Eric’s communication prior to our stay was outstanding and allowed us to prepare. The condo had everything we needed and extremely convenient to slopes and downtown is walking distance. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for what we needed and was just as advertised. I especially liked the keyless entry. The location was great for what we planned to do after a day on the slopes. Eric was a great host, easy to work with and seemed to go out of his way to answer questions and keep me informed. I liked the place and appreciate Eric's effort. Depending on the size of my group, I will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is located within a 2 minute walk to downtown. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful week.

This place was a fantastic stay for a group. Conveniently located to downtown Breck (10 min walk), short bus ride to the lift and ski in. Hot tub was great, plenty of towels, etc. Would definitely recommend!

We had a diverse group of ski abilities this stay. 4 O'Clock run is literally just out the door. You can see it from the deck. I spent the morning teaching one of our new skiers how to ski. This is a great ski in/out location. Closest lift is Snowflake about a block away on a slight incline with nice sidewalks. Take the shuttle everywhere or walk to town. Kitchen is fully stocked. So is spice cabinet. Recent upgrades are fantastic. Loft bedroom: furniture is movable and we turned the twins into a King bed. They just ask that you move the furniture back. Eric was very attentive and let us check in early after a long drive. Excellent property. Will stay again.

This property was easy to access and met all of our needs. The location is great and the condo is super comfortable and roomy. Eric was accessible and accommodating. You can’t go wrong renting here!

My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. Plenty of room, comfortable beds (and couches). Everything we could need to exist, just like home. Convenient to the snowflake lift or 4 o'clock run and town. Eric provided a lot of useful into to help us plan our trip and make the most of it when there.

Really enjoyed our week in Breckenridge at Eric’s place! Location made it super easy to get to the slopes and condo was well equipped and super comfortable for the 6 of us. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the place so much! Plenty of pots & pans for cooking; plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the proximity to town. Quick walk to Snowflake lift and you are on the slopes!

We loved how close to the ski lift this condo was located. We also loved the ability to watch skiers from the living room window. Also, the location of the hot tub was so close to this condo. Queen beds were super comfy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our group of 6 loved our stay at Eric's place. We spent 4 days snowboarding and you can't beat being able to ride right back to the condo via 4 o'clock run at the end of your day. It was a short walk to the snowflake lift to start our days and a short walk to main street for nightly dinners and shopping. There was plenty of space for us and the condo was equipped with anything we may need. We loved our time in Breck and would be happy to stay here again in the future!

Can’t say enough great things for this property and the host. Was the absolute best trip. We walked everywhere and were able to ski home at end of day. The condo was perfectly appointed. The kids loved the loft! The games/puzzles were an added bonus! Eric could not have been more accommodating. Perfect trip. Highly recommend!!

Really good condo: very clean and close to the lift (less than 5 min walk), kitchen was equipped with everything we could think of. Everything was as described or even better. Eric is a very attentive and easy to communicate host. We really enjoyed our stay

Very Comfortable, updated, and well equipped with good ski in location. Snowflake lift an easy 5 min or less walk just up the street. Lots of towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc - really had absolutely anything/everything you’d need, including lots of working humidifiers. Beds and furniture all in great condition and comfortable. The fridge is a bit smaller than average/apartment size, so don’t buy too much before arrival and/or bring a cooler for drinks/overflow. Overall a great spot and a clean, well maintained, comfy, cozy unit. Owner great to deal with.

Eric was an amazing host. Our communications were always polite and timely. Everything was just as he described in the listing. As stated, it is much more of a ski in than ski out. The lift was very close but uphill with gear in ski boots for a bunch of sea level southerners was tough. However, Eric had done a great job with his informational packet and leaving our gear at blue sky made it much more enjoyable. Really our best family ski trip to date.

Eric was a fantastic host! He gave us lots of great information in advance. Check in was a breeze. The condo was clean and cozy. The location is stellar. We rented skis/snowboards up the road at Christie's next to the snowflake lift. They will store your rentals, so you take a short walk from the condo, change into ski boots at Christie's, get your lift pass if needed and jump on the lift! Piece of cake and no lugging or storing equipment. We are beginners so we were able to practice skiing/snowboarding with the kids right next to the condo on the 4 o'clock run before hitting the slopes. You can take snowflake up and ski down to the peak 8 village to hang out and ski. At the need of the day, you can ski from the top of four o'clock all the way down to the condo (or back to Christie's to drop off equipment). Green all the way. Perfect for family and beginners. So convenient! Have fun!

What a wonderful condo, right on the Four O'clock run. Convenient to everything, steps away from the Snowflake Lift. Clean, excellently furnished, absolutely no problems whatsoever. Thanks for a great week!

Good ski location. Good layout. Good parking. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Attentive owner with good communication.

Property was absolutely as advertised. Everything was nice, clean, and in working order. Kitchen has everything you need for cook in meals. Full on ski-in, walk back to the lift was maybe a block uphill. Note there is a Christy's at the lift, if you rent from them you can leave equipment there and swap out to street shoes. Eric was responsive and easy to work with. If you're looking for a downside, it is on the third floor so be prepared for the stairs, and the loft ladder is straight up the wall. (may be tough for small children, bigger ones will love it) Overall would 100% recommend it!

Condo is in great location, short walk (uphill) to Snowflake lift, and ski right in at end of day. Condo kitchen was well equipped with all the basics, we even had a nicely stocked spice cabinet and condiments in fridge. beds were very comfortable!! Hot tub was inop, but it was being fixed the day we were leaving. Really close to town, we walked to town every night which was nice that we didn't have to drive. Would stay here again!! perfect location

We had a great time at Peak 8. Perfect location walking distance to town and the Snowflake lift. Would definitely book again. Eric was easy to contact and communicated with us very well.

The accommodations and location could not have been better. The owner gave great information about the amenities and area. He was very responsive to all our needs. Hoping to come back soo soon.

I would stay there again

Everything was as excepted. The miss que was the hot tub that was out of service but that is not something they control. The view of the 4-O-Clock from the left balcony was serious entertainment that made up for it. There was a small jump there that people tried and tried to land. Lets say there were lots of yard sales. Kids wanted to get back to the condo to watch the action. Started around 3:20 so grab your popcorn. They had everything you would need for your stay. The walk to the lift is not to bad and there was a free shuttle stop very short distance down hill. That we never used just walked up with a little winnings for the princesses. We would stay again.

Our lodging, and the communication and advice we received from Eric was as great as the fresh powder everyday!!! The Ski Butlers were worth every penny and our private shuttle was on time and very accommodating. We did NOT have any luck with delivery, groceries or pizza, so I wouldn't plan for that during the dates we stayed. It was a rush of tourist, snow everyday and they didn't seem prepared, nor did they advise customers that services and/or products were not available. The grocery store was a madhouse with little on the shelves. We also had confirmation and payment receipt for private ski lessons, but the instructor didn't have us on "his" list and would not accommodate us. We were surprised, as was management when we finally reached them, so our kids had to learn from our experience 25 years ago. My husband planned for months, and things didn't go as planned, but our condo was great and so was Eric. My husband asks a lot of questions and he was quick and gracious!! Thank you for making our vacation great Eric!!! We highly recommend and are grateful for the experience!! Best of luck Eric and thanks again!
