This is such a gem. The home is located 5 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park and 10 minutes from town where there is a market as well as a pizza and great Mexican food restaurant. The host was A+++ throughout our stay. And nothing beats the sound of the river and scenic sights from the rear patio deck. This is most definitely a 5-star location!

Great house right on the river!

We had a great time in Three Rivers. The proximity to town and the location on the river were great. Also loved the games in the garage.

This home is in a wonderful location just minutes from the entrance of Sequoia National Park and it was a bonus to be situated right on the river. My 11-year-old son loved the ping-pong table and the bunk beds. My 16-year-old daughter loved that the place had Wi-Fi and a big screen TV. It was nice having a full-kitchen to prepare meals. The host communicated with me several times before and during our stay and provided a plethora of recommendations and links to make our stay enjoyable. We had a lovely vacation and would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Very well kept place with great attention to little details. The property is well maintained and we had a great stay. It was amazing experience to wake up to the sound of the river.

Perfect size for two couples.

Beautiful, clean, spacious home, one mile from the park gate. Great beds and kitchen, lots to do at the house in poor weather. River lulls you to sleep at night. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy it during the day if you're on the property. Host has great local info including park tours, lake info, and best restaurants.

Place was great! Loved listening to the river from the porch in the evening after touring Sequoia National Park. Srey provided lots of great info about the area and the property and was very responsive to all my questions. Home was comfy, clean, and inviting! Would definitely recommend!

Spent a wonderful week at the Kaweah River House! We chose this property based on it's proximity to Sequoia National Park, and we were not disappointed. Although most of our time was spent hiking, it was great to have this property to come back to as our "home base". The pictures really do not do it justice. Excellent communication from the property owner whenever we reached out. There was an issue with the water pump, and not only did Srey answer my text in less than 5 minutes, someone was at the house 15 minutes later to work on it. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware/utensils, beds we comfortable, and there were plenty of fluffy towels to use. Definitely start your morning off with coffee on the back deck, and enjoy the absolutely adorable family of quails that live in the rosemary bush and run around in the backyard at dawn and dusk. Great stay!

Hello Srey, We would like to thank you for all your communication and prior arrival info. The stay at your property was Amazing after several days of scenic travel within Sequoia we retreated back to this wonderful home. The river view from the patio deck is unbelievable, calming, and soothing. The home is very clean and stocked with all needed kitchen supplies. Srey advised we stop and shop appropriately about 30 minutes before due to limited grocery stores and product availability byvthe home. (GREAT ADVICE). We bought a large bin for storage & went grocery shopping prior to our arrival. The home has wifi and a landline phone (bonus) due to very limited service out in the area. Amenities at the home were 100% functional from arcade games in gameroom to streaming live TV or movies in the open space living room overlooking the river and landscape. We truly enjoyed the property and its surroundings. The entrance to Sequoia is literally a 3 min drive and the home is located in a very safe private area. We will definitely stay at this location for any future travels to 3 rivers. Thank you Srey, the Figueroa's.

The communication in advance was outstanding. Accommodations top notch. Entrance to NPS was just a few miles down the road. It is still a drive from entrance into the heart of the park but Three Rivers was so easy, especially being so close and getting up early to avoid lines at entrance. We used the ping pong table in the evening and loved the view!

It is a great house in a great location with awesome views. We loved how close it was to the park entrance. The local stores are a little expensive but that is to be expected and they had everything we needed when shopping. We enjoyed the ice cream by the candle store also. Overall a great stay.

Perfect for friends gathering. Just note river is intense and there isn’t a swimming hole on site. Didn’t stop them from Having the best time and ready to book next year!

Excellent vacation rental with something for adults and kids. The deck is amazing, overlooking the river and has great sunsets, also no neighbors across the river so it’s super private. Garage had everything a kid could want with fooseball, ping pong, and retro arcade games. It’s about 2 minutes to the Sequioa entrance and they had all the toiletries provided. Great hosts!

Great stay. Beautiful view from home. Easy access to national parks. Home had plentiful space and everything we needed.

Had a great time! House was clean and very convenient. We walked right down to the river and relaxed. Owners were very responsive to our needs. Excellent!

We had a really nice stay even though it was very short. We had to leave before the horrible flooding came, so we only got to stay a day. But, the house was great, beautifully appointed, and the sound of rushing water was so soothing! Also, Srey and I talked more than normal, I am sure, because of the weather situation. She was ever patient and kind! This is a great house. :)

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable, well appointed, a beautiful location, and so conveniently close to the park.

Loved the home and the River that runs in the backyard! Everything that’s needed is provided. Four stars is because of the tap water that was black and dirty. We had to use lots of drinking water to clean ourselves. Otherwise, it’s a perfect place!

The minute you step in the property the view of lake will capture you! The property was clean and just like the pictures! Srey contacted me weeks before and gave me loads of information on things to do. We really enjoyed our stay and all the wonderful memories we created!

This house is perfect. Perfect location right outside of the park entrance, spacious, multiple lovely outdoor places to relax and enjoy the river literally flowing right outside your bedroom windows, close to market, coffee, restaurants, game area for teens, super clean. Everything we hoped for when we nabbed this place almost a year before our trip. I would definitely recommend staying here!

A family get away before the holidays. House was as advertised. We had a toddler and it was very safe for him. We did bring a high chair and a pack and play. The communication prior to arrival was stellar. Lots of good tips and we loved Slick Rock. Location 10/10. Were able to take 30 min before we left and return to park the next day for souvenirs and picture at entrance sign. Cleaning is tough when the ceilings and windows are high, but there were spider webs in the great room and dirty windows. Sadly river low and inaccessible unless you are a mountain goat, but lovely to sit and listen while taking in the view with birds passing by couldn't be beat. Highly recommend.

Great location, very close to Sequoia National Park. Large lot and plenty of room. Very relaxing few days. Couldn't get a better view of the mountains. Left windows open at night so we could listen to the water flow from the Kaweah River...Thank you for everything!!!

Very nice home

Srey was a very welcoming host with a lot of great pre trip info! The house was great with access to the river which was amazing. The we had some trouble with the bbq but Srey was quick to respond. The water pressure was a little low in the master shower and I had to stop mid shower due to no water. After about 30 mins it was working again. Overall it was a great home to stay at with a very nice host :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Srey's house. The house very clean and the housekeeper made sure we had everything we needed. Srey is an excellent communicator and sent out local information before our stay. We enjoyed the views from the home and the proximity to the National Park.

The house was perfect for two small families. We enjoyed the deck and views from the living area. It was very hot the week we were there, but the fans and AC unit kept us cool! The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Great pre trip instructions from the host made it easy to find and enjoy the surrounding area. Located on the edge of the park it made it a breeze to begin our park adventure. 5 stars, would stay here again.

We rented the property as our 'home base' for a visit to Sequoia and Lake Kaweah. Both the property and Srey exceeded our expectations. The location is amazing - there are wonderful views from the deck and the setting is very private. With wildlife moving through and great food/drink options nearby, the property offers a great combination of nature and convenience. Srey made the check in/out process very easy, and was by far the most communicative and helpful host we've ever had. This extra effort was greatly appreciated and made our visit even more enjoyable.
