I liked being on the second floor. Condo was very convenient to restaurants and not far to drive for groceries.we used the workout area and the pool. Small children should not use the hot tub unsupervised Of course going to the beach was close and convenient also. First time using wrist bands…not a fan. We didn’t like the idea of keeping up with them. We would probably go back there.

We received notice in November that the construction was not going to be completed before we arrived so we would receive a 15% refund but this has not happened yet. We were definitely Inconvenienced with workmen working on our balcony and being asked to move the furniture inside. Plus the outside walkway walls having wet paint without notice.. we realize this was not within the owners control and did appreciate the offer of a 15% refund but disappointed we never received it. I assume Luxury is responsible not the owner.

We loved the property. The condo was beautiful, clean, large enough for my party and will be possibly renting it again. One word of advice was to add more detail about the type of construction that was going on. The construction started at 7am to 5pm everyday except Saturday. The jack hammering was so loud and the vibration almost shock items off of the glass shelf in the 2nd master bath. We made the best of it but would of enjoyed being able to sleep a little later while on vacation. We know it was no fault of yours but if we had know it was going to be so loud we would of been better prepared and brought earplugs. But again this place is beautiful and being able to enjoy the nice weather in Florida (us coming in from Maine) and being able to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins and blue angels each morning made our stay worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was lovely and exceeded our expectations. And, the view - wow! Everything was wonderful. Thank you!

Our condo was beautiful, however the property was managed poorly. We were not told about there being construction on the building and that there would not be adequate parking until after our non refundable payment had been made. They had an overflow parking lot but there were nights where that was also filled up. There were issues with people being loud and partying after quiet hours and there was no security to get in touch with and when told to contact the sheriff, they also did not respond. Then the last day that we were there, we were asked to move from our spot at the pool so they could accommodate some party thing that they were having. Had I known any of this I would not have chose this place and went else where that was managed better and had better security.

Wonderful location and view! Beautiful beach! We had a great time!
