Everything about the description is spot on. This unit is well cared fore and absolutely in the perfect part of grace bay if you enjoy getting into town which I’d highly encourage! The beach speaks for itself. I really appreciated the care taken for the upkeep of this property! It’s very clean. Only one suggestion if I had to change anything. I’d encourage the owner to purchase new beds. These were extremely firm. Aside from that everything was fantastic!

This property was absolutely wonderful. It is very clean and well maintained with daily housekeeping services. The beds are very comfortable and the unit is well equipped. The location is perfect - the view is breathtaking. There is really no need to rent a car if you are happy staying in the Grace Bay area. You can walk to many restaurants and shops or the concierge can arrange a taxi for you. Graceway Gourmet is a really nice supermarket within walkable distance. The owner Margarita was great at communicating and provided a wealth of information about the rental as well as restaurants and activities in the area. Thank you! Much thought has gone into making this unit a perfect vacation spot. Villa Renaissance is a lovely property with an extremely helpful and friendly staff. The pool area and beach are fantastic. It was so nice to just grab a beach towel in the lobby and head to the pool or beach where chairs with umbrellas are set up for you. A wide variety of drinks are available at the bar by the pool. You can order some food items also. We had a fantastic, memorable vacation and would love to return to Suite Margarita again.

The property and condo are beautiful and as advertised. Great access to the beach. The pool is lovely. Nothing is crowded. Also great access to shopping and dining.

I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. A very relaxing vacation at a very relaxing villa. Margarita (owner) was available, affable and able to help us and communicate with us at all times. We typically do not return to same place twice but we hope to make this vacation an annual retreat.

We were here in mid July and had a great time. The property is stunning. From the moment you walk into the lobby you’ll realize you picked a gem to stay at! Every one was super nice. The property is immaculate. The beach and water is world class. The view from the balcony is something I’ll never forget. Just amazing all around.

The villa is perfect in every way! It was just as described and the photos of the view are exactly as in the listing. A bonus was the pool view balcony in both bedrooms. The villa was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed to enjoy long days on the beach, relaxing on the deck, and spending family time indoors. The pool area was nice and there were always an abundance of towels and floats for swimming both in the ocean or in the pool. The staff at the resort were all friendly and super helpful in finding us the best things to do while visiting the island. The location was walking distance to everything from restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. We rented a car, but it’s absolutely not necessary because everything you need is nearby and the tour companies for boat excursions pick you up right on the beach! When we come back, we will stay here again. The property owner communicated regularly before our stay and gave us all the information we needed. If there was an ability to give more than 5 stars, I would rate this property much higher!

Villa Renaissance is such a great place to stay. Great location, beautiful beach and pool, nice pool bar with excellent staff. Tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Many tours will pick you up right on the beach. Everyone we encountered was so pleasant and nice. We will definitely be back next year for our third visit. Thanks again

First visit to T&C. We chose a great location and unit at Villa Renaissance. Magnificent oceanfront view from the second floor patio. Wonderful hosts, convenient to grocery, shops and restaurants. Pool was wonderful and only few steps to pristine beach. We will return here for sure!

Our stay at Villa Renaissance was perfect. Ideally located within walking distance to the best restaurants, the unit is spacious, extremely clean and well-appointed with anything you would need. The owner, Margarita, was very responsive and helpful.

Two friends stayed in this condo and it was perfect. The outdoor furniture was especially comfortable. We also rented the unit next door and thought this condo had a better view and nicer furniture. Great communication with our host, too! Villa Renaissance has a man amazing location and we really enjoyed the pool happy hour from 5-6:30 every day with some of the cheapest prices on drinks we’ve seen anywhere on TCI. Thank you!

The owner, Margarita was very informative about the unit, property and the area. The unit was very well equipped and had a beautiful view of Grace Bay beach. The property was very impressive. The location was a 10 out of 10. Short walk to great restaurants. Shopping and grocery store. Stafff at Villa Renassiance were excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The place was exactly like advertised. Great views and rooms were very comfortable. This is the 5th time staying at Villa Renaissance and we can't wait to come back again. Great property and location.

We had a great time in Turks & Caicos and loved our stay at Casa Margarita. The location is excellent - right on Grace Bay, close to many restaurants and a grocery store. And the unit itself was really lovely. We originally planed to be a group of 4, but our college kiddo was able to join us. There was a roll-out bed available and so all three of our teens had a comfy bed to sleep on, plenty of space. The pictures are spot on - beautiful! We loved enjoying our coffee on the patio in the morning and we all agreed that the patios at the Renaissance Villas are much nicer than any of the others along that stretch - the Ritz included! The properly overall is also wonderful - the pool was great, the pool side bar was wonderful, and the front desk was very helpful with anything we needed. We never had a problem finding beach front recliners and umbrellas, which was also really nice. And we had so much fun on the island - catamaran cruise on the Lady Grace with snorkeling and lunch, jet ski tour around the islands, glass bottom kayaking, parasailing, and we even booked a family photo session with Paradise Photography, which was a great. Highly recommend T&C and this beautiful villa!

We’ve been staying at Suite Margarita for years and it is always exceptional: location, view, convenience to walk to high end grocery, shopping,,restaurants etc! And Margaritas suite is comfortable yet elegant and margarita is an amazing host!

Just came back from 5 days with my sisters (ranged 40-49 yrs old). First, Margarita's communication/responses before going was very fast and so patient with me- very appreciated! Second, the location is perfect. It is in between some of the best restaurants on Grace Bay. We walked to most (10-15) in either direction - beach or street side was fine. Villa Renaissance was the perfect place for us- not many kids, chill vibe, pretty, so close to the beach, plenty of chairs and someone to set them up if needed. Aracely, who works at the pool bar, was absolutely a gem. She always had a smile on her face, came to the beach and checked on us every 30-40 min to get our next order, etc. She was amazing. Sandeep, who checked us in, was so friendly and kind and made sure we had a rum punch within 5 min of us being there. The condo/villa itself was perfect, beds very comfortable, kitchen had everything, lounging space for all of us. The balcony was our favorite spot. The view in these pictures does not do it justice. I'm already trying to figure out when to bring my own family there!! Stunning island, people and villa. Thank you all so much for making our trip so wonderful.

The condo was wonderful with a beautiful view and everything you need for a comfortable stay in paradise. The property and it’s management were also top notch. You can’t get a more beautiful beach just steps away. We would definitely rent this condo again. Wonderful owner!

Great property. We loved having the extra space of a villa and being on the beach. The view was wonderful. Due to the great location, we were able to walk to Grace Bay Gourmet, restaurants and shops. Excursions are available right from the beach area. Communication and information were great. We had just the right combination of relaxation and adventure to keep us and our boys (age 15 and 12) happy. Great stay!

We all loved this property and the condo was outstanding. Great communication with Margarita prior to trip was helpful. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Very comfortable stay in a great location overall. Just the right size resort, not overcrowded and always had plenty of chairs at beach and pool. As we had the kids with us they wanted to do a few tours which were a drive. My only regret is that we did not rent a car; this would have saved a lot of money as the taxi service is very expensive. I personally found this to be a bit irritating to say the least. Overall though, great place to stay and hope to go back.
