We were able to spend our summer vacation in this beautiful house. The surroundings are fantastically quiet. You can quickly get to one of the wonderful beaches and shopping opportunities. We really liked the house with the beautiful pool and the very spacious rooms and it left nothing to be desired.The owner was always available with advice and assistance - Thank you- . We would spend our vacation here again and again.

From start to finish our experience with the house and Yuri was fantastic. My husband and I found the house by chance and it ended up being a perfect fit for us and our 3 teens. I’d rate communication with Yuri a 10/10. We had one slight hiccup which was 100% out of his hands but we couldn’t believe how accommodating he was throughout it. We have already started looking at dates to return. The pool was perfect for our teens to enjoy whenever they wanted. And the backyard is very secluded and private and really reminds you of a tropical oasis. There was plenty of umbrellas, chairs, pool, and beach supplies as well. We couldn’t have had a better week. And the pictures do NOT do the inside of the house justice! This vacation home was top 2 in all of the vacations our family has taken. Thanks for everything, Yuri & Family!

We have stayed in Jurij's house for a number of years now. It is in a great location with lots of restaurants, shopping, and a Publix nearby. We are in downtown Sarasota 3 or 4 times each week. It takes only 20 minutes to get from the home to downtown. Jurij is always available if there are any questions. The home is very comfortable and it has a great outdoor space with a covered lanai and a heated swimming pool. I highly recommend Jurij and his home for anyone who wishes to have a great Sarasota experience.

We visit Florida regularly to see family who live in Sarasota. Everything was wonderful for our family vacation. The home is lovely and very clean. We had everything we needed for a “home away from home” vacation. We all enjoyed the pool and lanai daily. Very close to everything. The gulf gate community has lots of fun things right in the neighborhood including restaurants and shops. Will definitely rent again next time.

The house met our vacation needs and appears to be in a quiet neighborhood which we liked. Also, location is convenient for shopping, the beach and activities.

We stayed for a week and could not have been happier. The master bedroom suite was quite large and very comfortable. The pool was a lovely treat to cool off in. Kitchen was well stocked with all supplies, and lots of pool & beach gear. Everything very clean and welcoming. Communication with host was excellent.

Family and friends from east coast FL met us in Sarasota where we have friends. The property location was perfect for Siesta Beach days, Turtle Beach sunsets, Dolphin boat cruise, and many other activities. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The house becomes your home with it's beautigul lanai and pool area perfect for family fun and relaxation! Nicely stock kitchen and a full sized washer and dryer in the utility room. Thank you Jurij for this oasis! We'll be back!

This house was very clean which was important to us. Great location to Siesta Key Beach and downtown Sarasota and very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The home was as described in the listing, plenty of room and the pool was so nice and warm during our stay at the end of March. Several pool toys, coolers, umbrellas and beach chairs plus a propane grill available to use. Beach chairs may need to be updated, however, they are usable. Communication with the owner was always fast and easy. As a family of 4, we would definitely consider renting this home again!

This was an outstanding place to stay. Very spacious and clean, had everything we needed. Felt very welcoming and relaxing the moment we walked in the door; appreciated the little extra touches like the towel creations on each bed. The host was great, communicated well. This was a perfect place for our family; we were there with our daughter and 2 year old grandson, as well as 77 year old. Good for all ages. Thank you for a great stay.

We have rented this property for a number of years. This house is in a great location, close to Siesta Key, a local shopping center, and only 20 minutes to downtown Sarasota. Jurij is a wonderful host and very responsive if anything is needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Seagate House was exactly as described in the listing and well maintained. Spacious, great location for neighbourhood walks, walk to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed bbq on the private patio and swimming in the pool almost every day. Jurij was quick to respond when we contacted him and provided regular updates for our scheduled arrival just after Hurricane Ian and ensured that everything was ready for us including a speedy cleanup of a downed tree on the front lawn. We can’t wait to return.

My wife , sister and I traveled to Sarasota to visit my youngest son who is in nursing school . This property was perfect for our needs and will be booked again for graduation when we bring our other son and his fiancé along.
Plenty of room and well maintained only issue is a large step out of the pool with no hand rail but that wasn't much of an issue for anyone but me age 65 other wise this property is perfect

Second stay here for us. Whether coffee on the lanai or a swim in the pool, this gem makes for a great vacation! The house has a great location close to Siesta Beach, restaurants, shopping and activities.

Quiet and comfortable
This house was perfect! Couldn’t keep my boys out of the pool! Probably a 4 minute drive to the island which was even shorter than I thought. Couldn’t have asked for a cleaner home. Master bedroom was amazing. Kids slept on the couches all week to be closer to our bedroom but mostly for the tv.
Tv only in master and living room, which I knew but always nice to have tvs in all rooms. Nice neighborhood around the block from grocery and many restaurants!! Loved this place! 5 stars!!!!!!

The home was as described in a great location with close proximity to the beach and shopping. The pool and patio were perfect for cooling off and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Place To Stay
Close to beaches, publix, and restaurant. Family of 6 stayed and there was plenty of room to spread out. Pool was nice to relax and enjoy some drinks by on the lanai.
Master bedroom mattress was very nice. The other beds were a mix of ok (queen) to uncomfortable (twin beds). But there was a sofa couch that was ok as well.
Check in/out was super simple.
Overall would definitely recommend to anyone that has a larger group looking for a place to stay and plan on having a rental car to get around.

Beautiful Home
We enjoyed our stay from day 1. The house had all the comforts of home. The house was immaculately clean. Dealing with the owner was awesome. I would recommend anyone to rent this home. We will the next time we come back to Florida!

Very good house with great location
I have nothing bad to say about the house and the host. It has a big heated pool, is very close to beach, and a nice and private lanai you can enjoy. The house is clean and has new widows and doors. Above all, the host is great and very responsive, and tried very hard to make sure our stay were comfortable.

We had a great stay!
Spent majority of our time at a beach during the day and had everything we needed of beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler with with wheels. Lots of kids toys and pool toys also.
Pool was great we took advantage of that every night we came back from beach before dinner!
House has a lot of room and beds were very comfortable.
Few things that could be improved would be updated beach chairs that lean back and you can carry like a backpack and there were 2 umbrellas in which one was broken and the other did not stay up so update also.
Otherwise fantastic stay!!

Great location and amenities
From morning coffee on the covered lanai to evening swims in the pool, the house had all the amenities for a stress free getaway. The property is well maintained and the house was clean and organized. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping, the location was also very convenient.

The house and manager couldnt have been a better fit for our family! The pool was fun, spacious house stocked and loaded with all the utensils gadgets and accesories we needed for each day!

Perfect house in a great location!
10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach and the home has all the beach stuff ready to go! We also enjoyed using the pool. For our family of 4, plus my parents, it was the perfect set-up and Jurij was a pleasure to communicate with. Book it!

Great place for a family
This was our first VRBO and it was fantastic. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood close the shopping and Siesta Key Beach. It was very clean and fully stocked with all we needed for our weeklong stay-pots and pans, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, and all we needed to go to the beach. The washer and dryer was large capacity and a nice convenience. The beds were very comfortable. The mature foliage around the house is very well cared for and adds privacy. The pool was perfect for our family with three teenagers! It was so nice to eat outside in the lanai with a ceiling fan. We would stay here again. 5 stars from our family!
