Very well-maintained home away from home! On the golf course with an excellent view in the approach shot and green. Beach is 5 minutes away.

The location of this property is perfect. No noise from pets or traffic; just silence. My teenage daughter and I had a lovely time and may be making it an annual trip!

We absolutely loved our time here! Sheryl was very sweet and responsive and the unit was perfect. Very clean, well-kept, and quiet! It was great being on the third floor with easy elevator access and views of the golf course from the patio. We would love to stay here again for a longer visit next time!

An outstanding location in Sunset Beach, close to the beach and the amenities. The property has everything visitors need and more. Hosts were responsive to our questions. People in the community are awesome as well, as my husband dropped his wallet in the parking lot, and a resident found it and went through a huge effort to find us and return it.

Fabulous place and looks just like the photos. This place was excellent for 4 girlfriends to chill. The condo is a very short walk to the new convention center and a short drive to great boutique shopping and restaurants in Calabash,OIB and Sunset. The owner was thorough and quick in her communications. Definitely must save this one in my VRBO favorites.

Fabulous!! Everything was just perfect, although we did have a low pressure hanging out on the coast…even so, still the best beaches ever! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us, it was cozy, comfortable, very clean and so convenient, a short distance to the beach, shopping and Oyster Rock, a fav for us! Communication with Pam was the best, was a little concerned about the weather the day before check in, she answered my questions and gave me the reassurance that I needed to hear! This was a perfect place for my family(husband and me and our two sons, 12 & 15). Very spacious and clean and the owners were super responsive. Loved that the beach was just a 5 minute drive away. We also took day trips to Myrtle Beach and Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach. Really great week- would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area.

This property is very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing stress-free vacation. We have stayed at Sea Trail before, and this condo is one of the nicest we have stayed in. I would definitely rent again.

We had a great visit to Sunset Beach staying at this condo. The pictures don't do it justice, everything was spotless and welcoming. The second suite is huge with two beds, it's own bathroom and kitchenette and a separate exterior door. Porch was screened in which is great for bugs, and it's a short 5 minute drive to the beach. Even on the sunniest weekend day, the beach was busy but not packed which was great. Parking is limited at the beach, but you can also use the $10/day lot and come and go for the day which was a good option. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping and activities close by. We did a day trip to Myrtle Beach and it was only about a 50 minute drive. The only thing that was a little disappointing for the kids was the pool. It's definitely small and the deep end is only 6 feet deep. Great for a quick dip, but getting access to the bigger pool would be good if you're going to spend a lot of time swimming. Hosts were super responsive, and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and any dishes you need to cook meals there. Plenty of sheets, blankets and towels also. Overall, an amazing experience and we'll definitely be back!

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary, we loved the beach we loved our condo, the weather was just perfect. We could not have asked for anything better. We will definitely revisit.

Absolutely loved this condo! We would definitely stay again. The pictures do not do it justice. It was perfect, so clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets and plenty of towels, so relaxing on the balcony overlooking the golf course. It really felt like home! The hosts were wonderful and so quick to respond! I can’t say enough good things about our stay.

Had most everything you would need. Very clean and well furnished. We had an issue that required a response and we got it addressed within minutes. Could not ask for more!

The owners have given this place the best name “Home Away”! Every bit of our vacation felt as if we were still at home … just a better scenery and atmosphere. Being able to maintain a normal schedule and easy drive to the beach and close enough to shopping needs and wants! Condo was spectacular!!! We had a blast!

This condo was everything we could have wished for…clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were even board games and cards for evening entertainment. Sheryl and Carl checked in on us after our arrival to make sure all was to our liking and they were very quick to respond to any questions. The beach is only a few minutes away and Food Lion about 1/2 mile up the road. This was our second time staying at Sea Trail but won’t be our last. Sunset Beach is so charming and nearby Calabash is a must if you like seafood. We always enjoy our stay in Sunset Beach.

The cleanliness of the property was not satisfactory to me. We had a one year old crawler and after he had crawled on the floor (carpet) his hands, knees and tops of his feet were black. There always also black mold in many places of a dish drainer in the sink. I would not use it until I cleaned it with Clorox clean up. The same thing in every drain of every sink in the unit. Everything else was very satisfactory. Just 5 minutes to beach and less than that to local grocery. Kitchen very well stocked with anything you need to cook a meal.

This property is perfect from the decor, to the location, to the interaction with the property representative. My family loved it (well except for the MIL who left mid trip) it is such a great overall place even her drama couldn't ruin the trip. A+++

I've stayed at several places in Sunset Beach and this was, by far, the nicest! Very clean and spacious. The owners of the property were very friendly and very easy to communicate with. They responded very quickly to any messages. This condo was the perfect place for my family and made our trip an enjoyment! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic weekend at the Sea Trail condo. It was really 2 units in one. The main unit had a comfortable living room and great view of the golf course. The second unit attached was a mini suite. It worked out very well. The kiddie pool is where we spent much of the weekend with our granddaughter. It was also very well kept. My son and I golfed the Jones course one morning. Staff was great and course well maintained. Our golf was another story. We will be back! Thank you.

everything was exactly what we expected

The condo was lovely with all the amenities anticipated. The golf course view from the balcony was beautiful and peaceful. It was great to have a pool within walking distance and it was never overcrowded. It was certainly all we hoped for.

I was very satisfied with the property. Everything was exactly as it was listed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway close to the beach and in a very well kept golf resort.

Hands down, this is now our favorite place to getaway to the beach! The quiet setting of this golf-course property that is just a short drive to public beach access was absolutely ideal! The kids LOVED having their own 'mini' suite to the themselves and everything from the beds to the showers was restful and refreshing! Easy access to local shops and great food alongside all we needed to prepare our own meals made this our new go-to beach destination. So grateful to have this establishment available to us! We look forward to a return visit just as soon as humanly possible.
