We all had a wonderful time with lots to do. Would do it again. Does Annie have other properties!?!?

We had such a great time staying at this lake/river house! We loved having a dock right in the backyard and canoes and kayaks to adventure with. The water was absolutely beautiful! We also loved being able to relax in the hot tub after a day of playing in the water. The house itself was clean and spacious. It seems bigger in person than it does in the pictures. 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bathroom, one large one with a washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having a big kitchen to cook and hang out in. We will definitely book this house again if we return to hot springs! Anne was a great host and responded quickly when we had a question. No complaints!

We enjoyed the beautiful relaxing Ouachita River. The family had a wonderful time playing in the river with kayaking and fishing.The home was family friendly and even out pets enjoyed it.

The process was very easy.

Great place to stay on the lake. Had a great time fishing and canoeing and lounging in the hot tub. Good location to enjoy days at the cabin while still not far from Hot Springs and the surrounding attractions

Our family of 5 (adults) enjoyed our time at this property. Everyone had their own room, and the kitchen, living and dining areas accommodated us all well. We had been expecting to use the canoes/kayaks, but the water level was quite low, and the weather was pretty cold during our stay, so unfortunately, that was not part of our trip. We did have to drive into town each day for our activities or shopping, but the drive was scenic, so not a big deterrent. Overall, a nice place to stay if you are coming to the Hot Springs area.

We stayed 6 nights over Christmas. There were 8 of us: four kids ages 7-11 and 4 adults. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen. We also got a lot of use out of the hot tub and fire pit. There were lots of fun things to do in Hot Springs. If you have kids, or you feel like a kid sometimes, the Mid America Science Museum is a “must go!” Annie, the host, was warm, gracious, and happy to help with anything if we needed.

My family of 7 adults and young children stayed at this property and it was fabulous for all! Lots of space, things to do, and close to Hot Springs. We will definitely be back!

This was a great place to spend our vacation. The property is much larger than it looks in the photos. Great location for hiking or just sitting around and watching the boats go down the river. The house is well maintained and contains everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful girls trip! Annie was very accommodating and helpful, and the house was fabulous! Our favorite part was definitely the hot tub! Already planning to stay here again in December!! Thanks!

My husband & I had a wonderful time in Hot Springs. The house was beautiful. We were able to use the canoe and go fishing which we enjoyed very much. Annie thank you for being a gracious host!

Great getaway

We loved being right on the lake and using the canoe and kayaks. We were also just a short drive to Hot Springs National Park. The property was clean and well taken care of. The property manager was easy to communicate with, and the stay was lovely.

Well the owner came over and charged us for or dogs plus our niece for staying when we book we payed fee a pets fee when booking and nowhere did it ask how many or state a max amount of pets never asked how yet she charged us anyways after I explained that to her and one of the dogs is a service dog and number of ppl shown for occupants was 8 we booked for 5 adults and 1 child my niece decided to come and she charged us extra for her when that only makes 6 adults. Seemed un fair and she stressed the booking company would charge us extra fee so be better to just pay her under the table and she wouldn't give me a receipt for it either. The house smelt like mold thru out the entire house messed with all our allergies we all had to take benadryl. There was no light in my mother in laws room the entire stay. The back yard, deck, and hot tub was where we spent our time. We will never stay here again EVER

The location is great. So close to Hot Springs and several lakes and hikes.

The location is perfect - relaxing and roomy - wonderful view on the water, and also convenient to the city for all other sites to see! Owner was so nice and helpful, and the property was super clean and spacious. We will definitely be back!

Excellent place to rest. House is great and host is very pleasant and helpful. I would be even more pleased if there was less traffic of high speed boats on the channel next to the house and if grill was gas, not charcoal type. Even so we had a great time. I'm glad we were there and had such a good time.

Property was perfect for our family. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise on the water...watching my son fish from the dock...listening to my adult kids laugh as they kayaked...playing games together (property has sooo many board games to play) at night...priceless memories. Had great visit with Property owner Annie during stay. Close enough to town but far enough for peaceful enjoyment! Thank you for allowing us to stay! Would do it again in a heartbeat!

This house was perfect for our needs! We needed enough space to park our 22' Malibu boat and an additional car, getting the boat in and out of the property was a breeze. We had 5 adults and a 2 year old, and the house was plenty roomy and the kitchen had lots of space to have more than one cook in it. We also enjoyed the kayaks and canoe- would highly recommend!

Beautiful lake view. Kids had fun fishing from the dock. House had plenty of room for our family of 4 adults and 4 young kids. The owner was wonderful! House was clean and comfortable. We will definitely book again!

We enjoyed the peacefulness of the lake and the hot tub.

Visited this property for a long weekend and it was great. It’s well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Loved using the hot tub in the evening to wind down along the river. Annie was very friendly and was available should we have needed anything. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
