Our family enjoyed another week at this magnificent home on Lake Tahoe at Chinquapin. The home, location, amenities, and marvelous host has been our family's favorite for the past five summers! The place is lovely with the best deck and fantastic view. Nicely appointed, we did not need anything. Terrific location in Chinquapin, private beaches, walking paths, pool, very uncrowded. We brought a boat and rented a mooring from the property management company. Marion was also great and responsive. We would love to come back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lake Tahoe. The location of the condo is excellent and an easy drive to almost everything. Coming from Texas, we are not used to a place with no air-conditioning so we kept the windows open during the day and evening. Downstairs was always comfortable and cool for sleeping. Overall, excellent stay!

Beautiful home with view of Tahoe from multiple rooms and decks . Wonderful setting with fabulous amenities such as walking paths, pickleball, tennis, dock ,and pool Close access to dining. I enjoyed biking to the bike trails. A wonderful property for a family or close friends.

The. Views. We had an amazing one week stay, and loved every part of the accomodations. Marion is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The place is super clean, the beds are comfortable, and by far my favorite was the patio furniture. :) No better place to relax than on any of the balcony/patios. The complex is quiet, the staff there is friendly. It was very quiet, but within 5- 10 mins of anything you want to do in North Lake Tahoe. We loved our stay!

Spectacular views (especially at sunset), gorgeous complex with activities for every age, and a perfect location to enjoy all that Lake Tahoe area has to offer! The living room was very cozy and the kids loved the bean bag chair. The beds were all very comfortable and the kids slept well. The blinds were not so dark so in the morning it was bright- not an issue for us. The kitchen was easy to use and we cooked almost every meal at home and used the bbq. Easy walk down to the piers and little beach. Great location for traveling around Tahoe. We enjoyed ourselves.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place was great for our family to get together. The views from the deck are amazing. The layout with the family room and dining room provided great places to eat, watch movies and play games. This place was exactly as advertised and delivered exactly what we were looking for. Lovely, comfortable and clean home with amazing views from each floor! Easily accommodated my family of five. Plenty of open space on the first floor to hang out with family. Great size bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. Marion responded quickly to any questions I had. There won’t be any regrets choosing this home.

The condo was perfect for our sister trip. The views of Lake Tahoe are stunning from every level of the property. Marion responds to messages quickly. Directions were easy to follow. This was our first trip to Lake Tahoe, and I hope it is not our last. We loved every minute of our stay here. The property is convenient to the highways, and quick trips to neighboring areas are very easy from the location.

This is certainly a five-star vacation property. It sparkles, is well appointed, and is very comfortable. It is a great spot for families. The photos on VRBO of the view from the deck over Lake Tahoe don't do the real view justice! Marion is very helpful and easy to work with. This is a top spot!!

Awesome location with beautiful views throughout the home. House was clean and comfortable with everything you need for great family stay. Lots of stairs (tri-level) so just be prepared. Best bed is the queen on 2nd floor (Mstr bdrm)wish it was a king like bottom floor. Others we pretty comfy but may need upgrade soon. Overall…loved the unit and had a great time. Owner very responsive.

A slice of Tahoe heaven
Hi Marion, thanks to you and your husband for opening your beautiful Tahoe lake home to us. We had an amazing time and plan to book again next year! The view was breathtaking, house was well furnished and maintained and made for a very comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and had equally gorgeous views! We love the HOA facility, everyone was accommodating and so friendly. Thanks for putting me in touch with the HOA manager, he is a awesome and made things so easy for renting the buoy for our boat. He treated us like VIP’s. We hated leaving and look forward to our next trip, Tahoe is going to be a yearly trip for us from now on!

Incredible location and townhouse
I can't say enough about this townhouse. I enjoyed waking up to the sunrise each morning and the lake view is incredible. The house has a wonderful layout with plenty of room. The neighborhood was very quite too during our May visit. The house was equipped with everything we needed.
If traveling to Lake Tahoe again this would definitely be my first choice for accomocation.

Tahoe Ski trip
The house location was great with fantastic views and easy access to area activities. The only negative was there was very limited usable closet spaces since they were holding mattresses and outdoor cushions etc. All and all we would stay there again

A+ House For Family Winter Ski Trip; Close To Homewood, Palisades; Fantastic Host
If I could give this property 6 stars, I would. It was the perfect house for our family ski week. We had a blast at the house. The master bedroom and second bedroom are perfect for couples. The third room had three beds and was perfect the solo folks on our trip. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts and dinners (my mother does the cooking and loved it). The balconies and views were to die for. The sunrise and sunset were like nothing any of us had seen before. The location was perfect, too. It took 15 minutes to get to Palisades and 20 minutes to get to Homewood. You're about 5 minutes from Tahoe City (several great restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc.). The hosts were fantastic, too. We had a couple questions on the day we arrived, and they were extremely helpful. Like I said, A+ rental. We will be back!

Christmas Ski Trip
Views all day long! We would love to come back every year to this lovely condo. Skied Palisades and Northstar during the week. Cozied up with puzzles, games and fireplace every evening. Appreciated the accommodations...3 bed/3 bath!
