Overall the stay was great, however there was still laundry that was folded and put away, laundry in the washer that was wet and a load in the dryer, not a huge deal, but a little of a pain. We also didn’t have enough wash rags for bathing, but plenty of towels. It was great having the daily passes for the water park, our kiddos loved it. We would book with individual again but hope the laundry is taken care of.

We stayed here for a long weekend to get together with college friends we hadn't seen in a while! It fit us all so well, the space was very clean and matched the listing. It was so close to Arnold's Park, which made the stay perfect. And the pool in the backyard was a great addition!

A great home. Well maintained with tons of extras. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The beds were so comfortable! Plenty of room for a large family. Highly recommend if you are planning to be in the area!

This house was great! Plenty of room for our family and close to all the amenities of Bridges Bay. Other members of the family had also rented in the neighborhood and it was convenient to have everyone within walking distance. The units were all well furnished and comfortable.

Definitely recommend this condo! Only downfall that we found was there was no patio covering, so there was no shade until late evening. Otherwise everything was great!

We love the bridges bay rentals and like to switch up our properties to find more suitable ones for our family. This one hit the nail on the head! With an infant and 2 toddlers, I’m always on the lookout for breakable decor or unstable furniture, etc… this was perfect! Beautifully minimal with such items, spacious yet cozy, and really clean! The location was ideal and we hope to be back to this exact property.

Size was good for our family. Unfortunately the microwave didn't work and when we tried to flip the breaker to get it to work the hot water heater quit working. The owner followed up with us the next day but it was too late in our stay when it happened and we didn't have hot water or a microwave the night before or morning before we left.

Overall Property was good! It was only 52 degrees in the house when we arrived!!! Brrr!! We questioned if sheets in master bedroom were clean? And towels hanging on towel bar were questionable if they were clean?? Also upstairs bedrooms did not have top sheets on the beds! All towels were in downstairs bathroom other than the 2 hanging on towel bar. The cabin is very nice!! Our stay was for a sister’s getaway weekend… there were 6 of us!! We did have a fun time together!

This was a great hub for us for my niece's wedding. Family from 3 states gathered here and it was just perfect. First night, it had been a long day traveling for all, it was late when all arrived and there were 2 SUVs full of wedding paraphernalia. It was great to be able to pull both SUVs in the garage, grab some clothes out and have nothing else to worry about. Leaving us time to chat, and the bride reassured everything was secure. Next day all that stuff was delivered to the venue. Simple. Btw, the garage is huge, my crew cab SB pickup was in there the rest of the time. I wish my garage at home was that long! Some less mobile family members stopped by during some down time and commented that they wished they'd have rented the cabin and we're very impressed with the first floor master. In and out was easier/closer than just getting to the elevator at their hotel. The nice comfortable living room and dining furniture were great entertaining spaces and memory table staging area as well as just nice places to crash during scheduled down time. Wished we would've had time to take advantage of more of the amenities. The fishing pond looked fun, the flower girl was too busy to get to the water park and the fire pit and new grill looked great too, we were just so busy. The different rooms and areas were wonderful allowing 1 member of our group to work remotely a half day and another to call in for a couple of Zoom meetings without feeling like they were the entertainment at center stage. Everything worked as it should and everything we needed was there. The only thing I wished I had brought was my favorite paring knife; but, that was more about my preference than the cabin. Will rent again if we are in the area!

We had a very good time - 6 adults & lots of room for us. no steak knifes, it took 3 guys about 1 hr to clean the grill & missing some bolts on the grill (needs to be check outed) We all would stay again.

Great place for a group even though we only had 3 due to changes in schedules. In fo a regatta and great to have a place to keep stow gear that we did not need on site. Plus have all the household amenities mad it very comfortable and convenient If back in the area we will be looking to this property

The pool was shut down & had been shut down for 4 weeks and we didn't find out until we got there. The pool in the backyard was the sole purpose of booking this property. Disappointed it wasnt open but more disappointed that someone couldn't notify us before getting there. The master bath shower curtain had mold on it. We liked the property & location.

Great vacation cabin/home with plenty of space, large garage and close proximity to all the Okoboji attractions, the water parks, lake/beach and events.

Condo was great but I did pay more money because I thought we could use the water park and the backyard pool. None of these pools are open due to staff shortage and state closure. My kids were very upset!

We have stayed at several Bridges Bay properties and this was definitely the largest unit. Great for multiple families and large groups. Owner was incredibly responsive to communication which was very appreciated. Would recommend and rebook this property.

3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms made for a great stay for a large group. 2 car garage was convenient as we stayed during cold winter temperatures. Everything we needed was in this cabin. This was much cheaper than renting a condo at the water park as well. Another group rented a 3 bedroom condo for 1 night and paid just as much as we did for 2 nights (and we had a cleaning fee included).

The cabin was beautiful and very clean it accommodated our group well. I did reach out to Tyson who tried to accommodate us. We were unable to get the upstairs tv to work and his pot holders had disappeared which was a shame for him, but over all we'd love to stay again!!!!!

Two families stayed in the condo comfortably (3 adults, 6 kids). Enjoyed the water park however we drove since it was a snowstorm in January (about 6 blocks). Very clean and nice. Property manager was very helpful and responsive! We look forward to coming back in the summer! Highly recommend!

Spacious and well kept property. Only complaint was that their were piles of used sheets on master BR bed, wet sheets in dryer and other sheets and towels in dryer. Appeared maid service was in hurry to be somewhere else. Found some dirty plates in cupboard and only 2 coffee cups in whole unit that sleeps ten. Great unit just appears to have been a breakdown in the cleanup between rentals.
